“Hey, what are you daydreaming about?”
“No.” Delano quickly answered his co-worker.
“Then, why did you daydream?” Wulan asked again and sat down on the empty seat next to Delano.
Now it is a break and that makes the two office boys have free time to daydream and chat. Then today was the last day Delano worked as an office boy.
“About-about already want to resign, you so more often daydream ya.” Wulan said that in a mocking tone.
“Not like that. I just have a lot more thoughts.” Delano grimaced as he said that.
“Why? Struggling with your spoiled young girlfriend?” Wulan quickly guessed.
“Why can you think like that?” delano asked with a frown. “We have not fought at all. I just have another problem.”
“Your parents disagree with her?” Wulan returned to guess and Delano would certainly return to shake his head.
It still happened once again, until finally Delano reprimanded, “Why do you always guess something bad about Adelia?”
“I am not at all insulting. I just asked if you guys had a fight and whether he or you were welcome in each other's families.” Wulan flicked her shoulders casually.
Hearing that, Delano could only sigh. To him, what Wulan asked was still a negative connotation. But never mind, he doesn't want to fight. Especially on his last day of work.
It's been a long time since the incident escaped from marriage and know Delano will stop being an office boy. Adelia lives with Oma Tessa. It was certainly a good thing because it would reduce gossip, but Adelia still continued to send Delano money.
“How about today we have a farewell?” Suddenly, Wulan spoke again and it surprised Delano.
“Sorry, but I can't seem to. I've got another appointment.” With a forced, Delano shook his head.
“Why? Have you had an appointment with your girlfriend?” Wulan this time spoke in a faint tone. “She asked to be treated in an expensive restaurant huh?”
“I did have an appointment with him, but I was the one who was treated. More precisely, his family he who treat.” Delano did not hesitate to speak honestly because he wanted his coworkers to stop thinking negatively about Adelia.
“Oh, already acquainted with the family apparently.” Wulan became awkward when listening to that.
“Yes. There will be important talks between families.” Delano added.
“Important talk?” For some reason, Wulan was immediately shocked. “Are you guys getting married?”
“Eh? Who wants to get married?”
Suddenly, the rest room turned around. There were not many people there, but since the room was small, everyone could hear and in the end caused a commotion.

“Why are you late?” Monic quickly rebukes her son, when the two of them finally meet.
“Sorry, earlier office friends there byat farewell event.” That's all Delano can say.
“But we already have an appointment, so should want to stay home sooner.” Monic's still nagging.
“But why does Mama seem excessive?” This time, Delano was nagging. He looked at his mother from top to bottom.
“What's excessive?” Monic immediately rebuked. “This mama only wears regular shirts and regular pants.”
Delano rolled his eyes in a fit of anxiety. Indeed everything looks ordinary, but Delano believes it is all branded expensive. There might not be much to know, but the young man was still worried.
“Already, we better get in. They will wait a long time.” Monic quickly put on her glasses.
“You'll ask Mama to go undercover.” Monic relaxed his shoulders. “This is a form of disguise and necessary because now we are in a fancy restaurant. Who knows if anyone knows me.”
Once again, Delano rolled his eyeballs without saying anything. He just followed the mother who had already entered the place where they would meet Oma Tessa. In the end, Adelia chose to marry only. Even though he still doubts.
“Goodnight. Sorry I'm late.” Delano immediately made a sound when he saw Oma Tessa.
“No problem, Oma knows that you must have your own event with a friend's office first.” Oma Tessa smiled widely, before turning to the woman next to Delano.
“Goodnight, Aunt.” This time, it was Adelia who greeted as polite as possible. “Mari, please sit.”
“I heard, finally Adelia and Delano decided seriously?” Monic immediately asked, without making small talk.
“Ya, but earlier can I ask?” Oma Tessa asked very carefully. “What papa Delano does not come?”
“Same question I can throw at you,” replied Monic firmly. “Where are Adelia's parents, until Omanya who came to represent?”
“Ma.” Delano clearly rebuked immediately, as well as Adelia who elbowed the Oma.
The two old men then looked at each other with their eyebrows raised. For quite a while, until it made the two young people next to them somewhat panic.
“Her father Delano has died a long time ago.” Finally, Monic who first relented and told. “So it's definitely just me and maybe his grandfather.”
“If from my side, it is a bit difficult to explain how. Bottom line, Adelia's mom is gone and her dad's a jerk.” Oma Tessa replied followed by a long sigh.
“Then, we can be said to be a draw right?” tanya Monic pressed her shoulders leisurely. “So maybe we can just start? Time is too precious.”
“Of course.” Oma Tessa smiled, but she frowned slightly. For some reason, he felt that there was something strange about Monic.
The conversation went pretty well. Moreover, both Delano and Adelia do not want a festive party.
“You sure you want a regular event?” monic asked looked a bit confused. “Normally young people like the luxury.”
“Ah, it is not necessary.” Adelia quickly shook her head. “It just so happens that I'm happier just plain.”
“This is not because of our status which is not a rich person right?” Still Monic asked with her eyes narrowed sharply.
“There is nothing like it.” Oma Tessa denied. “Important my grandson is happy and Delano is good, that's enough.”
“Then it's up to you, but I ask her wedding not to rush.”
“Loh? Why is it like that?” Oma Tessa was a bit surprised to hear that.
“Soalah I will just go to work in the company Oma.” This time Delano answered. “It feels weird to be in as Adelia's husband. Later I can be counted KKN.”
“Oh, apparently because of it.” Oma Tessa nodded in understanding. “Padahan no problem, but if you want it like it does not matter also.”
“Then, how about another year?” Monic asked. “I think that's enough, if you want more no problem.”
“A year only,” replied Oma Tessa does not want to delay any longer. “That should have been enough to prepare Adelia. Exact date, can be discussed again next time.”
Oma Tessa extended her hand. It was just a habit when doing business, but apparently Monic welcomed it well. Even his position of Monic's hand is arguably firm and Oma Tessa likes it.
“Loh? Delano isn't?” When the handshake process was completed, there was a voice of a woman calling and making the owner of the name lose his smile.
