Zoya goes home first to take Zaky at once to meet Arka. Mr. Khadijah also came home and stayed, Mr. Rama and Maya who were still faithful waiting for his son to open his eyes again.
Zoya walks into the house in a doldrums. Zada had been unconscious for nearly five hours but there was no sign he would wake up. Zoya takes Zaky to the room first and takes care of her husband's needs such as preparing clothes and warm water.
After Zaky came out of the bathroom, Zoya rushed to her husband, keeping her mouth locked. His hands moved to put clothes on Zaky's body. "Zoya?" zaky broke the silence.
"Yes, Mas?" zoya answered, still busy putting one outfit in her hand. "Why have you been quiet since? What is the state of Zada now caused by me?" zaky asked starting to express her unrest.
Zoya sighed harshly. "We're guilty, Mommy. Four months ago, Zada was sentenced to suffer from chronic mag pain due to poor diet and malnutrition. Mas Zada was so busy taking care of his work and after that, he always took the time to play with Arka. Maybe from then on, the mag came and made Zada's mas sick," Zoya explained at length and along with that, she had finished dressing up.
Zoya leads Zaky to sit on the edge of the bed to be more comfortable in conversation. Zaky complies and follows where Zoya's footsteps take her.
"If anything bad happens to Zada, I'll feel guilty for the rest of my life. I am useless as a husband" said Zaky, sounding desperate.
Zoya's fingers moved to hold Zaky's hand and stroked her gently. Zoya Sushs eyes glaze over if the Zada issue is discussed. "I once told Mas Zada to stop doing his routine like coming here every afternoon and playing with Arka. But ... Mas Zada rejected him and said that he already considered Arka like his own biological child," Isak crying also managed to escape.
Not because of what, Zoya certainly still remembers when Zada said he still loves her. All has passed, but Zada is still alive in the past. In fact, everything Zada does to make amends is enough for Zoya, even more.
Zoya has forgiven all of the man's mistakes.
"Zada has done so well for us, Zoya. This is all my fault. Had I not asked Zada to take care of you and Arka back then, perhaps Zada would not have been in his present position" Zaky lamented with reddened eyes holding back tears.
"Everything is arranged by the Almighty, Mas. Our job is to execute His scenario. As neat and as good as we make it, if it is not according to the will of God, then it will not happen. Perhaps, we can take the wisdom behind all the problems that befall. And we can make it a picture of the future not to repeat it again."
.......................
The sun reappears with bright light and light illuminating the earth. At exactly eight in the morning, Zoya had to go to the hospital again to reach Zada who had not been conscious.
Zoya found out from Mr. Rama who called himself this morning to tell him about Zada. Zaky didn't come with Arka either. Zoya just came to the hospital by herself.
After her bike is parked, Zoya takes off all of her driving attributes and justifies a bit of her hood. After that, he walked into the hospital building by passing through the park available there.
Zoya stops her steps as her tail catches a familiar figure in the park with a child in a wheelchair.
Ghaida and Yusuf.
Zoya frowned in wonder, what were the two doing in the hospital? Is Joseph sick? Since when? Finally, with confidence Zoya walks closer to the two. "Assalamualaikum." Zoya said for the first time.
The two turned their heads in surprise and after realizing who was greeting, Ghaida smilingly looked at Zoya. "Waalaikumsalam, Ma'am. I guess who it was," he replied kindly.
Zoya smiled warmly and her gaze fell on Joseph who was staring at her. "Yusuf's sick? What pain?" zoya asked worriedly and crouched down in front of the eight-year-old.
Only, Zoya saw a paler face with dry lip skin. Zoya looked pityfully at Yusuf and then turned to look at Ghaida who avoided her gaze.
Zoya frowned in wonder. "What is Joseph sick of, Da?" ask Zoya question mark. "Let me explain yes, Ma'am."
"Yusuf, you're the same old man? Mama wants to talk to Aunt Zoya for a while," said Ghaida softly then long ago someone she called 'the baby' appeared and took Yusuf with his wheelchair.
"We're talking there, Ma'am," Ghaida pointed to a long chair not far from where she was standing. Zoya nodded her head and followed Ghaida's steps.
"What pain did Joseph have?" zoya asked shortly after sitting next to Ghaida. His gaze stared ahead watching the human traffic.
The sound of breathing from Ghaida makes Zoya have to glance at him. "Why? It's common pain, right?" zoya asked in surprise. Ghaida looked far away as if he were penetrating the past.
"Yusuf has hemophilia, Ma'am. And it's only been detected these past few years after Yusuf's circumcision" Ghaida said, surprising Zoya.
Zoya shut her mouth in disbelief. Zoya knows what hemophilia is. It is a congenital disease that makes it difficult for blood to clot and bleeding lasts longer than normal conditions.
"But? How can it be known?" zoya asked still in disbelief. Ghaida smiled wryly. "That's my stupidity, Ma'am. While Joseph was walking, he fell to his feet but his wounds did not dry. And all culminated when Joseph did the circumcision. At that time — "Ghaida can no longer continue his sentence because it has sobbed when remembering about the disease that his son was suffering.
Zoya's lips curled downwards, her eyes starting to let out a clear liquid from the corners. Zoya felt the pain that Ghaida felt. He immediately remembered Arka, his lucky child was born in a healthy condition despite being born at the age of seven months.
Zoya carries Ghaida's body in her arms to give her peace. "Don't tell me it's hard for you. I know, this must not be easy for you," Zoya said calmly with a palm patting Ghaida's back, gently.
After her crying subsided, Ghaida stretched her arms and looked at Zoya. "I was so scared at the time, Mom. The blood that came out because of circumcision was not a little, even very much. I'm so afraid of losing Joseph, Ma'am ...." Again, Ghaida's cries broke.
She seemed so comfortable telling Zoya the restlessness of her life. Zoya nodded with her tears flowing. "Yes I know ... It's definitely not easy for you" Zoya clasped Ghaida's hand hoping to shake off the shaking.
