34. Unsettled.
Doctor Ari came to the hospital when he heard Mr. Khobar was unwell. Mama Gina has drowned even Nasha can not talk.

The doctor who treated Mr. Khobar arrived. He brought a certificate. Beside him walked Doctor Ari who was indeed more senior.
