(Ken Series) Help for Friends

Two days later, mommy and daddy left for Spain to solve a problem at a branch office there. Daddy Vanno forced mommy to come with him. Inevitably, mommy finally went abroad. 

It's been almost two weeks since mommy and daddy left for overseas. Before starting college, Khanza who often accompanied Gitta was at home. Sometimes they go shopping in the mall.

That day, Gitta and Khanza returned to baby shopping at one of the baby supply stores. They look engrossed in shopping when a voice surprises them.

"Gittaaaa, I'm kangeeennn." Shouted a voice not far from Gitta and Khanza.

The two brothers-in-law immediately turned their heads towards the source of the voice. The smile of the two immediately rose when they saw a woman walking closer while stretching out her hands. He immediately hugged Gitta and Khanza alternately while already in front of them.

"You how are you? Waahh, my niece-to-be is soon born." The woman said, rubbing Gitta's stomach.

Gitta smiled and nodded in agreement when she heard it.

"God willing in two months. How are you doing Vit?" Ask Gitta. Yes, the woman is Vita, the best friend. Since marriage, they rarely meet or just walk and eat together. They communicate more often by phone or message.

"Alhamdulillah. I'm already pretty good." Answer Vita.

"Sister, we're looking for a place to chat. The purchase will continue later." Bring Khanza.

Gitta and Vita nodded in agreement. Next, they chose a restaurant not far from where they met. Although it was not yet time for lunch, they decided to chat there as well as order a drink.

"How, Khanza is filled or not?" Vita asked as she sipped her drink.

Khanza looked at Vita's face while shaking her head.

"Not Brother. Maybe, not our sustenance." Khanza.

Vita nodded her head while rubbing Khanza's arm.

"Patience to Za. I am the same too. Since yesterday's miscarriage, I've been more resigned, not too imposing a desire. Just remember, the important thing is to keep trying." Said Vita.

Khanza nodded.

"Indeed yesterday, why did you miscarry?" Ask Khanza.

Vita looked back at Khanza's face before answering.

"Today I don't know if I fill. At the time, I was really exhausted. I have to go back and forth between Gilang's mother's house and Gilang's parents' house. Almost every day I have to travel two to three hours. So, maybe that's why I miscarried." I remember Vita with a sad face.

"So, yesterday you didn't know if it was filled?" Tanya Khanza.

"Yes. I don't know if I've filled that time. My menstrual period has also been unusually irregular. So, I'm not thinking that way at all." Answer Vita.

Khanza and Gitta nodded their heads in understanding.

"Why are you going back and forth between your mother and in-law Vit?" This time Gitta asked.

"Ehm, actually I accompanied Gilang there. He works at Insta Mega Media. He has been working there for eight months since he got married. However, after I miscarried, she preferred to resign." Vita replied sadly.

Khanza and Gitta felt very sorry after hearing Vita's reply.

"Then, where does Gilang work?" Ask Gitta.

Vita shook her head.

"Let's not work yet Git, this is me again accompanying him to apply for a job at Van's Media." Said Vita.

"Hhaaa, Van's Media?!" Gitta and Khanza were shocked to hear that.

Vita stared at Khanza and Gitta's faces alternately.

"Yes, what's wrong?" Ask Vita.

"That's daddy's company, brother." Khanza. "In the meantime, I'll call Rian first." Khanza continued while fiddling with his phone.

Not long after, Khanza had already engaged in a conversation with someone. While Vita immediately turned to look at Gitta's face.

"What will Khanza Git do?" Ask Vita.

Gitta turned her head to look at Vita's face while sipping on her ordered cold drink.

"REally?!" Vita screamed a little in disbelief. His face sparkled happily expectantly.

Gitta nodded. The tip of his lips was interested in seeing the happiness of his friend.

After a while, Khanza finished his phone call. He immediately closed the call and turned to look at Vita's face with a happy smile.

"I've asked Rian to help give work to Gilang, brother. And, he has also received a letter of application for Gilang. Maybe in a few days Mr. Gilang will receive a call to work." Khanza said with a smile.

"Thank God, thank you Za, Git. I am so grateful to have a friend like you." Vita said as she clasped Gitta and Khanza's hands with teary eyes.

"Sama-sama Brother. If we can still help, God willing we will help brother." Khanza.

"Oh yes Vit, if you want you can try coming to the mommy boutique. Yesterday Arini said she needed a new employee to handle the ingredients. Who knows, you could take part time there." Said Gitta.

"really?" Tanya Gitta was enthusiastic. "Alright, I'll try to talk about this first with Gilang. If he allows it, I'll try Retta's auntie boutique." Vita continued with excitement.

Shortly after, Gitta's phone rang. He immediately picked up his phone and shifted the green icon after knowing the caller id.

"Hallo Mas?" Sapa Gitta's. Ken was the one who called Gitta.

"Where areyou? Still at the mall?" Ask Ken across the street.

"Yes, it's still in the mall. I met Vita, and this was lunch with Khanza too. What's up, Mas?" Ask Gitta.

"I'm going there now. I'm done meeting at d'Green's." Answer Ken.

"alright. Would you like to order lunch?" Gitta Tawar.

"Not do it. I'll eat you later." Answer Ken.

"Your habits, Mas. Tumann." Gerrilla Gitta.

Ken was laughing across the street. He immediately hung up his phone call. Not long after, Vita was ready to go home. He's been waiting for Gilang in the parking lot.

A few minutes later, Ken is seen walking towards Gitta and Khanza. He walked into the restaurant while replying to Al's message. Al also wanted to pick up his wife. Ken invited them to lunch together.

However, just as Ken was about to enter the restaurant, his arm was suddenly pulled by someone. Ken stopped and looked at the perpetrator.

"Keenan?! It's you, right?" Ask a woman with a crush.

Ken just rolled his eyeballs with a puff. He felt annoyed that he had accidentally met the woman. Sienna Thomas, Ken's college friend in Singapore.

"Yes. What's up?" Ask Ken with a brush.

Not Siena's name if it's easy to get hurt with Ken's answer. He excitedly embraced Ken's arm and wrestled in his hand.

"It just so happens that we meet here. I want us to have lunch with Yuk. Who knows we could be fooled." Sienna said enthusiastically.

"Your fool is in the desert there"
