"Congratulations to you two" Zuna smiled.

"What are you doing here?" 

Alex's shout made his head turn and Kanaya hesitated, she felt like running away but before she could bring that thought to life, Alex grabbed her hand. As if he knew exactly what he had planned to do.

Zuna did not hesitate with her tone, she kept smiling and repeated her words again to congratulate her.

Alex's tone was low but no less deadly. 

"I asked what are you doing here?" Alex repeated the question again.

 "Consider everything, I have something for you to know" Zuna turned to the guests.

 Alex's eyes narrowed at zuna. Now he felt Kanaya's hand wanting to take her hand out of his but she just held it tighter.

"I won't let you go anywhere, you'll mark your place in my life in public, don't worry, I'll handle it" Alex whispered.

"As you all know, I was once Alex's life, he loved me wholeheartedly and couldn't live without me. He ran to me for comfort whenever he was sad. Know how to entertain him and also share every moment," said Zuna loudly and loudly.

 Kanaya's heart was like being pierced by thousands of needles at Zuna's words. He could imagine the kind of love they had. Does he still love her? Now that question that comes to his mind every time there is a problem.

"I am his first and last Love, though I took his love for granted and betrayed him. After she left my life so I realized how much I loved her" Zuna said. He stopped looking at Alex. "I was happy when he came back, but I was heartbroken. When he comes back with a wife, if he really loves his wife, I'm happy for him and happy he finally found happiness, so I'm here to wish him all the best," said Zuna.

There was a gripping silence as everyone stared at Zuna and changed to Alex.

 "I want to clarify everything here now" Alex spoke up and all eyes were on him.

Kanaya looked at Alex wondering what he was going to say. 

"I've loved this woman here no doubt, she's the one I want to spend the rest of my life with" Alex paused, staring at everyone.

Kanaya. Honestly he felt pain in his heart, upon hearing the explanation, his hands clenched.

"I was lost without her, but now I am very happy with her betrayal, if I marry her, I will live in misery but the goddess Fortuna brings this beautiful woman standing beside me into my life," said Alex.

Kanaya blushed.

"Thank you for what you did, because if you don't, I won't meet my queen here, and let me correct something. You are my first love, but not my last, this woman I hold in her hand is my wife and my last love" Alex said.

Someone whistling among the guests was an applause for them.

Zuna stood there for a few minutes confusedly, thinking to put some distance between them while pretending to be innocent, but she ended up fooling herself.

"I didn't invite you to leave or the guards would kick you out" said Alex, speaking loudly.

The guests chuckled and Zuna blushed in embarrassment, she looked at Alex angrily and saw the guards coming towards her.  He quickly kicked her out of the mansion.

Alex exhaled, he did not realize that he had held his breath, he turned his head towards Kanaya who was looking at him with a respectful gaze.

 "Let's dance with me, Kanaya" Alex said

 "Yes" Kanaya replied slightly whispering.

Kanaya had just finished dancing with Alex, her legs hurt, she was not used to dancing because she already felt like pulling her heels and flexing her toes. He had stood all day, receiving congratulations from the guests.

Kanaya sat down with a glass of orange juice to moisten her dry throat.

Kanaya nodded, she sipped her drink.

"Does that mean you're putting off dancing with me?" 

Kanaya looked at Stefan confused about the right answer to give him, he had no intention of standing up from where he was sitting, he was already too tired.

"I'm so tired and my legs hurt, I'm sorry" Kanaya said.

"Let me massage your legs. I can do it" said Stefan.

"What?" Kanaya flinched, her eyes wide open.

"Just kidding" Stefan said.

Kanaya heaved a sigh of relief, she returned to drinking her orange juice.

"Do you mind if I drink with you? You owe me at least for not dancing with me."

 Kanaya turned her head towards him and she grinned in silence.

"Can we be friends?" take Stefan.

Kanaya nodded, no problem making him a friend. After all, he doesn't have many friends, only Sary he has right now.

"Let's drink to it, to our new friendship" Stefan said.

Kanaya raised her glass to a toast.

"You're beautiful" praised Stefan. "You love him, don't you?" ask Stefan.

 Kanaya nodded and shifted her gaze from Alex to Stefan.

"He's my husband, obviously I love him."

"I must warn you." 

Kanaya looked at him as she asked, "Warn me about what?"

"I hear he's living a life with a lot of women, I just want you to be careful" Stefan said.

"Is it this way to approach my wife that she's against me?" Alex's voice rang out from behind, the two of them immediately turned to look at him.

"No, I just ...."

"I have to tell you to stay away from my wife." Alex growls to cut off Stefan's words, whose face is now bulging but does not reply as he leaves, Alex turns to Kanaya.

"You don't have to be too rude to him, he's just trying to take care of me" Kanaya said.

Alex glared at him, "Once, you're now defending him."

"He's my friend. Friends have to look after each other."

 Alex sneered, "Friends, since when?"
