The Extra Part 16

After telling everything, Ken looked at the face of Mr. Vishnu and bu Risma closely. Both pairs of blind eyes they looked teary looking at Gitta who was now still down.

"Hiks hiks huuaaaaaa"

Suddenly baby Z who was in the lap of Risma's mother cried loudly. Everyone who was there was shocked when they heard the cry of baby Z. Gitta immediately got up from her seat and walked closer to Risma to take over baby Z.

"Bring to the guest room. Looks like he's sleepy." Said ma'am Risma.

Gitta turned to look at Ken who was replied with a nod. Gitta walked up to Risma's mom who showed her the guest room.

"Try to sleep here, who knows how to fall asleep." Risma said with a warm smile to Gitta.

Gitta immediately nodded in agreement. He walked up to the bed and immediately laid baby Z there. Gitta tries to calm the baby Z who is still crying by trying to give ASI. Baby Z is calm.

Ms. Risma watched Gitta and baby Z lying on the bed. His heart felt warm when he saw that scene. Ms. Risma walked slowly to get out of the room. He also slowly closed the guest room door so as not to disturb baby Z.

After leaving the guest room, Risma immediately rejoined Ken and her husband. 

"We were very surprised to hear Mr. Ken's story. It's true that our daughter went missing while at the station that time. At the time of the accident, we believed that our daughter had died as a victim. That's what keeps us from searching." Mr. Abi said with teary eyes.

Miss Risma who had just joined them also rubbed her husband's arm. He was no less surprised by the story told by Ken. Her tears had even started to fall to her cheeks.

"If we may know, what happened to Gitta when she was taken to the orphanage?" Ask Abi sir. He seemed to be trying to hold back the crying.

Ken returns to tell if Gitta remembers nothing after waking up from the influence of sleeping pills. He could only cry and cry. When asked by the nannies she was always confused. He said he didn't know why he was crying. 

For months he was like that until finally he was raised by someone until High School. When Gitta High School, her adoptive mother died. Since then Gitta has had to live alone and work hard to finance her college and life.

Mr. Abi san bu Risma immediately cried. He could not hold back his tears anymore after hearing Ken's words.

"Actually, when I saw Gitta earlier, I already felt she was my biological daughter, Mr. Ken. But I still believe my daughter is dead. However, after hearing your words, my confidence became shaky. I doubt that what we buried back then wasn't my real daughter." Mr. Abi said with tears still breaking.

Miss Risma can't even say anything anymore. He was seen gripping Abi sir's arm and squeezing it firmly.

"Pa, get the DNA checked immediately. We're having a test, Pa. Mama's sure she's our daughter. Hu hu hu hu." Said bu Risma while crying deeply.

At the same time, Gitta is seen exiting the guest room. Baby Z is asleep in the room. Gitta left the guest room door open, so when baby Z woke up he would be able to see it.

Gitta immediately walked over to join the husband. He immediately sat down beside her. Gitta looked at the face of Mr. Abi and Ms. Risma who had been filled with tears. Gitta looked at her husband's face while biting his lower lip. He looks worried.

"Sir Ken, should we do a DNA test to make things clear?" Ask Mr. Abi after successfully controlling himself.

Ken turned to look at the face of Mr. Abi, Miss Risma and Gitta alternated. He also wanted to have clarity soon. Gitta nodded in agreement as Ken looked at her.

"Really, Sir. We should do a DNA test to prove the truth." Said Ken.

"Yes, mr. Ken. When should we get a DNA test? And, where better to do it?" Ask Abi sir.

"If you can be soon sir. For the place, please Mr. Abi can choose for himself." Said Ken. He gave Mr. Abi the freedom to choose a hospital to do a DNA test. Ken did not want to be considered to manipulate the results of DNA tests.

"Ehm, what if in the hospital Mr. Vanno only. The hospital has the best standards. So I thought, the results could definitely be very accurate." Said mr. Abi.

Ken and Gitta looked at each other. Next, they agreed to do a DNA test to be done at daddy Vanno hospital.

"Then, for the day when can it be done?" Ask Miss Risma. He seemed very impatient to wait for that day.

"The sooner the better, Mr. Ken." Mr. Abi chimed in.

"Really, Sir. What if tomorrow we do the test. I'll call my sister-in-law immediately to prepare everything." Said Ken.

Mr. Abi and Ms. Risma look very happy to hear Ken's words. And so is Gitta. He was also very impatient to know the truth. Regardless of the outcome, at least they are trying to do their best.

