Comebacks

The morning atmosphere was bright that morning. Some Parama Ad employees came in a relaxed manner. The view is inversely proportional to Creative Department.

All the staff seemed to be busy. They came an hour early only to struggle with their unfinished work.

The look on their faces clearly showed how tired it was. Smiles are almost invisible there. Like in a factory, they just look busy pacing – mandir, and sit facing a laptop with eyebrows that are linked.

Too busy, too focused, too dizzy to notice someone entering the room. The woman walked in from the entrance to her desk while continuing to pay attention to the rest of the room.

People – people there, goods – items there, until the aura there all feels strange to him. The room gave a dark feel even though the weather outside was very bright.

No one noticed the presence of the woman even as she had been sitting in her chair, ‘what because she left them for these few days?’ thought.

Yes, Calya does feel guilty for her behavior. He has let his personal problems affect his work. He did not hesitate to apologize to all the staff at this time as well.

“Everything!” he stood up, starting to open his voice. But no one looked at him.

‘What is this? Did they ignore me out of annoyance?’ thought.

Once again he tried to grab everyone's attention by knocking on his desk. The voice was loud enough but it didn't help enough, everyone still looked indifferent.

Calya starts to look upset, her intention to sincerely apologize is almost gone. He wanted to start yelling and nagging, but he put it down because it was unethical. Finally he picked up his smartphone, found the name of Qeiza there and called her.

“Calya!” Qeiza immediately shouted as soon as she saw Calya's name appear on her smartphone screen.

Qeiza's shout instantly made everyone look towards her. But the thing is they still don't see Calya there.

“Hallo Cal! Are you okay? Where are you beib?” qeiza said as soon as she picked up the phone call from Calya.

“It’s funny. Do you really want me to look stupid standing right here?” said Calya cynically, while Qeiza felt astonished by the word – strange words spoken by Calya.

“Calya!” once again the sound of screaming was heard, but this time from Rezvan's mouth. The man now stood up while pointing towards Calya. Finally someone noticed the presence of the woman there. Calya ended her phone connection, arrived – arrived someone hugged her.

Qeiza immediately ran as soon as she saw Calya there. “Calyaaaaaaa He said while hugging his friend tightly.

Very happy with the whereabouts of Calya there, a look of relief was seen on the faces of everyone there.

“Alright..” said Calya while releasing a hug of Qeiza from her.

“Everything! I want to apologize, for having disappeared for a few days without any news. I will not defend myself, I will accept whatever you say,” the woman sincerely realizes her mistake.

“Alright then...” said Kenzo with a serious look on his face,

“Please do not disappear again..” he added with a clear face.

They all laughed at the sentence, especially with the look on the face. The correct sentence – correctly represents the feelings of everyone there.

“Alright then. We are meeting in 15 minutes,” said Calya who was immediately understood by everyone. They return to their jobs – each.

“Are you okay?” qeiza asked in a soft voice, Calya nodded while gently rubbing her friend's shoulder.

During the meeting they explain everything that happened during Calya's disappearance. Ranging from – projects they have worked on to the rejection and anger they have received from many parties.

“There is nothing wrong with your work. It's not like you're incompetent, it's just that sometimes it is.

it is difficult to meet the expectations of clients and superiors. This is not new, so do not fall asleep worrying,” Calya feels sorry for his team, however he has a share of everything that happens.

“Do you guys record all the complaints from them?” ask Calya.

“Yes. I am the one who recorded everything,” Davidya replied as she raised one hand.

“Good! Now we can start discussing it one by one,” said Calya, signaling Davidya to start reading her notes.

They began to discuss complaints from each project one – by one. Adjust to the ideas they have worked on and re-constitute a plan for completion. It took them a long time to discuss everything until they missed lunch.

They all left the meeting room and returned to their workbench – each. Some were seen talking about the location and the lunch menu they wanted.

“You can join Cal?” qeiza asked as she saw Calya still sitting in her chair.

“You guys go first! There is still something I have to do,” said the woman without distracting her from her laptop screen. No response was heard, making Calya think they had all left the room.

“You're still here!” calya said as soon as she realized everyone was still there.

“If you don't eat, we also nga,” said Qeiza, they all look busy with their work.

“Why is it like that? Go and eat,” said Calya.

“True to say Qeiza, you make us look like bad guys if you go eat and

leaving you to work alone here,” said Rezvan.

“As far as you guys are concerned,” said Calya, there is no time for her to argue.

“I got the idea!” say Wikan arrived – tba, make everyone look towards him. “How about delivery order?” wikan said he gave advice.

“Bby! Wikan you take care of the order. It’s on me!” calya.

“Asikkk...” everyone cheers happily.

Time passed very quickly that day. Those who focus on work, without feeling it has arrived at the office hours.

“Mba Calya,” call Davidya who is now beside Calya's work desk.

“What's up?” tanya Calya, “You are called to the management office now,” he continued. Calya nodded and stepped out of the room afterwards.

The woman arrived at the management room, a division she frequented. But this time he was directed to enter a room he rarely went to.

The room was only once he entered, when he was still an apprentice with Qeiza.

“Please sit down,” a middle-aged man lets him sit down after hearing Calya knock on the door of his room.

“Nona Calya Shalitta,” said the man again after making sure the woman had been sitting neatly in a chair right in front of his desk.

“I got a report that you disappeared for five days without any news. Is that true?” ask the man.

“True, Sir!” answer Calya.

“You are aware that your actions are very irresponsible?” ask the man again.

“Yes, Sir. I am very aware,” replied Calya.

The middle-aged man sighed while putting his back on the back of a chair.

“There is something you want to say about this issue?” ask the man back.

“Nothing, sir!” which is still answered briefly by Calya.

“I remember two years ago we talked in this room. At that time you convey your opinion, how interns should be treated and how to carry out tasks honestly and responsibly. At that time I was thinking if you can prove the word – your own word. It turns out that for two years you served you managed to prove it. Now if – arrives someone who for the last two years worked with full loyalty and responsibility to do something like that, shouldn't something happen?”

The middle-aged man was still trying to figure out the truth for what happened.

“I will not justify my actions by giving excuses. I will fully take responsibility and accept the consequences,” the woman is still firm with her stance.

The man nodded his head, ”Alright if that's what you want. This issue will be discussed with other leaders. The result may be bad, you seem to be ready for it too,” once again a warning comes out of the middle-aged man's mouth.
