Make Me Your Girlfriend
Chapter 42 Plin-plan

"he said he told Dina to come with him to eat, why did you eat first?" tanya Toni while pulling a chair for Dina

"two o'clock papa want a guest, so papa eat first" said Mr. Yanuar "it's okay Din, om eat first?" mr. Yanuar looked at Dina

"ah.iya om..it's okay" said Dina with an awkward smile.

"now you eat, papa wants to go to work" said Mr. Yanuar then left the dining table

Toni sighed, her papa was indeed busy. He promised to have lunch with himself and Dina. Toni just kept quiet and seemed reluctant to eat.

"don't be sad.your father is working Ton.." said Dina softly.

"but he has promised to eat with us Din." said Toni lethargic.

"let's eat... If you don't eat, I'll go back to class..." Dina put down her spoon and fork. Toni turned towards Dina "don't.friend me" Toni said with a pleading gaze.

The two of them continued to eat them in silence, only the twang of the spoon met the audible plate. Ten minutes later they both finished their meal.

"the plate let mbok Nah wash.." said Toni softly.

"but Ton.." protested Dina.

"Din..kamu was invited papa here not to wash dishes.." said Toni with emphasis.

"but pity mbok Nah.." said Dina lirih.

"this time it is... Come forward" Toni grabbed Dina's hand. Dina exhaled roughly, the proximity to Toni made everything she had planned to fall apart.

Dina does still love Toni, but all this time Dina tried to avoid and keep a distance with Toni to heal her wounds.

But due to an unexpected turn of events, he is stuck with Toni back. Dina just wanted to appreciate Toni's father not because she wanted to get back together with Toni.

Arriving in the living room, Toni's father was sitting there alone reading some paper. Toni sat across from her papa with Dina.

"so...how long have you been dating?" asked his father Toni without taking his eyes off the papers he read.

Toni and Dina looked at each other, Dina looked at Toni with a look full of question marks.

"we were just friends." said Dina nervously.

"hmm..so yeah..om even think you're dating" said his father Toni while chuckling "om was once young Din.so know how the gaze of people who fall in love"

"i and Dina are just good friends don't ask anymore" Toni protested

Toni's father returned the papers he read to the map "if you want to say anything, papa just wants what's best for you, you're so young you have to be able to take care of yourself, do you understand what papa means?" toni's father looked at Toni

The two of them went back to school, they were silent no one started a conversation between them. Arriving at the back gate of their school building Dina walked quickly away from Toni.

Toni just sighed looking at Dina's back that was getting further away. According to him Dina is too complicated, he still does not understand why Dina's attitude is always changing.

Dina meets with Roy while chatting with Ani while passing the front of Ani's class.

"who had lunch with the future in-laws." ledek Roy.

"the status has changed, yes..." Ani chimed

"you guys...!" dina was upset

"remember Saturday.waiting for his meal" Roy teases Dina.

"alright..alright, you can bring your close friends to the restaurant 'N'" said Dina upset "but don't bring a lot of friends... My allowance is mediocre" Dina chuckled

"prepared princess." said Roy then he left Ani and Dina.

"so..are you making up?" tanya Ani sat next to Dina

"have I ever had a fight?" Dina knitted her two eyebrows

"i mean..reverse again?" ask Ani

"no An.... I still can't forget the treatment she used to" said Dina sudu

"sarc... Don't give Toni hope that you're not ready" Ani said

"i'm so, but I don't know An. I'm confused myself." said Dina stared at Toni's class "saturday don't forget ya"

"beres.." said Ani while giving her thumbs up.

Dina moved from her seat back to her class. Dina felt like she was wishy-washy, Dina herself was confused, her heart and mind could not keep pace. Dina was confused as to how, she needed someone who could understand her story, and give her the best advice.
