On the way to his office, Ethan accidentally sees Chila walking alone on the sidewalk in the city park. Chila looked not okay, her face was puffy and seemed to cry. Ethan accidentally doesn't tell Clara because Clara's mind is still confused after hearing Gavin's words about the child.

When Ethan returns to the city park he doesn't see Chila anymore.

“Where did it go?” ethan's mumbling.

“I saw you earlier that's why I came here.” replied Ethan as is.

“Did you tell me to meet with Brother Clara? I don't want sister Clara misunderstood” said Chila.

Ethan shook his head.

“Loving someone who loves someone else is very painful. I'm in such a state now. I don't want my sister to feel the same way” said Chila. Although Ethan never expressed his feelings directly, Chila knew that Ethan put his heart on her. Moreover, Gavin has told him that Ethan prefers to be betrothed to him rather than his brother.
