31. Looking for Jasmin

Three days into Danu's fidgeting, he couldn't reach his wife since the afternoon after Jasmin reached the campus. And it's noon, Jasmin hasn't come home yet. He was really agitated because Jasmin could not be contacted.

"Where is he? Should have gone home today" Danu said.

He called Jasmin again, but he was not picked up. Finally he went to Jasmin's college, picked up the girl so he could ask her why she wasn't answering her phone. Returning from the office he went straight to campus, because it was not far from the campus Jasmin.

Up in front of the campus, the atmosphere was still quiet. Or it has disbanded. There were some students who left the campus. Danu got out of his car, walked towards the campus. He wanted to ask but who asked.

There was a campus staff, he approached and prevented the steps of the campus staff.

"Emm, mom. Wait a minute." said Danu.

"Yes sir, what's wrong?" ask the staff to stop.

"Is the group of new students who stayed for three days already home?" ask Danu.

"It was two o'clock this afternoon. Senior and committee members are still on campus" replied the staff.

"Ooh, so yeah. Are there any students left on campus?" ask Danu again.

"Lack of knowledge, but just try to ask the organizing committee in the senate. There may be students around the campus. Who are you looking for?" ask the staff.

"Ooh, find a new student who participated in the stay. Maybe he's home already."

"Try calling the phone, sir."

"Yes, thank you."

"Together."

Danu let out a long sigh, taking her phone. Trying to call Jasmin again, but not active number. He was confused where to look for Jasmin, while he did not know his wife's friends. Eventually she decided to go to her parents-in-law's house, perhaps to go home to her parents.

Danu drove her car to her in-laws' house after getting out of campus, she was really anxious and agitated why Jasmin was so hard to call.

Arriving at his father-in-law's house, he sees his house deserted. But the house lights were on, then he got out of the car and quickly headed for his father-in-law's house. Knock on the door slowly when you get in front of the door.

The door opened, Jasmin's father opened the door. He was surprised, what kind of evening Danu came. Jasmin's father doesn't see his son coming with Danu either.

"Lho, how come this afternoon? What's up, son Danu? And where's Jasmin, he's not coming?" ask Jasmin's father.

"Emm, I'm here to find Jasmin. Three days he's been at the college stay, and he's supposed to be home today. I think Jasmin went home to my father's house" Danu said.

"What's up, huh?" asked her mother Jasmin from inside, her husband turned his head.

"Here, Danu comes looking for Jasmin. He said Jasmin was at a college event and was supposed to be home today, but there was nothing on campus" Jasmin's father replied.

"Lho, why are you looking here?"

"Yes, there is no ma'am on campus. His phone is also inactive. Is it possible that he went with his friends?" ask Danu.

"The same time his friend, right from the same campus as his friend. Should have gone home, you've gone home?" ask Danu's mother.

"Not yet ma'am, I'm from the office directly to the campus and here. I think Jasmine came back here." Danu said again.

"Yes, you go home first. Maybe Jasmin has gone home, later if there is no you call dad and dad will look to his friends' house to ask Jasmin where" said Jasmin's father.

"Yes yeah. Then I'll just go home. I'll let you know that Jasmin is coming back here" Danu said.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Dear your wife Danu, I don't want to do anything with Jasmin" said Jasmin's mother.

"Yes ma'am." replied Danu.

He was accused of abandoning his wife, even though Jasmin himself disappeared without news. But he was also worried, his wife did not tell him. So all this time he was restless, and could not get service in the room from his wife.

"Where are you, Jasmin, why is this so." murmured Danu.

Along the way he thought of his wife, watching the streets on the right and left. His eyes were fixed on the motor that stopped and there stood a woman. Danu's car slowed down, he noticed the woman who was trying to turn on the motor but not yet on.

Danu smiled cynically, his car still drove without any intention of helping Laras. He still saw Laras trying to start the engine. Along the way he saw from the rearview mirror, Laras had not been able to start the engine motor. Until the car stops and approaches the barrel.

Danu's car stops, she still notices Laras from the rearview mirror and it looks like the man helped her turn on her motor. There was talk and laughter, apparently Laras knew the man. Not long after the engine was on.

"Who is he? Did you forget I was still her husband?" muttered Danu looks cynical.

After the Laras motorbike drove, the man who helped him also left with his car. Danu was running his car slowly, he noticed the Laras motorcycle in front of him was ten meters away. Danu slowed down his bike, did not feel he was following where the direction of the Baras bike went.
