Honey And Toxins (Not a Common Contract)
Chapter 80: Wanting to stay together

Hearing Ammar's question, Nara was silent. He stared straight at the marble tiles of the room with many thoughts in his head.

Ammar stood up to go to his father-in-law's room, but his arm was restrained by Nara. "Not now Ammar..."

"I've just calmed down a few months, you don't think things will fall apart with you revealing that? I still want to live a quiet life, at least until this child is born."

Ammar pensively pensive for a moment, there was a point in Nara's proposal just now. Doctors also said that Nara should not stress for the health of herself and their baby.

"Do you think you're not going to investigate this?"

"I'll make sure it doesn't." said Nara, he'll convince his father not to find out the case of Grandma's death.

Ammar sat back on the bed, right next to Nara. They both fell silent. Not because of the curiosity of Mr. Arul, but they are both reminded of the hot moment that occurred last afternoon.

"About what happened this afternoon." said Ammar opened the topic, but he was still hesitant until his sentence was interrupted.

Both of Nara's ears immediately turned red, it was certain that Ammar would discuss that. But somehow he wanted to avoid it. Too embarrassed to be angry, considering he did not give a rejection. But to accept it completely Nara can not yet. He was silent throughout Ammar's action due to shock and his heart pounding.

"I... don't want you to be owned by someone else." continued Ammar with both eyes that stared at the mouth of Nara's face.

Nara pecked again, blinking several times to make sure Ammar did not mispronounce. "You have no right to have me Ammar, the deal we made. Don't forget that."

The gaze in Ammar immediately collapsed, changing with disappointment and annoyance. "What..? If I don't deserve to feel that way then why did you just shut up? You just enjoy it out of curiosity?" cecar Ammar doesn't believe it.

Nara herself could not believe that she said that, did she not now cast Ammar?

"I was surprised earlier, after all You're holding me back so I can't resist..."

"wahho.. You really..! We kissed all that time, and you thought it was meaningless? Do you usually do that when you're single? Kissing with anyone then assume it's nothing?" Ammar protest not accepted. For him a kiss alone is very meaningful, especially they are not strangers but husband and wife.

Nara pointed her index finger at Ammar's face. "hey.., I didn't reply to your kiss, so it wasn't a kiss but You kissed me forcibly!"

Ammar replied, but it was free. It was his fault that he agreed to the divorce agreement. He must turn his brain deeper to ensnare Nara so as not to leave her.

"What..?" Nara jerked with wide eyes, she knew Ammar wanted to say something but was held back.

"I want to raise our children together, can't we keep this marriage?" pinta Ammar, her sad face shrouded in a million desires to stay together.

Nara turned her face away, to be honest she was not strong in such a face by Ammar. Very disturbing his mind. "Divorced or not, we're still going to raise her together."

"It's not just about our son, it's about you. I don't want to divorce you. Iloveyou..."

gleek....

Nara's throat was gulping with great difficulty. Why is Ammar's love story so thrilling? Unlike the expression Sam who feels no passion. Did she have the same taste for her husband?

"No way.." said Nara as she felt her chest shake violently.

But he realized, Nara very naturally rejected the feelings of the man who had destroyed his life. He's aware of that. At least he had already taken the opportunity to express his feelings, rather than not trying at all. At least he will lose after fighting.

"Nara..? Why don't you answer me? Your chest hurts again?" Ammar became concerned to see his wife sculpting, while holding his chest. Added blank stares in those two eyeballs.

"I. want to rest" said Nara slowly, without changing her clothes she lay down and pulled the blanket to cover her entire body.

Both Ammar's hands clenched, he was already pounding waiting for an answer. But Nara avoided it. Maybe Nara needs some time to think about this.

"Well, good night." said Ammar then left. He turned off the lights and went up to his room.

...~~...

"Dad.....! Please...!" Pekik Nara from the side garden.

He was watering the flowers, but he slipped until he fell down. Luckily he fell over a crowd of daisies, so his back did not hit the rocks. But his whole body was soaked because of the water hose.

"Jeez Nara..!" Mr. Arul immediately ran when he saw his daughter fell on the flowers.

He uses Nara's body to stand up. "What are you doing Nara? Why don't you just sit in your room."

"I'm bored Dad, can you please get me a shirt in my closet? I'll take a shower downstairs." she asked Dad. His room would be wet if he entered in that state.

"All right, let's help you get to the bathroom first."

Mr. Arul led Nara slowly, he was relieved because Nara did not feel pain in her stomach. Seeing Nara's growing belly made him want to chain his daughter's legs so as not to do dangerous things.

After delivering Nara in the kitchen bathroom. Mr. Arul went straight to Nara's room on the second floor. He entered and immediately opened the second closet door according to Nara's instructions. He brought me a set of nightgowns and underwear. A little embarrassed actually, but how to. Toh Nara is her biological daughter and her condition is desperate.

Meanwhile, Nara who was about to undress remembered something. A marriage contract letter that she slipped between the clothes. Surely his father will see that.

"Geez..!" Nara immediately went out of the bathroom, hoping her father had not seen the contract letter.

But alas, by the time he came out of the bathroom his father had already arrived there with a piece of paper in his right hand.

"Dad..," she looked at Nara.

"Go take a shower, and then we'll talk about this" said the father in a heavy voice. He squeezed the end of the contract.

All is clearly written there, that Nara married only to be released from prison. Not for love as Ammar and Nara said before. More painfully, he read that Nara and Ammar would divorce after their child was born. As a father, he felt very failed because his daughter had to sell her maiden life to the man who wrote the contract.

"Father it..," said Nara with teary eyes, she could feel the myriad of disappointments that her father experienced. Disappointed because he lied to his father.
