Call Khanza while waving to Al who was staring intently at them. A big smile never left his lips.

Rangga and Clarissa who were standing in front of Khanza immediately turned to look at Khanza. They wondered in their hearts who was being greeted by Khanza. Khanza turned his head and waved to Rangga and Clarissa before turning at the end of the hospital hallway.

"Is he doctor Al?" Ask Clarissa.

Rangga did not answer Clarissa's question. He just sniffed his shoulders as he stepped away leaving Clarissa. The young doctor immediately snorted annoyed to find a flat-flat response from Rangga.

While Khanza was still silently walking beside Al. He did not dare to open his voice at that moment. He was really afraid that Al would scold him. Khanza did dare to tease Al, but only limited to ordinary temptations that will not be known by others, especially family or friends Al. Khanza and Al have reached the parking lot where Al's car is parked there. Khanza remained motionless. Al who saw Khanza was still silent immediately turned his head.

Khanza turned his head to look at Al who was still displaying his flat face. However, he soon moves on to sneak in Al's car. He sat down beside Al who was focusing on turning his vehicle back.

Khanza glanced at Al's face which still looked flat while focusing on the street in front of him.

"Sorry Brother." Khanza. He was still looking down while biting his lower lip.

Al looked at Khanza's face looking down.

"Why did you call me that?" Ask Al. "Aren't you aware that it's a hospital, a lot of my colleagues are there." Continue Al.

Khanza is again haunted by guilt. He didn't think about that. Khanza still lowered his head while muttering an apology many times.

Al exhaled his heavy breath before opening the sound again.

"I just don't want my colleagues to think that's not about us." It was clear after a long silence.

"Sorry, Brother. I don't mean to get Al in trouble. I was just thinking about how to keep Dr. Clarissa from misunderstanding me. Sorry, Brother." Khanza said while looking at Al's face. He displayed his guilty face there, so that Al became unbearable.

"Doctor Clarissa? What's that supposed?" Ask Al. He still doesn't understand Khanza's intentions. Yes, Al had seen doctor Rangga and doctor Clarissa were with Khanza. But, Al still does not know what their relationship with Khanza is.

Khanza exhaled before telling Al the truth.

"Actually, I've known brother Rangga for a long time. He was my neighbor when he was in Surabaya. However, we lost communication when Kak Rangga continued his studies in Jakarta. We just met again a few days ago." Khanza.

Al who had begun to understand could only nod his head.

"Then, what does this have to do with Dr. Clarissa?" Ask Al. She knows Rangga and Clarissa. They're one year old over Al. Al was not very close to them.

Al was quite surprised to hear that Clarissa liked Rangga's doctor. Not a rumor that circulated if Rangga's doctor was engaged, or maybe Clarissa's doctor was the fiance of doctor Rangga. Inner Al.

Khanza, who saw Al, was still silent, feeling bad. He thinks that Al is still angry with him.

Al who saw that could only snort in annoyance. He's getting used to the magic khanza.

"Tell me, the Rangga doctor already has a fiancee. Yeah, that's a rumor circulating in the hospital." Al said after a long moment of silence.

Khanza looked at Al's face. He was quite surprised when he heard it.

"Is Rangga really engaged?" Tanya Khanza doesn't believe it. If it's true that Rangga's sister is engaged, why didn't she talk about meeting a few days ago. Batin Khanza's.

However, Khanza's shock was misinterpreted by Al. He thought that Khanza was disappointed when he heard that Rangga was engaged.

"You're disappointed to learn that doctor Rangga is engaged?" Al asked while frowning his forehead.

Al who found Khanza's question could only glance at him.

"Yes, it looks like you are disappointed when you find out that Rangga's doctor already has a fiancee." Answer Al.

"Hhaaahh, disappointed to see from where is Kak?" Ask Khanza. "I have absolutely nothing to do with Brother Rangga. I don't have any feelings for him either. So, disappointed because of what?" Khanza. He did not understand Al.

"really?" Ask Al. "You really have nothing to do with Dr Rangga?" 

"Really, Brother. I have absolutely nothing to do with Brother Rangga. I don't like it like a woman does to a man. I just think of him as a big brother. That's it, nothing more." Khanza. He himself was at a loss as to why he should explain that to Al. However, it would be even more confusing later for him if Al thought nothing of himself and Rangga.
