“Good afternoon, is this really Mr Jaya Wardhana?”
There was a phone call that went into Papa Jaya's phone number that afternoon.
Papa Jaya who received the phone call also slowly nodded, “Ya, I am Jaya Wardhana. What's up?” tanyakanya.
“Begini Pak Jaya, we from the Prisoner House reported that Mr.'s son, Brother Darren, was sick and now taken to the Hospital,” news from one of the officers of the detention house.
Hearing the news that Darren was sick, as a Papa of course Papa Jaya panicked and immediately thought about how his son was doing.
“Acne in Which Hospital Sir? Can the family meet him?” papa Jaya asked the house arrest officer who was calling her.
“Can be visited sir, just keep following the rules of visiting patients. In addition, there are still officers from the detention house who guard it,” an explanation from the detention house officer.
Papa Jaya seemed to let out a long sigh, she really thought that her son would be admitted to the Hospital.
“Can I be referred to a better hospital?” ask Papa Jaya again.
“No Sir, as all are arranged by the Detention House. Moreover, if there are patients who are sick and must be rushed to the Hospital then the entire cost of treatment costs will be charged to the country,” explained again.
It is true that the Prisoner's officer said, that an inmate if sick can be rushed to the Hospital outside the Prisoner's House or Prisoner, all of which are regulated in the Law. And, sick prisoners also all costs incurred by the Hospital will be charged to the state.
Hearing the explanation from the Prisoner House officer, Papa Jaya nodded. There was regret in his heart because even when his son was sick, he wanted to do his best for Darren's recovery, but couldn't. All he could do was to keep up with what the Detention House had arranged under the Law.

The afternoon …
Papa Jaya and Mama Sasmita decided to visit the Hospital called by the Prisoner House to visit Darren. Both are equally upset, actually what makes Darren to be rushed to the Hospital.
Once at the Hospital, the two searched Darren's room according to what the house arrest officials had previously reported.
“Can we come in?” mama Sasmita asked, who seemed so worried about Darren.
Fortunately, the officer from the rutan guarding Darren also allowed Mama Sasmita and Papa Jaya to enter.
“Darren,” Mama Sasmita sees her son lying in a gurney. An infusion hose was placed in his hand. His son's face looked so pale.
“Why can it be, Darr?” mama asked Sasmita again, who this time could not hold back her tears, to see Darren lying weakly on top of the gurney.
Before long, the door opened and a nurse came in to check on Darren.
“Excuse me, we will re-examine the patient's condition,” said the nurse by bringing some drugs that will be injected through an infusion hose.
Feeling that the nurse was coming at the right time, Mama Sasmita asked the nurse. “Actually my son is sick what, Sus?” tanyakanya.
“Patients have acid reflux. There is inflammation from the throat to the stomach or esophagus,” explained the nurse to Mama Sasmita.
After the nurse came out, Mama Sasmita looked at her son and clasped his hands. At the same time, Darren's eyelids seemed to blink. His eyes slowly opened.
“Ma,” said in a voice that sounded weak.
Mama Sasmita then nodded, “Iya, this is Mama .. Your father is also here,” replied Mama Sasmita who told him that it was not only her who came. But her father also visited her.
Slowly Darren's eyes circulated in order to see the figure of his Papa. As his eyes looked at the figure of his Papa sitting on the sofa, Darren sighed, not thinking that his Papa would want to see him. She thought that her father hated her so much and was reluctant to see her again, now after a long time she could look at her Papa.
“Why do you get stomach acid? Careful, Darren. Do not underestimate stomach acid. Because, some people can not survive even they died of stomach acid,” said Mama Sasmita who warned her child.
Slowly Darren nodded, this kind of situation that he missed. A year or so he lives behind bars, there are days when he misses his parents so much, misses his old life. Being looked at by the Mama like this, really makes the man happy, even if not spoken, but Darren is very happy.
“Iya Ma,” the answer is short. His body still felt weak, even just talking was painful and unpleasant.
Silence again enveloped the room where Darren was treated, “Ma, Darren got a reduction in prison time,” he now told The Mama.
Hearing what Darren said, Mama Sasmita also looked at her son's face with a little sideburn that began to grow on his son's chin, “That's good, how can you get a reduction in prison time?” ask Mama Sasmita.
“Remission on Eid last day, Ma .. Darren hope to get out of there soon. Darren wants to start a new life.” Darren expresses his heart, he wants to start a new life, he really wants freedom. Unfortunately, that freedom is still so far from his reach. There's still a few more years of detention for him to do.
Papa Jaya was silent, not responding to Darren's remarks. He knows very well that he is not helping Darren either, allowing the child to bear the consequences of a mistake he made. In his mind, Papa Jaya wants that Darren will learn something from his life. Valuable lessons that he had not learned, and hoped that his son would become a better figure.
“Thank God, Darren .. at least your prison sentence is getting lighter,” said Mama Sasmita with still holding her son's hand.
Darren nodded, “Iya Ma .. Darren hoped he could come out soon,” he replied. For a moment the man was silent, there was actually a question he was asking, but realizing the whereabouts of his Papa there was a sense of reluctance to ask his Mother. However, urged with curiosity and curiosity, this time Darren forced and at the same time encouraged himself to ask his mother.
“Ma, has Kanaya given birth yet Ma?” slowly tanyanya.
Mama Sasmita was quite surprised by Darren's question, not expecting that her sickly son was still asking for Kanaya's whereabouts and asking if Kanaya had given birth.
Reluctant to answer, Mama Sasmita momentarily glanced at the figure of her husband first, until finally a faint nod was given Mama Sasmita, “It's true.”
Darren sighed, apparently the news that Sandra gave that Kanaya had given birth was true. Now, the man thought that the Kanaya family was really happy, especially with the birth of the baby.
There was a pain that seemed to hit his chest, he who was in pain and had to crouch behind bars, trying half to die forgetting the taste he had for Kanaya. That feeling appeared very late, but time went by almost 2 years and the sense was as if it was still left in his heart. Even Sandra came, as if not really eroding the taste.
