It feels like Clara is clawing at Ethan's face right now. Although Clara is saddened by Ethan's words, she can't be weak. Clara did not want her pride to be trampled.

Clara chose to keep quiet and continued her cooking activities.

Ethan, too, is lazy to argue again with Clara.

Thirty minutes later their dinner was ready.

Clara served two menus she made on the table.

Black pepper cow and sauteed broccoli.

Ethan ate Clara's cooking so voraciously.

"His appetites, no one will take your food" Clara scolded as Ethan ate so fast.

Ethan doesn't care, Clara's cooking is too good and she misses Clara's cooking.

Returning from Clara's apartment, Ethan climbs the steps of her house whistling.

Her mother in the TV room called her son.

"Ethan.." Call the Mama.

Ethan stopped his steps.

"Why ma?" sahut Ethan and approach towards Vania.

"Sit down first" said Vania ordering her son to sit next to her.

"Where did you just come home? Yesterday was home late, now home late again" he continued.

"From Clara ma's apartment, where else am I other than there" Ethan replied and then lay his head on his thigh.

"Are you from there? Yesterday Clara said you weren't there "asked Vania in disbelief.

"Yesterday no, now yes" replied Ethan while asking his mother to stroke his head.

"So Papa Gavin came here, he asked for an accelerated marriage. In the civil records first. Later if you want a party can follow" said Vania explained.

"Why so sudden? I just opened up to each other" Ethan said in surprise.

"There's a reason we can't say. But want it later or whenever it will still be. You will still be married to Clara" explained the mother.

"Why the hell would I have to be betrothed like this? I can find my own soul mate without your help" Ethan protested.

Vania breathed a heavy sigh.

"There have been 3 applications from established men received by Papa Gavin, meaning that if we do not immediately Clara could have been betrothed to one of them. You want Clara to marry another man?".

"If Clara wants why not?".

"But the unwilling mama, where do you get a daughter-in-law like Clara again?".

Ethan rolled his eyes lazily.

But he was actually still very worried about his feelings.

Ethan is not sure he will be willing to see Clara married to another man but on the other hand part of his heart can not completely forget Chila who has been filling his heart and soul.

"Ma..why doesn't mama just match me with Chila?".

"Absolutely, Chila is not well according to mama?" ask Ethan anyway.

Vania patted Ethan on the shoulder.

"Chila's good but I'm sure Clara is a better fit and will understand you. Although Clara looks hard but she is a submissive woman, unlike Chila who is more childish and unruly. Now it's your job to pull Clara in so she can fall in love with you" Vania said.

Ethan does not understand why his mother always said that Chila is unruly when Chila is a friendly and gentle girl.

"Your wedding file is taken care of. Tomorrow you and Clara will get married on the civil record" Vania said.

"Huh??? That fast?" Ethan is so shocked that his marriage has accelerated beyond prediction.

"Arlan must have known about this so he asked about marriage. Why does the lizard always know first" Ethan murmured in his heart.
