Kringhg…
“Halo Creative Department's. A concept for snack advertising? I will tell you soon.”
Kringhg…
“Creative Department's. Schedule of meetings for make up ads? Well will we call back.”
Kringhg...
“Creative Department good afternoon. Changes in smartphone advertising deadlines? Three more days? Fine, thanks for the information.”
Creative Department and his work. A sight that is common to see. But today for the first time in two years. Disaster befalls Parama Ad, not yet but soon.
The reason being their machine was in chaos. Creative departments are currently being bombarded
all project deadlines – their projects by other departments. Usually this is normal. Yeah, if their leader's there. But not at the moment, Calya is not there.
It had been a few days since the woman had been absent without explanation, disappearing like a child. No one knows where and why he disappeared.
“I surrender!” davidya said to his two apprentices.
“What? Why?” ask Rana.
“Entah how many times have I paced – mandir to answer a phone call. From this morning they did not stop asking about the project, concept, schedule and deadline. I can't take it anymore,” the girl whines, looks very frustrated.
“It's just you? From yesterday I was told mba Qeiza to look for the existence of many files – files, I don't even know what – is about all those files,” this time Rana who expressed her frustration.
“Have stopped complaining. Everyone was also frustrated now” Wikan started trying to make the two girls understand.
“You yourself how? Your face also looks tangled now,” asked Rana to Wikan.
“Of course. I paced – mandir from Rezvan mas team to Kenzo mas team. I can't even remember clearly
whatever I have done,” the man who had wanted to calm his two friends now even complains.
This is currently a tough time for – for everyone in the department, not least for the interns there. How else as part of a team means also having the same responsibility.
But looking at the current chaos, it seemed like it had never happened there. It may be true if all this time the responsibility has been charged only to someone. No wonder they look like a bunch of chicks who lost their mothers.
“How is this? Hasn't there been any word from Calya?” Rezvan asked his two friends.
Right now they were holding a meeting, just the three of them.
“Not yet,” replied Qeiza limp, it's hard to describe her current look.
The work that frustrated him and the circumstances of his friends that made him worry, all mixed into one. Even his eyes were already very red at this moment, just waiting for when those tears would spill.
“Already! We better start making plans now. While waiting for news from Calya, we must still finish all the work here,” Kenzo began to persuade his two friends.
It's hard for him to see his friend – his friend like this. He knew things were very difficult for everyone right now. But it's better to take the initiative than to fall down, that's what he's thinking right now.
“How?” Kenzo asked back to his two friends, making sure they didn't mind his idea.
“You're right! It is not good to continue to be in this bad energy,” Rezvan looks back rigid.
“So what's the plan?” Qeiza has also re-raised her spirit, it looks like Kenzo managed to make his – friend friend get back up.
“OK, first – first we have to recreate a list of all the projects we handle. Better sorted from the closest deadline. Qeiza can you direct your staff to this matter. Be sure to check the deadline changes that have been reported,” Kenzo conveyed the plan and started sharing the tasks for the three of them.
“Then Rezvan please direct your staff to collect all briefs from AE Department. If the contents of the brief are still poorly understood, just ask them directly. My staff and I will check all meeting schedules that must be attended immediately. We will meet again as soon as this first task is completed, how?” they all agreed with Kenzo's plan. I left the room and started working.
At 4:10 pm the three men returned to the meeting room. As promised discuss the results of the tasks they have completed.
“This is a list of all the projects we have sorted by deadline. For your information the fastest deadline is three more days,” Qeiza handed a map containing several pages in it.
“Three days? what project is it?” Rezvan was surprised to hear the facts presented by his friend.
“Smartphone ads,” Qeiza reply.
“How about the brief?” ask Kenzo to Rezvan. “Everything has been collected. I share it with my staff, we can explain it to you when needed,” replied Rezvan.
“Alright now I will convey the problem of meeting schedule.it turns out it is more solid than I thought. A day there can be several meetings that must be attended, even at almost the same time,” Kenzo shares the results of his duties.
“The problem is that even if the three of us take turns attending every meeting, we have to spend a lot of time outside the office. Meaning our main task in the office will be abandoned,” Kenzo explained the problems they might face.but he also tried to offer a solution, “Except.”
“Except what?” ask his two friends.
“We let the staff to handle our work in the office,” he said again.
“But it's too risky. Without enough experience how can we let them handle our work?” This time Rezvan did not immediately approve of the idea of his friend, even Qeiza also looked doubtful.
“This is one – only way that can be done if we want to complete all projects according to deadline,” Kenzo remains confident in his idea.
“There is no other way. We just need to direct them and keep an eye on every process they do,” Qeiza agrees with the proposal from Kenzo.
“Alright then,” inevitably Rezvan must also agree.
After ending the small meeting and making a decision, they were right – changed their way of working 180 degrees.
Everyone in the department looked serious, rarely seeing them just chatting and joking. Even overtime work is inevitable, they do it every day.
Their goal is to complete all projects according to the specified deadline. Luckily, they managed to do it. One by one layout they managed to hand over to AE Department on time. Make them breathe freely, even if only for a while.
Krienggg…
“Creative Department's. Da? Creative Directors? He doesn't exist. Fine!”
The look on the girl's face was bad. He walked towards the gathered staff.
“Mba Qeiza,” she called one of the people closest to her.
“Iya,” the woman turned her head, Davidya stepped closer towards Qeiza saying something in a quiet voice, almost like a whisper.
Qeiza shook her head for a while, but signaled to Davidya to return to her job afterwards. He immediately walked towards Kenzo and Rezvan, taking the two men out of the room.
“Davidya.pssttt,” Rana calls in a quiet voice.
“What?” Davidya also replied in a quiet voice. Everyone is busy with their work, it is impossible if they brightly – blatantly chat.
“Whose phone was that? Why did the three of them leave immediately?” Rana was curious as to what was just happening.
“Someone called saying want to meet the person in charge here,”
the girl explained what she heard.
“Do they want to congratulate again? Last time it was called that happened right?” Rana tried to guess.
“Entaiah, but I'm not so sure about that,” replied Davidya.
“Why?” Rana muli is confused,
“Last time the person who called spoke in a friendly voice, while it just sounded unpleasant,” Davidya expressed her opinion according to what she heard.
“Then, does that mean something bad?”
“You're in charge of all this?” a middle-aged man showed some documents to the three people.
They look at all the documents on the table, recognizing them as layouts they have collected before.
“Iya sir,” replied Kenzo. The faces of the three people started to look uneasy, they started to fret.
“Iya? You guys want to play – play in Parama Ad? We got a complaint because of all this! Amateur, sloppy, incompetent! Do you want to destroy the company's good name?” the tone of voice and the word – the words that came out of the man were true – destroyed the feelings of Qeiza, Kenzo and Rezvan.
The three of them did not even have the word – words that could be spoken as a defense, all they did was bow down.
While the man continues to vent his frustration and emotions by using the word – sharp words.
“I don't want to know! Either way you have to fix this as soon as possible. If not then you are responsible, understand!”
The man finished it with a
loud, even no-base warnings – stale let them go from the room.
