Chapter 158 Self-soaking
Dina follows Dodi into Dendy's inpatient room. This time Dina was nervous and walked around with a slight bow as usual when she met Dendy.
"aunty afternoon." said Dodi made Dina straighten her face.
"uh...Dod...." Why aunt Tari "who are you?"
"Dina aunty..."
"Dina.." said aunty Tari kindly "almost aunty does not recognize you, now you are more beautiful"
"aunty afternoon, how are you?" dina covered her nervousness
"well..ayo here.." aunt Tari pulled Dina's hand to get closer.
"yes aunt.... Dendy's sick what? How conditions? I just found out that Dendy is here" said Dina, not daring to look at Dendy, who was lying on a gurney and next to her was a girl Dina did not know.
"that's the type of relapse, continued accidents, yes.so it was.." replied Mama Dendy who was still friendly but not as warm as before.
Dina looked at Dendy who was being fed by the girl earlier. There was jealousy in his heart, yet he was tepis. Dendy is now a nobody, she is just a friend despite the feeling in her heart.
"healthy Den, spit healed, spit recovered" Dina said with a smile
"yes thanks Din, has come." replied Dendi with a difficult gaze to interpret but he looks friendly with the girl.
"then I say yes, there is an appointment with the lecturer"
"yes be careful"
Dina turned around, then he approached his mother Dendy "tante Dina go home first yes." said Dina politely.
"thank you, Din, you've come" said his mother Dendy while kissing Dina's left and right cheeks.
"yes together, aunt also take care of health..."
"yeah..."
Dina comes out of Dendy's inpatient room followed by Dodi. Dina felt pain in her heart but she tried not to show it to anyone.
"has it been just like Din?" dodi says she's learning Dina's steps
"what should be the Dod?"
"i thought there would be a blue scene" Dodi chuckled
"Dendy was happy, Dod, no need to discuss anymore" Dina forced her smile
Dodi was at a loss for words, he did not know how to respond to Dina's words. Dina did not know what was really happening, Dodi was eager to explain but seeing Dina's calm and relaxed attitude made her undo her intentions.
Dodi and Dina flocked back to campus. Dina dropped Dodi off in front of their campus, and he went back to his boarding house.
Arriving at the boarding house, Dina thinks of Dendy, she sees a look of hope in Dendy's eyes but her attitude is inversely proportional to the look in her eyes.
Dina was imagined by the attitude of her mother Dendy who used to be nice and warm when she came but today, they seemed to keep their distance from her.
Dina kept everything she experienced today for herself only. He doesn't want to share it with anyone, he doesn't want anyone to misunderstand.
The next morning, Dina goes to the college to go to the library to finish her script before she goes to Toni's office. Dina wanted to finish her script as soon as possible.
Eleven o'clock in the afternoon, Dina to Toni's office, she walked leisurely through the offices of the staff. Toni's room door was wide open, she was curious that the door was wide open.
"just arrived?" Bagas surprised Dina
"yes, there is a business that I have to finish first" replied Dina flatly
"let's just go out, in the boss's room there is his future wife" said Bagas who still does not know who Dina is
"huh..candidate wife?"
"so, I went to the boss's room there used to be letters that he needed to check immediately" Dina grabbed the map on her desk and then she rushed to Toni's room
Dina walks casually into Toni's room, but Toni is not there, only Lea sits on the sofa with an angry look.
"oh...now you work here?" lea said cynically
"what's your business? Where's toni?" said Dina ketus
"he was out of the room, after us.you yourself must know.." said Lea pulled one corner of her lips up.
"oh..so yeah." said Dina casually while putting the map she brought on Toni's desk then she sat in Toni's work chair.
Dina took the phone out of her pocket then she typed in a short message and put her phone on the table. Dina opened the agenda located in the drawer of Toni's work desk, she smiled because since the morning Toni had a schedule to meet her clients and would only return at lunch.
"what time did you come here?" said Dina while sitting leaning her back on Toni's chair.
"about two hours ago" Lea stared at the clock that was coiled around her wrist
"so, as far as I know Toni hasn't been to the office this morning" said Dina smiling triumphantly
Lea's face was flushed red hearing Dina's words "so you think I'm lying?!" Lea got up and walked quickly to Dina who was smiling.
"want what are you?!" Toni pulls Lea down until she falls
"Toni...!" scream Lea
Dina just smiled looking at Lea who had fallen right at Toni's feet. Toni quickly approached Dina "you're all right, baby?"
Dina smiled and shook her head. Toni came back to Lea, and she danced her hand "you'd better get out of here" Toni pulled Lea's hand out of her room, then she closed the door and locked it.
Lea banged on Toni's door but was ignored by Toni. He grabbed her by the ear, then called the security guard and told Lea to come out of her office
Office lunch hours tend to be quiet, all employees are out for a break. On the second floor only a few rooms including Toni's room, it felt quieter than on the first floor.
Toni approached Dina who was sitting in her chair "want to replace me...hemmm?" Toni supported Dina who was seen sitting casually in her chair
Dina smiled, "i'm just securing what's mine from the caterpillars around you"
"you're okay, aren't you?"
"i'm fine..."
"he said you went to college, why are you here?" Toni stared at Dina
"yes, he finished his guidance so I came here"
"so..when did you graduate?"
"living a little longer, my script is done, how are you?"
"my thesis is also almost done, we'll graduate tomorrow together...."
"yes.." said Dina expanding her smile.
"i'm hungry.I haven't eaten since morning" Toni said "but I miss you" Toni brought her face closer to Dina's face.
