Honey And Toxins (Not a Common Contract)

Honey And Toxins (Not a Common Contract)
Chapter 39: Leaving an impression

The doctor just smiled, such a surprised expression was indeed commonplace especially in those who had long craved the presence of their baby and newlywed couple like them.

"Congratulations.. I will soon be prescribing vitamins and a control schedule." said the Doctor with a smile.

"But we only did that once..." Ammar's chirps made the Doctor lock in laughter.

"At that age women are ideal in terms of fertility. Even if you've only done it once, if it's fertile, fertilization will work."

"That's it.." murmured Ammar. Now his mind is mixed. Until now Nara even still holds a grudge against him due to the mistake. What if Nara finds out? Then if Irene finds out she impregnated Nara, what will happen?

From the specialist doctor's room, Nara was transferred to the ward. His condition is stable, just waiting for the rumination. The factors of mind and fatigue have a great effect. Especially at a very young age. Counting is still vulnerable to activities that rely on physical.

"After he wakes up, you can go home. I've written all the vitamin recipes here. Call the nurse if you want to ask something, and this is the result of her USG. I live first yeah.." The doctor looked very rushed, there may have been an appointment with another patient.

While Ammar could not digest a single word from the doctor because he was busy with his own thoughts. His head feels almost broken now. Did he just throw it out secretly while Nara was still unconscious? But can it be so? And if it could be the same again Ammar acted at will over Nara's life and body.

"How is this.." murmured Ammar racked his brain.

Half an hour later Nara regained consciousness, opening her eyes and trying to recognize her surroundings. He found a very familiar infusion pole.

"Ammar...?" when I first caught that face.

"I why ...?" he continued with a soft voice trembling.

"You passed out while you were having fun at the Mall, don't you remember?" Ammar still sounded.

"ahh. right, I was too excited just now. What did the doctor say? I don't have a serious illness, do I?" It's the first time in his life, as tired as anything, as busy as he's never fainted before.

Ammar groped the inner pocket of his suit, he kept the USG results there. He didn't have enough courage to say that. She thought she might be able to buy some time and put together how to apologize, at least until Nara realized she was pregnant.

"You're exhausted, Doctor says you should rest a few days."

"REally..?" Nara sounded unsure, had she become that weak? He used to run like an athlete when there were emergency patients.

"I really don't have a serious illness, do I? The last few days I felt something in my stomach." He was afraid that until a uterine tumor grew in his stomach, especially his menstrual cycle is fairly rare, which is only 3 or 4 times a year.

"There's nothing..." Ammar assured, His face looks rather sincere this time.

Nara nods her head in response to Ammar's short answer. He also believes there is nothing with him, especially about the menstrual cycle because his late mother also experienced the same thing and there is no problem with it. It was just a rare gene that he had obtained from the mother's bloodline.

...~~...

Because Ammar was leaving. Secretary Ammar had to call Irene to take over. Otherwise they could lose this golden opportunity.

"huhh.. We almost lost this precious contract." lukuk Irene upset, I don't know what makes Ammar to just leave from there. Irene's face seemed to be withstanding an enormous amount of annoyance.

"Do you know where Ammar went?" Irene asked the secretary.

"You didn't hear wrong?"

"I heard clearly, Ma'am." said the Secretary sure.

There were various questions on Irene's mind now. Has Nara become so important to Ammar that he is willing to leave his business? The multibillion-dollar contract was almost canceled because of Ammar. And if it is true that the cause of Nara then it is natural that he put his suspicions.

...~~~...

Ammar was on his way home with Nara. Unlike usual, he drove his car very slowly. It made Nara impatient and almost nauseous from being in the car for too long.

"Do not have to go back to the office. If this is possible, we'll make it to the house." Nara's protest was impatient.

"I'm still traumatized by yesterday's accident."

Yep, very good reason, right? The wound on Ammar's cheek had not dried up, so the reason was quite reasonable for Nara.

"really? But I saw you drive a car out this morning."

"That must be Irene, not me." elak Ammar is still lying. Though he was afraid of anything happening with Nara and the baby.

"Why are you inconsistent when you call me, sometimes polite, sometimes not. If it's with Irene you're always polite." As Ammar protested, Nara always called as she pleased. You, you, at least set one.

"Because Irene looks better on me."

"Then I..? What am I like in your eyes?" ask Ammar.

"Mysterious... Sometimes you're friendly, sometimes sniffy, sometimes annoying, sometimes fun. But you're a bitch more often!"

Ammar gave a small smile, although most of Nara's speech just now was like a curse. But it made his heart happy, because it turned out that he left an impression in Nara's mind.

"At what times am I fun?"

Nara looked over, what did she just say? He did not intentionally provoke Ammar with those words. He also did not realize, I do not know when he felt that Ammar was fun.

"Either.. What did I say that was?" he looks nervous and even avoids eye contact with Ammar.

All those moments with Ammar were really annoying, but why did he say something was fun? Is it possible that when Ammar acts annoying it makes Nara feel comfortable until it feels fun? Who would be happy to live with those two freaks.

...~~~...

In Damar's office laughs at Irene all out. Just now he boasted that they could stand straight without Damar. But what happened? Ammar as Chairman was even unstable and incompetent until they almost lost a big contract.

"Something happens to his wife, it's natural that she behaves that way. A leader looks very competent when he can't ignore someone's life for money." Pukas Irene stared intently at Damar. He seemed to defend and justify Damar's attitude. But both of his hands clenched tightly under the table.
