Ex-boyfriend Issues

“He did not reply.” Delano muttered that to himself, staring at the phone screen.

“Why from earlier watch HP continue?” One of Delano's co-workers asked.

“If seen from the looks of him anyway, he again waiting for chat.” Female co-workers who connect. “Maybe again quarrel with girlfriend.”

Delano grimaced hearing that. A statement that is not wrong, but he is reluctant to admit. Adelia is the granddaughter of the company owner.

“If there is a problem with his girlfriend, you can go home first.” Unexpectedly, section chief Delano said that.

“Hah? That's right, Ma?” Delano would be surprised.

“Yes. You see, since there are you, our work here so much faster finished. Neater too, so I guess there's no problem.” The head of the finance department did not hesitate to nod.

“Ah, choose thank you nih.” Of course, it caused a commotion, but not a serious thing. Moreover, Delano did not really go straight home.

At least, Delano waited until the clock came home from work. It also coincided with Adelia who finally called and gave word to be picked up. It made Delano relieved, but also made it months in the office.

“Cie, which is no marahan.” That sentence that accompanied Delano's return was a little faster than usual.

 ***

Adelia sighed. After thinking for almost twenty-four hours, the woman finally decided to talk alone with her fiance. That's why he asked Delano to come to the cafe he used to visit.

“Sorry, what's the long wait?” The baritone voice that sounded, made Adelia look up.

“No,” reply Adelia accompanied by a very thin skirt and smile.

“I've come out faster, but the road is jammed.” The newly seated Delano explained in more detail.

“Ya, no problem.” Adelia still answered.

“Are you still angry?” Delano couldn't bear to not ask.

“I came here to find out,” replied Adelia with a slightly wrinkled forehead.

“Then, ask. I will answer whatever it is honestly.” For some reason, Delano felt a little anxious.

“Can you explain what this is?” Without further ado, Adelia immediately showed the photo she got of Bella.

“Oh, that's me talking to Natasya.” Delano answered casually. “We happened to meet that time and he talked to.”

“That's it?” Adelia was somewhat confused by that relaxed answer. Though earlier he thought Delano would argue or dodge.

“Actually the thing being talked about is somewhat ..” Delano hung up his sentence because he did not know how to say it.

“Yesterday I actually made a deal with Bella. Not a pleasant conversation and before that I happened to be with Natasya. He said that ... he still wants to come back to me,” Delano really said honesty.

“You seriously said that?” adelia asked with both eyes glaring.

“Ya and it is the reality.”

Adelia's eyes became more and more rounded to hear her fiance's answer. Honestly, he was very surprised to hear that coming out of his fiancee's mouth. Although to be honest, it seems Adelia is not ready to hear such a thing.

Not what, but actually Adelia felt inferior. The beautiful and tiny woman, actually felt insecure because Natasya looks amazing in her eyes. The former looks classy and mature, very different from the childish Adelia.

“Sorry.” Adelia would clearly grimace when listening to that. “Not that I don't want to believe, but it feels weird to hear that.”

“Any indeed, but that's how it is.” Delano raised his shoulders. “I never lied to you.”

“Then Daddy said what?” Now Adelia wants to know if the man next to her has not moved on like his ex or not.

“I told you that the request was too heavy for me. Fortunately, he understood.” Delano's breath sounded so clear. He seemed really relieved that he could reject the former well.

“Why?” Unknowingly, the question word slid from Adelia's mouth. “When she's beautiful, smart, established, mature and looks like she's the most beautiful ex. But why wouldn't Daddy want to reverse it?”

Delano did not answer. The man seemed to think for a moment, before finally shaking slowly. Something that made Adelia a little relieved.

“Entahlah. I don't know how either, but I don't feel like getting too close to him anymore. My old feeling, seems to have completely disappeared,” replied Delano also looks a little surprised.

“Honestly this was a bit surprising because I thought I would keep thinking about him, but it wasn't. Now I no longer feel attached to Natasha.” Delano continued with a relieved smile.

Delano's heart was completely relieved and his mind felt freer. He seemed to have just taken off a very heavy burden and made his shoulders more relaxed. It was definitely something to celebrate, especially if his friends came to know.

“Today just order what you want.” Delano unreservedly expressed that to his fiancee. “Let me pay.”

“Eh? Isn't Daddy not paid yet?” Adelia was surprised to hear that. “Usually I pay too, right?”

“Yes, but starting today let me pay. Let me know, you'll be my wife. Of course I also want to give you something, even if it's just food.” Delano replied with a big smile that made the woman next to him smile.

“I don't know what makes Daddy in a good mood, but fine. Today I decided to eat a lot,” Adelia replied excitedly.

“Yes, eat a lot. You're too skinny.” Delano said that, while holding the arm of the fiancee who was thin.

“What does that mean Daddy likes more stuff?” Honestly speaking, Adelia felt a little offended being treated that way. He even gets upset about it.

“Not like the more contained, but it feels like you are too thin. I'm afraid you'll get sick easily if it's like that, let alone your diet doesn't seem so healthy.”

“Ih, Daddy mopping up.” With her thin arms, Adelia hit the man sitting next to her.

They both laughed quite loudly, to the point of attracting the attention of visitors. Unfortunately, their happy laughter did not last long. The laughter had to come to a halt when Delano's cell phone ringing sounded quite loud.

“Loh? Why not lift?” Adelia asked when she saw her fiance turn off her phone call.

“That was Natasha.” Delano grimaced as he said it. “I don't want to pick up the phone, especially since you're here.”

“Thank you it's okay.” Unexpectedly Adelia said that. “That's until he called twice.”

Delano turned his head when the fiancee pointed at her phone. It says Natasya's name is back on the phone. Delano is grateful that yesterday he changed the name stored on his phone.

“If Daddy won't pick up, let me.” Adelia's skinny hand moved quickly sliding the green button.

“Adelia.” Of course Delano reprimanded, but it was obviously too late. The speaker mode is even on.

“Delano?” The sound of the phone is heard. “Delano help me.”
