The fact that her fiance is lying makes Alex upset, and Alex prefers the way Luna talks to the men, Luna seems to ignore her status as an engaged woman.

"Miss Luna Gross, can we talk?" alex asked slowly but firmly.

"Please, Lex. This party is indeed a place for people to talk, is not it so gentlements?" reply Luna tried to respond to Alex's request casually.

"I want us to talk alone, Luna," Alex adds to his call-to-action with a flat face and the sharpest intonation possible. Until Luna was forced to realize the tension that Alex felt.

"Oh, come on.. Why is it so tense? We've been friends for a long time" Luna tries to unravel the tension Alex feels.

But Luna's attitude actually makes Alex more impatient. The expression on her face that was getting louder finally made Luna give in, "Alright-alright, alright. Excuse me gentlemen, it looks like Mr. Levine couldn't wait to immediately monopolize me," said Luna to the perlente before him, then stepped into an elegant passageway.

Alex followed Luna's light footsteps with her eyebrows raised when she heard her fiance mention the phrase 'old friend' instead of 'engaged'.

And when they were really alone in a hallway that was somehow connected to nowhere, Alex immediately showered Luna with his questions.

"I remember you telling me a week ago that you'd be in San Francisco until Sunday. Then why are we suddenly able to meet here? And who's the one who invited you to this charity event? You said I didn't know? Huh, that's right! I know everyone who's invited to this party, Luna, because I'm the ambassador," Alex said.

"Woooww, wow.. Relax, Lex! Chill out! Don't show your jealousy in a public place like this," Luna replied casually while sticking her palms over the chest of Alex's field, which was wrapped in the latest Armani party suit.

Alex hastily rejected Luna's hand from the top of his chest, after witnessing the woman's coquettish attitude in front of the men, inexplicably Alex became sensitive and uncomfortable at the touch of his own fiance.

"Jealous? Me? On whom? Your words did not answer my questions at all, Luna," Alex cornered Luna into the wall of the hall and blocked the woman's movements with her towering body. In order to avoid coming into contact with Luna, Alex puts both hands in her pants pocket.

Although it was cornered but Luna remained calm. Once his hand was raised again, this time he tried to creep up Alex's hardened jaw in anger. Again Alex evaded him quickly, making Luna offended and forced to lower her hand again while enduring the embarrassment.

"Well if you're not jealous. I'm happy, because maybe your feelings for me aren't as deep as I thought, '" Luna Gross said in an upset voice.

"I'm not jealous, Luna. But I'm angry. I'm not glad you lied to me. You lied about your schedule and you lied about our relationship in front of everyone. What do you mean we're old friends? We're engaged, did you forget?" alex's voice rose as his emotions continued to rise.

Luna shook her head, her expression changed from friendly to cynical. The change in the look of Luna's face that was clearly visible in her eyes made Alex wonder if her fiance was indeed such a hypocritical woman?

"Actually after this party I intended to meet you at the apartment and talk about it, but I think we're meeting, maybe I'd better just say it now" Luna replied and then crossed paths with a challenging gesture.

"Say! Whatdoyouwant?" alex timpal.

"I want to cancel our engagement," exclaimed Luna Gross with an indifferent expression.

"What?" alex's teeth are grinding.

"I can't go ahead with our wedding plans later this year, Lex," Luna said with a soft snort.

"Why? I hope you can give me a very reasonable excuse, Luna Gross," Alex's tone of voice was so threatening.

"I'm pregnant, Lexi," Luna replied briefly. And ended his answer with a triumphant grin. "Are you satisfied with my answer?" Luna asked back.

Luna gave a small laugh at Alex's seemingly confused reaction, and it was really nice for Luna, "Don't be afraid, honey. I'm not gonna hold you accountable. You've never touched me, so how could you be responsible for my baby" Luna's lips lifted up a little.

Alex has never slept with Luna since they officially dated, even engaged. Alex wants his first night to feel perfect so he always refrains from touching Luna before their wedding night.

Not so with Luna Gross. The woman with the liberal lifestyle was confused with the principle of the lover. At first he received Alex Levine's love statement on suspicion that the man must have been very experienced in bed.

Imagining the masculine body of an Alex Levine makes Luna Gross accept the man's love without hesitation. But in fact he was wrong, because Alex who upholds the honor of women always makes him disappointed when politely the man refused his appeal to sleep together.

Upset by Alex's relentless rejection, Luna tries to meet her biological needs from another man. As a result, she became pregnant with one of the men who offered her the warmth she needed.

Alex was so shocked and furious to hear it. His bad feeling was answered. It was all because of Luna Gross. The woman he loved so much, the woman he adored so far.

"So you're cheating behind my back?" ask Alex with a sigh.

"You're wrong" cried Luna. "You always refuse whenever I want you. Every time I seduce you."

"That's what I do because I respect you as a woman, Luna. Why can't you understand my good intentions?" reply Alex quickly.

"How many centuries do you think this is, Lexi? I'm a modern woman, I have a need that's more than just a brief kiss you're used to. You should be engaged to a nun if you want a platonic relationship until the wedding night. It's ridiculous," Luna sneered.

Alex couldn't believe everything he heard just came out of the mouth of the woman he wanted to marry. It was as if the veil that had been covering her eyes and ears had been wide open. Revealing the true nature of a Luna Gross who had been either ignored unknowingly, or indeed unable to see because it was blinded by a feeling called love.

"Who is that guy?" alex asked after thinking about the wisdom of the unlucky fate that was happening to him. "Who's the man who impregnated you?" he added.

"He's a director of a leading film company in California. I won't say his name. I'm afraid you can't stop your grudges and make calculations with him."

Alex releases his confinement against Luna. He took a few steps back and ruffled his waist and looked at the woman before him haughtily. "You think I'm that low? I wanted to thank him for letting me go of a woman like you" Alex replied no less cynically.

Luna's expression turned furious, "What do you mean by a woman like me? Just because you're a top model doesn't mean you can put me down. I'm the future wife of a director of a large company. Besides what you can give me but love, your love can't give me the status and luxury I want, Mr. Levine," Luna sneered.

Luna does not know that Alex is the crown prince of Levine Enterprises, because Alex never revealed it. He does not want to be approached by women just because of his status as a child conglomerate. Only Jake Cipher knows who Alex is.

Alex smiled cynically at Luna's taunts at him, "Certainly?" his reply. "And you feel that the man who impregnated you is capable of giving you everything you want, is that it?"

"Of course!" luna answered confidently. "Not only was the warmth in my bed, but that man could give me everything. His se-ga-la, did you hear?" luna's eyes lit up to look at Alex who was no less fierce.

"Well, let's see how it ends, Miss Gross, and thank you for ending our relationship here. Goodbye." Alex replied as he passed away leaving the passageway. Leaving behind Luna Gross who was still standing emotionlessly in the corner there.

Alex is angry, not only does he feel betrayed, but he also feels cheated. Because of the woman he was about to marry, had secretly been having an affair and sleeping with a foreign man out there. An enraged Alex finally leaves the party alone. Without Jake Cipher.
