Not Sugar Baby (Mommy)
Meet

“WHAT-WHAT-WHY DIA?” Adelia squealed, while covering most of her face with both hands, as she continued to stare at the flat-screen television in front of her.

Oma Tessa called and asked her granddaughter to turn on the television. Adelia thought what was going on, but apparently it was a press conference held by Delano. At first he only talked about what was circulating on social media, but then was surprised to hear what was discussed afterwards.

“I did do stupidity because of women, but this time I again do stupidity because of the same thing.” Those were the initial words that Delano said without the slightest hesitation.

“I'm actually getting married in a moment, but making a mess because of the lies I've made in the past. Therefore, I will apologize to my fiancee.” It was this sentence that finally made Adelia scream in shame.

“Don't dare say something again.” Adelia screamed again, knowing it would be free.

“Adelia. I'm sorry for making you angry, so come back to me,” Delano said after taking a deep breath because he was tense.

“BASIC CRAZY!” Adelia throws her phone this time, almost hitting the television screen. “HOW CAN YOU SAY SUCH AN EMBARRASSING THING, TO BE HEARD ALL OVER THE COUNTRY?”

“I'm wrong. I admit to being wrong and you can punish me as you please, but please don't leave me.” Delano's voice was heard again and it made Adelia even more hysterical.

Unable to stand it all, Adelia decides to turn off her television. He really couldn't bear to hear what Delano might say next. It's a shame because the whole country will hear it, maybe even know what it looks like.

“HALO.” So embarrassed and upset, Adelia to pick up the phone with an upset voice.

“Hey, you should be happy after hearing the love statement and the public proposal so. Why even get angry?” Apparently, it was Oma Tessa who called after Adelia long enough to lament her embarrassment.

“What does Oma mean?” adelia asked, feeling more horror.

“You got a love statement and application live.” Oma Tessa obviously doesn't mind repeating.

“BASIC MAN CRAZY!” Again and again, Adelia screamed loudly again, almost making Oma deaf.

“How is this?” After finishing her hysterical feelings, Adelia muttered again with a red face. “How can I get out like this? How could he say such a thing in public?

“Just walk as usual,” reply Oma Tessa while holding back her laughter. “No one will know how you face.”

“What Oma forgot?” hardik Adelia doesn't care if she's disrespectful. “Netizen in our country is better than detective. In just a matter of hours or tens of minutes, my social media must be caught.”

“Then, wouldn't you better secure your social media?”

What the oma asked immediately made Adelia realize. He reflexively turned off his phone and went to his social media, but was late. Many have commented on posts that pin their names, even following their unlocked accounts.

“Sialan.” Adelia quickly locked her account, only to switch to the post that pinned her name.

“Why the guy who said he never dated this?” adelia asked after actually seeing what Delano had uploaded. “Lagian, since when does he have a medsos account?”

What Delano uploaded was completely beyond Adelia's expectations. The man uploaded a photo of a fairly large diamond ring and gave a similar post under the photo. Makin insists that Adelia is Adelia, which Delano means is her.

“I can't possibly get out again.” Adelia drowned her face in the pillow.

“But Daddy's mistake was a big mistake,” muttered Adelia still while hugging her pillow.

Adelia who still wants to mourn fate, is instead interrupted by the clink of the phone. One of his best friends, now sends a video. The video has apparently been edited, only on the part of Delano who is expressing love and proposing to her.

“You need to know, I like you. I love you Adelia Lesmana, so let's get married.” That is what was heard from the video of the press conference.

“BASIC CRAZY!” Adelia again threw her phone which this time fell quite hard on the floor.

Too bad. Only recently Adelia just wanted to curse again, but now her phone rings. This time he immediately knew that it was one of his best friends because it had given a different ringtone. Of course Adelia will pick up the phone.

“WOW. Your dad is awesome.” Marcel was the first to speak with great enthusiasm.

“Stop talking if you just want to taunt me,” hiss Adelia with a red face. “I'll hate you if you follow mocking.”

“Sorry, but it's an amazing thing. He even tagged me on your social media.” This time, Poppy spoke more politely. “We know from there.”

“I know, but still embarrassing. This is one country you know, especially my account has been caught as well.” Adelia sighed tiredly. “How do I avoid the evil mouth of that terrible netizen?”

“Hei, Delano it's not a random person.” Marcel is encouraging. “She can definitely cope with such a thing. Artists alone can overcome netizens, let alone rich people right?”

Adelia breathed a long enough. He knows it too, but it feels weird. Let her be quite rich, but it seems that living with Delano would be quite troublesome for her. Aren't the rich the rules?

“Ouch! Who else called?” Adelia complains when she hears the ringing of her phone, when she just turned off the phone from two.

[Daddy Delano: Pick up your phone or I'll do something else again.]

The message came in after Adelia ignored a call from Delano. He wasn't quite ready to talk to the man yet, but there seemed to be no other choice. Delano could do another crazy thing again.

“What's up?” That was all Adelia said, as her phone rang again and finally lifted, right on the second ring.

“After you ignored me for weeks, you just said ‘ada what?’” Delano almost rebuked.

“Then I have to say what?” adelia asked with a sigh of fatigue. “It wasn't me who made a riot here, but you.”

“Therefore I apologize.” This time Delano was down. “I even did crazy things because you didn't want to talk to me. I just want to talk to you alone, without any interruptions.”

“How can I get out, when everyone now recognizes me? Are you crazy?” hiss Adelia recalled what happened.

“Let me come to you. I messed up, so let me come to your place to talk four-eyes,” muttered Delano really sounding naughty.