"All right, Mr. Ken. We agree with your proposal. The sooner the better." Answer Abi sir.

Mr. Abi and Ms. Risma looked at Gitta's face expectantly. They really hope that Gitta is indeed their real daughter. Gitta who felt noticed felt bad. She still lowered her head beside her husband.

"Ehm, son Gitta, can I ask you something?" Ask Abi sir.

"W-what Sir?" Answer Gitta. He still feels awkward talking to Mr. Abi and his wife.

"Did Gitta not remember the days before she arrived at the orphanage at all?" Ask Abi sir.

Gitta turned to look at Ken's face before answering Abi's question. Ken nodded in support of Gitta.

"Ehm, I don't remember anything at all, sir. I just remember feeling so sad and feeling lost back then." Gitta replied with her eyes beginning to glaze over. He felt very sad when he remembered those times.

Bu Risma who saw Gitta started crying immediately moved to the side of Gitta. He immediately embraced Gitta's body and rubbed his shoulders affectionately. Gitta who felt a warm embrace from Risma's mother felt very comfortable. I don't know why he feels comfortable in that embrace. Gitta felt like she was back.

Gitta could only nod her head. He also hopes very much for that. He had long dreamed of meeting his family. Gitta hoped this time they were Gitta's biological parents.

After that, they talked about other things. Miss Risma forced them to have lunch there. Baby Z who has been awake joined there. Mr. Abi and Ms. Risma did not even waste the opportunity to play with baby Z. They even fight each other to hold baby Z.

Gitta and Ken who saw that were very happy. They pray that Abi and Risma are the grandparents of baby Z.

Shortly after lunch, Ken and Gitta go home. They promised to meet at daddy Vanno's hospital the next day to do a DNA test. Mr. Abi and Bu Risma look very heavy to release their return. However, they laid down enormous expectations the next day.

Upon arriving home, Ken and Gitta are immediately greeted by mommy. Mommy hasn't even gone to the boutique since feeling unsettled since Ken and Gitta's departure.

"You're home yet?" Said mommy while walking in a hurry approaching the child and his daughter-in-law. "How was the meeting? Smoothly?" Mommy.

"Thank God, Mom." Answer Ken.

"Mah.ma.maa...uunn dong." Whine baby Z when you see mommy walking closer to them.

Mommy immediately reached out her hand to take over baby Z from Gitta's sling.

"Let Zee equal mommy. You guys get some rest." Said mommy.

Ken and Gitta immediately nodded in agreement. They walked straight to the room to clean themselves up.

"Mas, I'm afraid that tomorrow's result will not be up to our expectations." Said Gitta while putting the baby carrier she was carrying.

Ken stopped his footsteps and pulled Gitta into his arms. He rubbed Gitta's back gently to calm her down.

"Dear, don't think too much. Whatever the outcome tomorrow, we leave it to God. Man is only obliged to try and pray, to strive. The result remains God's secret. Don't be discouraged." Said Ken.

Gitta nodded her head in Ken's arms. She felt a little calm after hearing the words of her husband.

"Don't be sad anymore. Not that Mr. Abi and Ms. Risma have said whatever the result, they will still consider you as their daughter. In fact, they also asked to be called mama and papa, right." Said Ken.

Gitta let go of his embrace and looked at Ken's face. He nodded in agreement. It was true that Abi and Risma forced Ken and Gitta to call their mother and father. For Mr. Abi and Ms. Risma, whatever the results of tomorrow's DNA test, they will still consider Ken and Gitta as their children.

Later that night, Ken calls Al to tell Al about the test. Al also told him that all preparations had been made just in case. Ken and Gitta were relieved to hear that.

After enough chatting, Ken immediately invites Gitta and baby Z to rest. However, because baby Z had slept this afternoon and woke up ahead of Maghrib, he currently felt not sleepy.

"You guys just take a break. Let Zee sleep with daddy and mommy later." Said daddy Vanno.

"Is it okay later, Dad?" Ask Gitta. She did not want to trouble her in-laws, even though Zee had already slept with them often.

"Relax, it's okay. Daddy's got a handler if Zee cries." Answer daddy Vanno while giggling amusedly.

Mommy who heard daddy's words immediately scowled.

"Your germs, Mas. Don't be bothered if Zee's asleep. He'll be looking for a source of nutrients to get back to sleep." Grouse mommy.

"Well, you have a source of nutrition, Yang. Don't worry." Answer daddy while raising his eyebrows.

"There is no such thing, my. You keep peres every day." Answer mommy sewot.

"Haha"
