Kanaya could not stand up from the floor, she felt an excruciating pain in her stomach, she held her stomach. He felt fluid pooling in his thighs, blood. 

"Help me, please," said Kanaya.

Alex's eyes were round when he saw a pool of blood. He immediately took her to the car and went straight to the hospital.

Alex pacing the hallway, he wants to wake up and find that it was all a nightmare. Fear of something happening with Kanaya.

"I'm sorry, you miscarried" the doctor told Kanaya.

"What's? A miscarriage?!" ask Kanaya. She did not know when she was pregnant, because all this time she had not experienced anything.

"Yes, your gestational age is almost one month," explains the Doctor.

"Yes, geez how I explained to Alex. He must be very angry, I should not be selfish when and always hear his words" Kanaya murmured in her heart. Now he can only regret everything he did. Maybe sorry is very difficult, but he has to explain to him what the truth is.

Tears run down Kanaya's cheeks, having told her that she has lost her baby. His heart felt like it was about to explode, how much more pain he could endure in this life. Alex must hate him now for thinking he's having an affair, when in reality he's not. This was Stefan's plan all along, he regretted not listening to him before. Kanaya touches her now empty stomach, will Alex forgive her? He will explain that everything has been arranged by Stefan.

"Well, You get plenty of rest so that Your condition will recover soon. Later the nurse will deliver your medicine," said the Doctor then left.

Alex who saw the Doctor finally came out, he immediately approached him.

"Doctor, how's my wife doing" Alex asked.

Alex feels numb, as soon as his world collapses, his son goes missing. His hands clenched, wanting to feel like he was venting his anger.

"I'm sorry" the doctor said as he walked away.

She killed her baby, Kanaya, she had an affair with that bastard and now the baby is gone. He suddenly felt so hateful to her, how could he be this cruel? How could he do this to her? He regretted letting her into his life and now he's crushed his hopes.

At the same time, in a different place Mariana is busy celebrating the success of her plan, she brings Stefan's almost lifeless body to the hospital and sits in her room drinking, "Now he'll keep you in this house, ***** which is worthless."

His phone rang and he glanced at the caller, it was Nicole, he smiled, now. This is the woman who will help him carry out all his plans. She's getting married to Alex and things will be easier for her.  If Alex had not gone to marry the woman***** that, surely the plan had worked out earlier. Now that all caused a delay in his plan, his plan is now in progress it makes him happy.

"Hello," Mariana greeted Nicole and smiled evilly at her question of whether everything went well.

Nicole ended the call with Mariana after they talked for a long time, their plan went very well. Walking exactly as planned, he smiled, surely Alex and Kanaya were in a lot of pain.

 Nicole smiled triumphantly, she would get whatever she wanted and throw it away anytime she got bored. Right now, he wants Alex and he will have him.
