Chapter 50 Sincerity

Hani is very happy to get the blessing of her papa. And that means her mother also blesses her. He knew the sadness of his father and mother when he decided to allow her to convert.

However, Hani could only feel guilty. He did not want to add to the sadness of his parents by saying words that became more sad in the hearts of his parents.

He felt sad, his heart felt slashed to see his mother who was in front of him tearfully received the decision from Papa Hani.

Hani knows that they feel separated from their children when their beliefs are no longer the same, even though they still meet and get on good terms. But it's a matter of heart and confidence they have had since they were born. And that belief has been held firmly by them.

Honestly, Hani did not have the heart to see his parents cry sad because of it. With all her strength Hani tried to get out of her sleep. 

"Where are you going Hani?" asked Mama Hani in a hoarse voice, shocked to see her daughter trying to get out of her bed

Hani smiled seeing her teary-eyed mother still care about her. Then he said,

"Hani will go home Ma. Hani's heart was calm now. Mama don't cry anymore. Hani is happy and Mama should be happy too. Hani please don't shed Mama's tears again for Hani, because Hani will be sad to see her."

Mom Hani moved from her seat. He grabbed the still weak body of his daughter in his arms. Her tears spilled again feeling her daughter's body in her arms.

Same with Hani. Her tears came back when she was in the arms of her mother who was crying because of it. He felt very sad, but he realized that someone had to be sacrificed to achieve the calmness and happiness of his heart.

"Ma.. Don't cry," said Hani with a choked voice and trembling to hold back his tears that had been accompanied by tears running down his cheeks.

Mama Hani wiped her tears. With all her might she stopped her crying and tried to smile at her daughter.

He drew the hug and saw the face of his beloved daughter. Then he said,

"You're still weak Hani. You better eat first, take vitamins and medicine. Once you're better, we won't stop you from coming home."

Hani nodded her head in approval to her mother's request who looked at her with a pleading gaze.

The heart of a child who could see his mother begged him like that. Similarly, Hani who could not bear to see his mother pleaded with him. Moreover, see the tear spots in the eyes and cheeks of his mother who was caused by him.

The smile that adorned the slightly pale face made Mama Hani even sadder. Mama Hani watched her daughter eating and in her heart said,

Maybe it's true what Papa said. Hani happiness is our success in maintaining it. May happiness always be with him. 

Mama Hani immediately took over the spoon from Hani's hand. Lovingly, he fed the food slowly to his daughter.

One bite after another, the food entered into Hani's mouth. He forced it to swallow even though it felt bad on his tongue. Naturally the tongue of a sick person must feel that way, he thought. 

He swallowed it as if he felt fine to please his mother. So that the food runs out without waste and moves all in Hani's stomach.

"Take this medicine so that the fever goes down immediately. And drink this vitamin so that your health quickly recovers," said Mama Hani while giving the medicine and vitamins to her daughter.

Hani received the medicine and vitamins and immediately took them. She smiled at her mother and said,

Mama Hani sighed. He felt back his daughter's stubbornness even though her face still looked a little pale.

"Why are you still forcing your way home with this weak state of yours Hani? What if something happens on the road? What if you need something at home and no one is helping you at all? Understand Hani. We are worried about you. Rest here until you recover. After that we will go home," said Mama Hani accompanied by his breath.

Hani was forced to lie back on his bed. He tried to close his eyes so that his body quickly recovered.

After feeling her daughter was asleep, Mama Hani came out of the room. She looked for her husband to see how he was doing. She was sure that her husband was very sad about his decision.

Opened their bedroom door. And sure enough, her husband was staring at the window. 

Mama Hani walked over to her husband. She hugged her husband from behind and said, She,

"Great dad. Papa made a very difficult decision for Papa to say. Mom couldn't accept it either. But Mama can find out the reason for Papa when agreeing to Hani's wishes. Seeing the face of our daughter who is very happy makes Mama have to mengikhlaskan. Mama hope Papa can do that too."

Papa Hani releases his wife's hand which is coiled around her waist. He faced back to face his wife. Then he said,

"We must keep praying for her so that our daughter is happy with her decision."

Mama Hani nodded in agreement with the words from her husband. She hugged her husband and Papa Hani did the same. They strengthen each other to face everything that happens, because they are a couple.

After a while, Hani woke up from her sleep. His eyes blinked adjusting the light rays that enter the retina of his eye.

"Eeehhhh..," Hani moaned as she moved to sit on her bed.

Suddenly he remembered something. He immediately grabbed the bag on the table near his bed and took the cellphone from the bag.

He intends to contact Umi Halimah to give news on the blessing of his parents who allow Hani to convert.

However, his eyes immediately widened when he saw Abhiyasa's name on the screen of his phone. His girlfriend had contacted him for dozens of times and also sent him many messages.

Hani's lips curled upwards reading all the messages from her lover. It was obvious that Abhiyasa was worried about her. He immediately replied to the message in the hope that his lover would contact him immediately.

"I don't want to hear if there's a phone, it's still quiet. Stupidly you are Hani..," grumbled Hani cursed his stupidity.

After that he immediately contacted Umi Halimah and informed her. Of course the news was very happy for Umi Halimah. He also said that he would soon see Umi Halimah after his health had recovered.

Moments after her phone call ended with Umi Halimah, Hani's phone rang again.

This time his heart was very happy. His smile was so bright that he made his pale face no longer visible.

"Abhi... How are you?I'm doing fine. You don't worry about a–"

"REally?!"
