“Adelia. Where have you been?”
The step that had the name stopped in the living room, when he heard a voice that he was very familiar with. It was the voice of the father who somehow did not sleep today, even though the day was past midnight.
“From the club,” replied Adel with a lie.
He did come home late, but that was because he sat all night in the cafe with Delano. It just so happened that the man he was with, was reluctant to go to the club and he said what Delano wanted to tell me was better heard in a calm atmosphere.
“Klub?” ask Aditya who is now standing and walking closer to the princess.
“Yes. Any problem with that?” The young woman was not reluctant to challenge. He no longer wanted to be a submissive child.
“You still want to ask?” Aditya had already started to look angry with both eyebrows raised up.
“Of course I asked because for me there is no problem.” Adelia flicked both of her shoulders casually. “The name is also young.”
The father suddenly raised his hand. His intention was obviously to hit the princess, but seeing Adelia flinched he cancelled the intention.
“Because this is your first time doing something wrong, this time Papa will forgive. But no other time,” growled Aditya held back his anger by clenching his hands.
“Do you have no mouth to answer?” asked the middle-aged man, when the princess did not react.
But instead of answering, Adelia ran straight to the second floor. Where the rooms and shelter are located. For the nineteen-year-old woman, only her room is the safest friend in the world. At least, until a few seconds ago.
“What are you doing here?” she screeched when she found someone else in her room and it was Bella.
“Oh, Adel. It just so happens you're home. Can I have this shirt?” The woman with the shoulder-length hair showed a dress.
The dress looks simple. Just a sleeveless dress with an irregular skirt cut, but it was Adel's darling. It was the dress given by the late mother.
“Restore the dress to its place.” This time Adelia did not hesitate to yell.
“If you can't ask, can I borrow it?” Shamelessly, Bella again asked with a hearty look.
“Once no, still no. Are you deaf? Return my dress.”
Adelia had stepped in to snatch her gaut, but Bella dodged. I don't know what that shoulder-haired woman was thinking, but she hugged the man's dress tightly.
“What's the fuss?” Suddenly, Aditya appears behind his daughter.
“Daddy.” Seeing her lover appear, Bella immediately ran over. “I want to ask for this Adelia dress, but she doesn't want to love.”
“That's a birthday gift dress from my mama,” hardik Adel won't want to give up her prized possession.
“It's just a dress, Del. Just give it and you can buy a new one.” Instead of defending the princess, Aditya defends her affair.
“What is Papa deaf? It was a gift from mama.”
“Give it to Bella and you can buy a new one,” replied the papa without mercy.
Not enough to get there. The middle-aged man grabbed Bella in front of the princess' eyes, even peeling her forehead gently, before closing the door. Things that the man hadn't done to his daughter in a long time.
Not wanting her shelter to be entered again, Adelia quickly locked her room. The young woman also threw away the key in any direction, not caring if it could not be found.
“Women's basis ***** damn.” Adelia growled furiously. He wanted to scream, but later he could be visited by the papa again.
“When he already has papa, but why bother me again?” adelia asked while holding back her tears.
“Mana my closet made a mess.” The brown haired woman sighed and approached the large closet.
“Sialan.” Adelia clasped the ripped cloth and knelt on the floor. “Why is my luck so unlucky?” slow wish.
Adelia wanted to cry when her phone rang. Om Daddy's writing was clearly visible there, making the woman immediately lift him up.
“Halo, Non Adel?” ask the baritone voice across there. “After home?”
“Daddy.” Adelia immediately sobbed, as soon as she heard that melodious voice.
“Loh? Why cry, Non?” Delano immediately gasped to hear it.
“Bad papa. She told me her affair took away my dress. Though it was the last birthday gift from mama.”
“Maybe they don't know.” Delano said that with a hesitant tone.
“I told you, but papa still defended him. Papa also kisses her forehead in front of me, even though I never.”
Delano grimaced at the curses of the woman he had just recognized. It was already very late, but he could not bear to pause the long vent session.
It was so long that it took an hour and made Delano sleepy. But even though he was sleepy, the man still tried to respond to Adelia.
“Daddy? Isn't it sleepy?” Suddenly Adelia asked.
“Non Adel alone is not sleepy?” Instead of answering, Delano asked back.
“H, Daddy. How do you call Non? We're going to pretend to be dating. Daddy's not my babuku.” Adelia squealed in annoyance.
“Then? What should I call?”
“Terlarah. I want Adel to be able to, I want Baby to be able to. I have no problem and by the way just relax.”
“Then Adel only yes.” Delano finally decided.
Adelia laughed softly at that. He feels happy because now he has additional new friends who are fun and can be used as a place to confide. Even though Delano is still arguably a stranger.
“Thank you, Dad,” said Adelia with a better feeling. “When we just knew, but Daddy already wants to hear my curhatan.”
“I'm just helping. It just so happens to hear the easy thing, compared to working in the office.”
Adelia laughed at that. It wasn't very funny, but she was happy to hear it. But after that, the two of them remained silent for a while.
“Once again thanks,” murmured Adelia slowly.
“One more time together,” replied Delano who again invited the laughter of his interlocutors.
“While I thought this house would be creepy and unsafe without my mom, but calling Daddy, things got better.”
“Truly uncomfortable ya stay at home?” Delano asked as he was concerned.
“Since I know, not at all comfortable. Even with papa, I feel insecure.”
Delano was silent to hear that. Somehow he really felt sorry for Adelia, to the point of proposing crazy things to her.
“You can move if you do not feel at home. There are still empty rooms in my kosku.”
