(Ken Series) Good Wife

Not yet Vita answered, the door was open.

"Darling, your order is not.…" A man's voice was suddenly cut off when he saw the two people who were in front of him. Yes, he is Gilang. He was so shocked when he saw inside the inpatient room Vita already had Gitta and Ken. Silent grinned while carrying plastic bags in both hands.

Gitta and Ken looked at the door as the man opened the door. Gitta was very surprised to see Gilang there. And, what was that, Gilang called affection to Vita? Gitta really couldn't digest what was going on right now. 

Gitta turned to look at Vita and Gilang's face alternately. He looked at Vita's face with a sharp look.

"What does all this mean Vit? Explain me?" Said Gitta.

Vita looks a little pale. He glanced at Gilang who was still standing in position. Shortly after, Gilang walked over to the side of Vita. He put the bag of crackle that he carried on the nightstand and grasped Vita's hand. The things Gilang did did not go unnoticed by Gitta and Ken. They are still waiting for an explanation from both.

"Let me clear in Git." Gilang.

Gitta nodded waiting for Gilang's explanation. While Vita, her face still looked worried.

"Actually, we've been harboring mutual love since the beginning of the semester. Maybe you've known since then I've been chasing him. We had a backstreet relationship for almost two years. However, everything changed since a few months ago Vita's parents betrothed her to someone else. Vita could not possibly reject this matchmaking. He has great respect for his parents. He broke off his relationship with me. Ever since then, he's been avoiding me." Gilang.

Gitta and Ken were shocked to hear that. Gitta turned to look at Vita's face which looks guilty for covering it from Gitta. 

"So because of that, you're asking me for help at the rest area?" Ask Gitta.

"Yes. Sorry, I was completely hopeless back then. I'm almost desperate." Answer Gilang.

"And, you kept all this from me all this time Vit? You don't think of me as your best friend?" Gitta's words pierced Vita's heart. 

Vita looked at Gitta's face while shedding tears. He shook his head quickly to refute Gitta's accusations.

"I'm sorry Git, but I didn't mean to hide any of this. Hicks." Vita said while sobbing. "I just thought, I don't want to date when my best friend is struggling to survive. Hiks. I'm sorry Git, I didn't mean to lie to you." Vita is still sobbing.

Gitta who heard it became crumpled. It was true that as he struggled to survive, only Vita was always there for him. Best friend since High School. Vita is always there for him, although his friends are rarely willing to be friends with him. Vita is also always his listener when his uncle and aunt scold him. In fact, Vita was also the one who gave a temporary shelter ride before she found the boarding house.

Gitta immediately hugged Vita who was still sobbing. He sniffled after that.

"I'm sorry Vit, I'm sorry. I was wrong. I cannot know the desire of your heart. I don't care too much about your feelings. Ii'm sorry. Hiks hyks." Said Gitta.

"You're not wrong Git. I'm the one who hid this from everyone." Said Vita.

After a while later, Gitta let go of her embrace. He turned to look at Gilang who was still standing beside Vita.

"I'm sorry Lang. I really don't know if it's like this." Said Gitta.

Gilang smiled hearing that. "Yes, I'm sorry I did too Git to lo kelin for months." Reply Gilang while chuckling. Then, the net turned to look at Ken who was still standing not far from Gitta. "He who's Git?" Ask Gilang.

Instantly Gitta turned to look at Ken who was still standing a few steps behind him. Gitta slightly retreated to grab Ken's hand and pulled him closer to her.

"Known, it's Ken. My husband?" Said Gitta.

Suddenly Gilang's eyes and mouth grew. "He's lo's husband? Which means that when we met at the rest area, you were married?" Ask Gilang.

Gitta shook her head slowly before replying.

"Yet. We were not married at the time." Answer Gitta. "We got married the next day." Answer Gitta.

"How come you're getting married so soon, Git? You guys knew each other before? You guys dating?" Ask Vita.

Hhhhh. Gitta took a deep breath and exhaled before telling her everything. Gitta recounts the beginning of the incident until it ended with her marriage to Ken. Gilang and Vita who heard it were shocked. 

"If you were forced to get married then, then why are you still going on? Don't you guys not love each other?" Ask Gilang.

"We want a one-time marriage in a lifetime. We have also been sincere and accepting each other with this marriage. So we continue this marriage. This marriage is legal and religious." This time Ken answered.

Gilang and Vita nodded in agreement. They both prayed for Ken and Gitta's marriage to last until death separated.

"Then, what about your matchmaking plan Vit?" Ask Gitta.

Vita shook her head. He himself was still at a loss as to how to reject the plan.

"Have you ever met the person you're going to be betrothed to?" This time Ken asked.

Vita shook her head. He also explained that he had never met or communicated with the person he was going to be betrothed to. Vita rarely even went home to her parents since the match plan was agreed. He prefers to stay in his brother's contract.

Gitta glanced at Ken's face with a glance while smiling. Ken exhaled, as if understanding the intent of Gitta's gaze. After a while later, Gitta and Ken were quick to leave.

Meanwhile, in the car Gitta immediately asked Ken for help.

"Hhhhhhhh."

"Mas Ken can help Vita?" Ask Gitta.

Ken turned his head for a moment before answering Gitta's question.

"I can't promise. I'll try to think of a way." Answer Ken.

"That's a good thing my husband is. Emeessshhh." Gitta said as she pinched Ken's cheek. "Thanks to the priest." Gitta.

Ken turned to look at Gitta's face with a sharp look.

"Who is the priest?" Ask Ken.

"Yes to Ken dong. Ken is my priest." Gitta answered while giving a kiss on Ken's left cheek.

Cup.

Ken's lips were instantly attracted. He looked at Gitta.

"You've been really brave now, are you teasing me?" Said Ken.

Gitta who realized with his act immediately straightened his sitting position.

"No-no, Mas. That's not what I meant. I'm just happy to have such a great husband." Answer Gitta.

"really?" Ask Ken.

"Of course it's true." Answer Gitta.

Ken smiled at the wife's answer.

"Good husband, means also have a good wife also dong?" Ken said as he turned towards Gitta and smiled smirk.

Gitta looked up at her husband's smile.

"What do you mean?" Ask Gitta.

"Have you forgotten that you still have to take responsibility?" 

Instantly Gitta recalled her conversation with Ken earlier while leaving for the hospital.

"Then, what should I do." Ask Gitta.

"Yes of course help tame Kj." Answer Ken.

"But I'll come for the moon."

"You can use the others." Answer Ken.

"What-what?"

"All your limbs." Ken replied with a smile and raised his eyebrows.

"Hhaaaahh?!"
