Chapter 172 The Parents debate
Toni leaves Dina who is taking pictures with her three best friends. He was looking for his papa who this morning told him he was coming to his graduation.
Toni circulated her gaze around the corner of the campus. The atmosphere was so crowded, he had to sharpen his eyes extra. He walked towards the seat of the parents of the graduates, he walked to and fro but had not found his papa.
"papa where? Well, I'm going there" Toni called her papa. After disconnecting his phone Toni walked towards the place intended by his father.
He walked quickly, from a distance he could see if his papa was chatting with papa mama Dina.
"pa.." said Toni walking over to her papa
"uh...Ton...came here." Toni's dad waved his hand.
"why has he been here since?"
"yes.since you were announced as the best graduate" his father Toni smiled proudly "congratulations Ton.papa did not expect it turns out you are smart too" his father Toni patted Toni on the shoulder.
Toni just smiled "what's up om...tante...?" Toni greets papa and her mother Dina
"well." answered Dina's mother with a smile while Dina's father just laid flat on Toni
"Where's dina?" ask Tony's dad
"it's still on the auditorium doorstep with her friends"
"that boy doesn't know what his mother is here" his papa grumbled.
"maybe Dina is gathering with her friends" said her mother Dina to appease her father.
"given that we met, there's something I want to talk to you about" his father Toni said
"what's Yan talking about?" ask Dina's mother
"in the near future I will be going to your house to propose to Dina officially" said Toni's father
"what? Isn't it too fast? Dina just graduated college!" dina's papa's protest
"my son proposed to Dina a few months ago, and Dina agreed"
"that kid!" dina's father looks angry
"at that time I wanted to come to you to propose to him officially, but I didn't want to disturb his lecture, so I told him I would come to you after he graduated" Toni said
"But Yan...!" his papa Dina's speech stopped his mother Dina interrupting "isn't it too soon? Why hast Yan...?"
"i just want to clarify their status Vera.so that they are more mature, they are engaged in front of me" said his father Toni.
Her father Dina sighed "when are you going to our house?"
"in two weeks I'm going to your house"
"alright..we will prepare everything" said Mama Dina.
Toni has not dared to open her voice since this is a conversation between parents. He was only a listener of the debate between his father and his father Dina.
"i hope you don't disappoint Dina" her father said, staring at Toni
"i hold your word, a man who is held in his words, once he reneges on his words no one else will believe him, keep it!" his father Dina was firm
"yes, I know that." said Toni no less emphatically "excuse me I will look for Dina first" Toni left the parents.

"Din.." Someone called Dina's name.
Dina turned her head to look for who called her, Dina was surprised to not expect the person who had been in her heart to come to her graduation ceremony.
"congratulations ya.." the guy approached Dina and extended his hand.
"thank you Den..." Dina received the man's helping hand "where did you know I graduated today?"
The one who came to Dina was Dendy, the guy who had once decided on Dina for no apparent reason, but Dina still had feelings for her.
"that's.I know.yes you know dong..." Dendy chuckles
"haish.kamu it, but who knows I graduated only them" Dina pointed to her three friends who look not like the presence of Dendy.
They remember very well a few years ago how Dina fell when Dendy suddenly disappeared. How Dina falls awake accepts the fact that Dendy left her. For them Dendy is not a guy who deserves Dina.
"just went away not saying anything, now come not invited" said Caca with a dislike gaze
"i still remember Dina as a zombie.empty, sickly gaze, did not want to eat because of the guy" said Berta.
"until he passed out on campus anyway." - Ratna.
"huh.rasnya want me claws face at that time" said Berta.
The three of them still harbored their resentment towards Dendy even though Dina had already forgiven Dendy. "Dina was too good, obviously the guy left her still wanted to see him" Berta excited
"Where is Toni? Why was Dina left alone" Ratna circulated her gaze looking for Toni.
Dina is still busy chatting with Dendy, she actually misses him but she does not dare to meet Dendy. Dina realizes she is now Toni's fiancee.
Dina just memendm all alone, he did not share it with anyone. He knew his friends hated Dendy for abandoning him.
Dina was determined to keep it to herself. He still feels there is something unfinished between him and Dendy but he will not demand anything from Dendy, he wants Dendy to take him and fight for him again.
Dina waited for that, but until this moment Dendy never fought for it back. Although disappointed but Dina is aware now who she is, she is not as free as before.
Sometimes Dina worries about her own feelings, whether she should follow her emotions for a moment or live out her current relationship. He admits his relationship with Toni has gone too far, they have gone to a more serious stage but his feelings for Dendy also always bother him when he is alone.
