Sharing Love: The First Wife's Pilu Story

Sharing Love: The First Wife's Pilu Story
Rest

That bright morning, Arum continued to stare at her appearance from the reflection of the mirror. Researching every inch of his face to look perfect. After his decision to accept Randu's proposal, Arum prepared the inner birth to be able to become a woman as desired by her future husband.

The sound of the horn echoed.

Arum snatched his bag and cell phone and walked out of his room. He pulled out his hijab before opening the front door.

When opening the door, Arum suddenly gasped in shock at the sight of Randu who had been sculpting in front of him, the two looked at each other without batting an eye.

There are others, but Randu only reveals in his heart to see the beauty of Arum that he rarely sees. Vice versa, Arum was stunned to see the face of Randu up close.

"Can we walk now?" Randu's words disperse Arum's daydream. The girl pretended to tidy up her hijab to cover up her embarrassment.

"Where can we go, sir?" arum asked, looking at the back of Randu who had just turned his body.

"To grandpa's house."

Grandpa? Why did Mr. Randu not say.

Arum's heart suddenly rumbled, his guts shrinking when he heard Randu's words.

Randu who had arrived beside the car was forced to go back to approach Arum who looked dumb.

"Rum, you're okay, right?" Randu waved his hand right in front of the deathly pale Arum.

"No, Sir."

Randu clucked holding Arum's arm.

"We're getting married soon, it's not good to call her."

Randu pulled Arum's hand towards the car, not forgetting Randu opened the door for his future wife.

"Later if in front of Grandpa, call me mas, or brother, or name is also not papa, as long as not father," said Randu before driving his car.

Arum just kept quiet while nodding his head.

Silent, Arum felt awkward to start a conversation, even though he wanted to ask a lot about the Randu family.

"Rome…"

"Mas.." both words ******.

Randu turned his head to look at Arum who lowered his head.

"You go first." Again the two spoke in unison.

Randu slowed down the speed of his car wanted to linger with Arum before being interrogated by the grandfather.

"You first," asked Randu.

Arum took a long breath.

"Mas, are there any specific rules to being your wife?"

Randu scrunched his forehead then laughed out loud and looked back at Arum at a glance.

"There's."

Deg deg deg

Arum rounded his eyes, his heart racing. His hands trembled slightly and suddenly sweat poured down his forehead. Arum reached into tissue from his bag and rubbed his head

"What's that?" asked Arum nervously.

Randu stopped his car as the two arrived in front of the ice cream shop.

"Wait a minute!"

Randu removed the seat belt and opened the door, clearly visible from Arum's view if the man entered it.

"Why mas Randu always stalling answers, make me curious," grumbled Arum.

After a few minutes, Randu came out carrying two cups of ice cream in his hand.

Why am I so tense, what is the answer mas Randu?

Randu went back in and opened the ice cream he brought and gave it to Arum.

"If you're my wife, the rules to be obeyed, you can't work. You can only serve me. You have to be there for me every time I need to be, and you have to stay by my side under any circumstances. Every human being has flaws. I want you to accept my shortcomings, without seeing the advantages of other men." Randu paused his speech for a moment to supply oxygen.

After yesterday was irritated, this time Arum felt filled to hear the words of Randu, whether the guidance of what came down from the sky to make the heart as hard as stone was soft.

Arum turned his face towards the side door holding back his tears that had already piled up on the fertilizer.

"Rum," call Randu.

Arum looked over and smiled faintly.

"Before everything is done, I want to hear for myself if you accept me as your future husband." If Arum had received it on his phone. This time Randu wanted to hear from Arum's lips directly.

The ice cream in Arum's hand melted already, while the one in Randu's hand was still intact and had not been opened at all.

Randu put down the ice cream and took the box that was in his suit pocket.

"Arum Septiana, do you want to marry me?" said Randu in a soft tone.

Arum stared at the ring and Randu's face alternately, the moment yesterday afternoon repeated, but with a different atmosphere. If yesterday in a restaurant with a stiff word and perfunctory style, in the car there is a sincerity and softness. Arum felt overwhelmed, and there was no reason to reject Randu's good intentions.

"I want to" replied Arum timidly.

"You what? Kissed?" goda Randu while taking her ring.

Before Randu pinned his ring Arum clasped his hand for a moment.

"Why don't you want to take the ring from me?"

Arum shook his head, "I just wanted to tell Mas Randu. In our marriage, I don't want to be betrayed or double. I don't want you to move to another heart, unless I'm gone."

"Don't talk like that, pamali. I have no intention of doing that."

Randu pulled Arum's hand and pinned his ring on the ring finger.

After finishing the ice cream that had been melted, Randu continued his journey to the grandfather's house, it did not take long fifteen minutes Randu had arrived in front of the intended house.

Arum opened the car glass and looked at the house in front of him.

"This is Grandpa's house?"

Randu nodded.

Before opening the car door, Arum prayed that he would be given smoothness for his relationship.

"Assalamualaikum.." shouted Randu, as usual he went straight into his grandfather's favorite room named Aryo.

Randu opened the door and waved his hand towards Arum. After the woman approached, Randu led Arum to enter.

"Sir," said Randu.

A man who was already that old turned his head to turn his gaze towards Randu.

"You remember grandpa's house?" chirps grandpa Aryo.

Randu and Arum knelt down in front of Aryo's grandfather and kissed the back of his hand.

"Randu forgot, wasn't Randu born here?"

Grandpa Aryo stared fixedly at Arum.

"Who is this?" ask Grandpa Aryo.

"Wife for grandfather" he continued.

Instantly Randu laughed off hearing the absurd words of his grandfather who was old man, myopic eyes but if you look at the clear eyes follow normal.

While Arum only nudged Randu's elbow who also did not answer him.

"This is the prospective wife of Randu kek, and I am here to ask for blessing to grandfather," explained Randu at length.

Grandpa Aryo is just a mangosteen.

"It turns out you're smart to find a wife, quickly paused before there is slander. If possible next month. Faster is better."

Arum and Randu looked at each other. Are you ready?" ask Randu.

"God willing, I'm ready."

"Alhamdulillah" answered the three in unison.
