“Why? What do you want?”, Kirana said while holding her lips.

His imagination has drifted somewhere. He thought of things that were certainly not on Rian's mind right now.

Rian just sighed.

“Silent and quiet.”, said Rian and managed to make Kirana's forehead wrinkle confused.

“Which is definitely not what you imagined.”, reply Rian while whispering.

Rian could hear Mr. Joseph's voice and the woman was getting closer.

Kirana only realized that they were in a very close position now. Kirana swallowed her saliva. His heart was beating fast. Rian and himself's breathing rang out clearly, greeting each other in the silence of the corridor. Just faintly heard the whispers of two people that Kirana had not seen because Rian had already hunted him.

“Udah is impatient when it is still in the corridor.”, chirped the woman that Rian had seen.

Rian drew closer to Kirana. Rian could only hope that Mr. Joseph was unaware of his stature. Hope so. Usually people who have often interacted with us will easily recognize us just by looking from behind.

Luckily, Mr. Joseph just sounded like a little laugh and they kept walking away from them towards the elevator door. Kirana tried to peek out from the sidelines of the space that Rian could still leave under her sturdy arm.
