Misunderstanding Part 2

Flashback a few hours ago.

After Arlan's departure, Chila walked like a daze, not even realizing that there was a motorcycle passing in front of her. So that his body was dragged by the motor until it fell on the asphalt. Her knees were scuffed because she was indeed wearing a skirt. His elbow also blisters at the incident.

Ethan who just came out of his office, of course, immediately helped Chila.

"You're okay, right?" ask Ethan to worry.

"Sick sister" whined Chila because she was a little spoiled.

"Wait here for a minute" said Ethan and Chila nodded her head.

Ethan then calls one of his staff to bring the files he was supposed to bring to the shooting location.

The staff did not see the accident because he had just come down.

After her affairs are settled, Etha then returns to meet Chila and escorts her to the nearest health unit.

When he reached the health clinic, Ethan was about to contact Clara but unfortunately her phone ran out of power.

"Chila, can you borrow your phone to call Clara?" ethan asks Chila, whose wounds are being cleaned.

"My phone missed my sister, I forgot my phone" Chila said.

"So, not just to Clara's sister, I will go home by taxi" said Chila anyway.

Ethan certainly did not have the heart to leave Chila alone here.

"It's okay, I'll take you home" Ethan said later.

"Then take me to Papa's house, brother. I want to see Papa".

Ethan nodded his head.

And when all the business is done, Ethan immediately comes to the shooting location to meet Clara. Who would have thought he even heard Clara's rejection who preferred to be betrothed to Arlan.

"What happened Clara? Why do you say something like this?" ask Arlan to Clara who is currently still as excited.

"I feel like my marriage is going to be tough Ar. Ethan loves Chila so much, there will be no place for me in his heart" Clara said, covering her face with both hands.

"Don't think like that, I'm sure if there's your name in his heart, only he hasn't noticed it yet. Trust me, Clara" said Arlan as she stroked the top of Clara's head gently.

You don't know Ar if Ethan just chose to go with Chila. Even he doesn't remember informing me and letting me wait for him here. Clara said in her heart.

"Sometimes I think he has feelings for me, but sometimes I also feel that he hates me a lot. His sometimes kind and sometimes annoying attitude confuses me. He blatantly said that he liked Chila, so where could he possibly like me Ar?".

"You're the same, right? Did you ever say you liked it? If you don't say it yourself, how does Ethan know that you like him? Try to show your attention to him. I'll bet that he actually likes you just prestige and won't admit it" Arlan said.

"Now he hasn't told me anything" Clara said.

"Have you tried to contact him?" ask Arlan.

Clara shook her head.

"The relationship must be reciprocal, if you just wait for him your relationship will not develop. You can't stop now. You have to make your relationship work" Arlan said, continuing to open Clara's inner eyes.

Clara said she tried to contact Ethan but was not connected.

"His phone is dead" Clara said.

"Yes, now you go home just like me" Arlan said later.

Clara nodded her head and went home with Arlan.

When Clara was about to enter her apartment building, Arlan went down and approached Clara. They got into a conversation and ended up with Arlan stroking Clara's hair fondly. They don't realize Ethan's car is parked not far from there.

Ethan hit the steering wheel so hard. He is upset, angry and disappointed in Clara and Arlan.

"Arrghhhh...... If you love each other why don't you get engaged? Why bring me into your relationship??? Breng sek.....!!!!" Ethan kept cursing and hitting the steering wheel of his car.

Ethan never felt this sorry.

Can he be angry now? Clara is her fiance but she is so close to another man. Can't Ethan be angry about it?.

"I've been so committed to our relationship, I've never been close to another woman besides you. But why don't you try to accept me? Why do you like Arlan?" Ethan is back.

"Mzhughhh...."

"Fu ck...!!!".

"Fu ck...!!!".

Ethan then leaves Clara's apartment. He drives his car at full speed. He has no direction of purpose.

Several times he overtook the car in front of him until he got a curse and also shriek the sound of the vehicle horn that he overtook.

Ethan then chooses to calm himself down on the beach alone. Ethan hopes the sound of the waves can calm his current chaotic mood a little.

"Argggh....." Ethan yells at the beach that is already deserted by visitors. No wonder it was so late.

Ethan recalls the words of Clara who chose to be betrothed to Arlan alone.

"It hurts my heart to hear those words. Does our togetherness mean nothing to you? Doesn't you like me that much?".

Ethan sits himself in the sand of the beach. He punched the sand to vent his heartache.

"Can't you open your heart just a little bit to like me? I'm not asking you to love me right away. I just want you to accept our relationship a little. Can't it be Clara?" Ethan was cursing as if he was talking to Clara right now.

"Darling, is Ethan with you?" ask Vania over the phone.

"Ethan hasn't come home yet, ma?" ask Clara worried. He tried to contact Ethan again but was inactive as well.

"But unfortunately, the phone is also inactive. It's not usually Ethan like this" Vania said.

"I tried to contact the children at the shooting location first yes ma" said Clara so that Vania was not too worried.

"Dear baby, let me know mom. Mama thinks Ethan's the same as you" Vania said.

"No ma, we were in a different location" Clara lied.

"Yes, don't forget to tell Mama".

"Yes Ma, I'll close ya ma first".

When the call was interrupted, Clara immediately contacted her sister. Several times Clara called Chila's phone but no one picked up.

"Where are they really?".

Clara's mind was everywhere.

"No, they can't do anything bad? No I'm sure it's impossible . I believe Ethan's not that kind of guy".

Clara is getting anxious, especially if her second phone can not be contacted.
