"Hhaaaahhh?!" Khanza was so shocked when he heard Al's words just now. His mouth was still gawking with enlarged eyes. His brain had immediately traveled to the ijab qobul and honeymoon event with Al.

However, the activities carried out by Khanza immediately stopped when they heard the sound of someone clashing to interrupt their activities. Khanza and Al turned to look out the window of the car that had been open since.

"Ehem, looks like mommy missed something?" Temptation mommy Retta.

Immediately Khanza and Al fixed his sitting position. They seem misbehaved with their attitude just now. Khanza immediately turned his head to look at Al to thank him.

"Thank you, brother Al, for driving home." Khanza.

"Yes." Yeah."

"I'll go down first." Khanza said as he got down from Al's car.

After saying goodbye to Retta, Al immediately re-running his car leaving Khanza's residence.

Khanza was still watching the car that Al drove to turn on the highway. He did not even realize that his mother was still beside him while looking at him.

"You want mommy and daddy to camouflage his Al sister?" Tempting mommy.

"Ho oh, I want to." Khanza replied still unaware of his words. However, he immediately closed his mouth and turned to look at the smiling mommy watching him.

"Iihhhh, mommy what the hell. Khanza is female. Khanza should have lamar dong." Gerrutu Khanza while stomping his feet into the house. She was ashamed to have been consumed by her mommy's temptation.

While Al, who was driving his car towards the house unceasingly rubbed his face with a huff. He cursed his mouth that had been slurred to speak. For some reason, if he was near Khanza, his brain was empty, blong. Al kept shaking his head to remove the shadow of Khanza from his brain.

A few days passed, and Ken and daddy were back. They are doing their activities as usual. Mommy has also started to be active again in her boutique. Khanza accompanied Gitta at home. That day, Al was on duty at the IGD hospital. At lunchtime, he immediately went to the hospital cafeteria. He must immediately fill his stomach that has thrashed asking for food intake. After getting a seat near the window leading to the park, Al immediately ordered lunch along with his drink. He played his phone while waiting for his order to arrive. 

While Al was still concentrating on playing his phone, someone suddenly came to him. He greets Al, causing Al to shift his focus.

"Doctor Al, may I join you here?" 

Al looked at the owner for a moment, then smiled and nodded.

"certain. Please doctor Rangga." Answer Al. Yes, the one who greeted Al was Rangga.

After getting permission from Al, Rangga immediately took a sitting position right in front of Al. He had ordered food and was just waiting to be delivered.

Al and Rangga remained silent. They know each other, but they are not very close. Just greeting each other when they happen to meet.

"Doctor Al, may I speak of something ehm, rather private?" Ask Rangga.

Al scrunched his forehead. He still could not guess which direction the conversation Rangga wanted to go. However, soon Al nodded in agreement.

"Please doctor Rangga." Answer Al.

"Ehm, how long have you known Khanza?" Ask Rangga directly. He is not the type of person who likes to talk first.

Instantly Al could guess which way Rangga meant after hearing his question.

"Actually, I'm Khanza's brother's best friend, Ken. We have been friends since we were in elementary school. So, I've known Khanza a long time ago, if that's what Dr. Rangga meant." Answer Al.

Rangga nodded his head. He had not yet heard Al say, their lunch order had come. They decided to eat lunch first while occasionally having a light conversation.

After all their lunch orders ran out, they still had not budged. There was still about twenty minutes left before their break was up.

"Doctor Al, may I ask you something more?" Ask Rangga.

"Please." Al replied as he sipped his drink.

"Do you have a special relationship with Khanza?" Ask Rangga.

"Do you mean Dr Rangga?" Ask Al to make sure.

Rangga was seen exhaling his heavy breath before answering.

"Before, I apologize to you doctor Al. Honestly, I have feelings for Khanza. Actually, since he became my neighbor when in Surabaya, I have started to like him. However, I always hid it because at that time I thought that Khanza was still in school. After all, I can get close to him later when I'm already at work."

"It turns out that what I planned could not be realized. Since I was in college, we lost contact. We never even exchanged news. The last time I went back to Surabaya, I got word that Khanza was back in Jakarta. At that time, I was very happy because the possibility of meeting him would be very easy. However, it was not as easy as imagined. Hope is running aground already." Rangga.

Al was surprised to hear Rangga's words.

"Do you mean Dr Rangga?" Ask Al. 

"After I graduated, I went straight to work at this hospital. I got ease in my work. It turns out it wasn't a coincidence. The owner of this hospital, doctor Winar asked me to marry his daughter, doctor Clarissa." Reply Rangga.

Al was so surprised to hear Rangga's explanation. It turns out his conjecture had been true all along. Dr. Rangga is engaged to Dr. Clarissa.

"So, the rumors circulating if Rangga's doctor is engaged are true?" Ask Al.

Rangga nodded in affirmation while smiling thinly. He doesn't look so enthusiastic.

"I don't have the strength to turn him down Doctor Al." Rangga said with a cynical smile. "You're lucky to have a desire for yourself." Further.

Al just nodded to hear Rangga's words. He was a little concerned about what was conveyed by this one in front of him.

"Doctor Al, I just wish you could please Khanza. Don't make her cry and be disappointed. He's a cheerful and passionate boy. Get him fast before it's too late." Said Rangga with a smile growing. He looks sincere when he says it.

I don't know what wind possessed Al so he nodded his head in agreement.

"Doctor Rangga, may I ask you something?" Now it was Al's turn to ask.

"Please. We still have about five minutes left." Reply Rangga.

"Are you sending direct messages to Khanza on his social media account using a ge_azz account?" Ask Al. I don't know why he suddenly remembered the words of Khanza at that time.

Instantly Rangga was a little surprised to hear Al's question.

"Ah, you know it apparently. Turns out Khanza can really open up with your doctor Al." Rangga said a moment later while smiling faintly. "Yes, doctor Al. I was the one who sent that message. But you don't have to worry. I have no malicious intent to Khanza. At that time, I intended to establish communication with him. But destiny says something else. I have to let go with you. You're very lucky doctor Al." Continue Rangga while smiling. This time it was a sincere smile that Al could capture.

After that, Rangga immediately moved from his seat and was followed by Al. They had to go back because the break was over.

Rangga passed first because he had to go to the main building of the hospital. Al, meanwhile, is still serving on the IGD. They parted at the main door of the canteen.

When Al was about to climb to the IGD section, he accidentally met with the doctor Winar, the owner of the hospital. Al immediately greeted the middle-aged doctor.

"Good day Doc." Sapa Al's.

"Ah, good afternoon also doctor Al. Um, can you come with me for a minute doctor Al?" Doctor Winar said.

Al frowned confused. However, he immediately nodded in agreement. Al followed Winar's doctor to his room. 

A little while later, Al and Winar's doctor were already in Winar's doctor's room.

"Please sit down doctor Al." Doctor Winar said.

"Thank you Doc." Al answered while sitting in front of the doctor Winar.

"Ehm, just go straight to doctor Al. I can't interrupt your work schedule for long." Said doctor Winar who was immediately nodded by Al.
