(Ken Series) Old Friend

That afternoon, mommy, daddy and Khanza were seen rushing down from a parked vehicle in front of the hospital where Gitta was being treated. They walked fast enough to get to Gitta's inpatient room. 

Ken had actually told his family that Gitta and his future son were fine. However, the mommy will not be satisfied enough if you do not see them directly.

Mommy opens the door to Gitta's treatment room without knocking first. Gitta who was sleeping while rubbing Ken's hair that was sleeping next to him immediately turned his head. Mommy, Daddy and Khanza immediately went into the room.

"Darling, how are you? How's mommy's grandson?" Ask Mommy Retta when she's near Gitta.

"Eh, thank God we're good Mom." Retta replied as she grabbed the hands of her parents-in-law for a kiss.

"No problem right, no other complaints?" Ask daddy Vanno who is standing next to mommy.

"Now there is no Dad. Just yesterday it had cramping in the stomach." Answer Gitta.

Khanza who stood on the other side of Gitta's gurney immediately cursed the sleeping brother. He took one strand of Ken's hair and plucked it out of the blue. Ken who felt his sleep disturbed immediately blinked his eyes. Ken immediately rubbed his eyes so that he could see clearly.

When his eyes were opened, the first thing he saw was the faces of his parents.

"Uuhhmmm, mommy and daddy are coming." Ken said as he squirmed.

"You're really Ken. You should take care of Gitta and your future children. This is behind even Gitta who takes care of you." Said mommy while glancing sharply at Ken.

"I was sleepy Mom." Ken answered as he moved from his place. He looked at the sister beside him. "You're the jahili brother just now, huh Za?" Ken asked as he stared intently at the younger brother.

"So, Ken slept very well. Don't pity what Gitta's like." Khanza.

Ken could only snort angrily getting an answer from the younger brother. He immediately went down and stretched his muscles. He slept well that day. Ken looked at the daddy.

"Dad, can I talk to you for a second?" Ask Ken.

Daddy Vanno who could already guess what the son was going to talk about could only nod in agreement. They immediately went out of Gitta's treatment room to go to the cafe not far from the hospital. They need coffee to accompany their conversation.

Mommy and Khanza accompany Gitta in her nursery.

Mommy told Gitta about her pregnancy. Mommy told me a lot of things that were her experiences. Just then, suddenly mommy's phone shook. There's a short message from daddy telling him that he and Ken are going somewhere. Mommy and Khanza are asked to look after Gitta while Ken leaves.

Khanza also asked for permission to leave for a while. His throat feels dry. He wants to buy a drink.

Khanza walked down the aisle of the hospital that day. The twilight time before the Maghrib saw many families of patients who went back and forth there. Khanza walked fast enough to get to the hospital mosque located to the left of the main building of the hospital. A pair of eyes caught Khanza's movements and watched him enter the area where the women wudhu. Khanza performs maghrib prayer after taking ablution water.

After completing the Maghrib prayer, Khanza immediately went out of the mosque to go to the cafe opposite the hospital to the right. He walked while replying to the messages of several school groups in Surabaya. He did not notice if there was someone who was also walking a few steps behind him.

Khanza immediately crossed the street and walked towards the cafe. He immediately looked for a seat. His head was looking for an empty seat there. Luckily there was an empty table near the pillar. Khanza immediately stepped onto the table. After that, he immediately ordered drinks to the waiter who was there.

While waiting for his order drink, Khanza played his phone. At that time, a man was standing near Khanza's table.

"Sorry, can you join us here? All tables are full." Said the man while commenting on his smile.

Khanza took his eyes off his phone and looked up at the man in front of him.

Instantly Khanza's lips were attracted. He smiled broadly.

"Sister Rangga? Is this really you?" Shouted Khanza restrained.

The man standing in front of the Khanza nodded. Yes, he is Rangga Erghan. Rangga is actually Khanza's neighbor in Surabaya. He's the same age as Ken. He rarely met Khanza because he continued his studies in Jakarta. He is also currently on duty at the hospital.

"What message do you want?" Ask Khanza again.

"I've ordered a cappucino." Reply Rangga. 

"Can Rangga be here?" Tanya Khanza was enthusiastic.

"I'm on duty at this hospital Za. It's been almost two months since I've been working here." Reply Rangga.

Khanza who heard it could only nod his head in understanding. Afterwards, they were seen chatting about many things. Khanza and Rangga did not realize that anyone was watching them.

Khanza immediately said goodbye to Rangga shortly after his mother called him. He also exchanged phone numbers with Rangga. After that, he immediately returned to the hospital.

Elsewhere, Ken and daddy Vanno are at Axcell's workshop. They were gathered with Neo and Arya as well. They discussed plans to teach Salsa a lesson.

Ten o'clock in the evening Ken and daddy Vanno return to the hospital. They walked towards Gitta's treatment room. When he got near Gitta's room, Ken and his daddy's footsteps stopped. They exchanged lyrics before exhaling their heavy breaths. Yes, they've been stopped by mommy Retta.

"Where have you guys been? Why don't you stay at Axcell's place." Ketus.

Ken and daddy look at each other. They had indeed left since the afternoon and were too cool to chat until late at night.

"Sorry baby, we talked about a lot of things, so we forgot the time." Vanno said with a smile.

"You have forgotten your wife's child." Said mommy.

"Well, how could you forget. I'll go with Ken." Answer Vanno pretend cengo. Yes, indeed facing the already angry Retta mommy like that should be in a subtle way, so the principle of Vanno.

"Your body is Mas." Grunts mommy Retta with annoyance.

"Yes, yes, uman. Tuman always makes kangen." Answer Vanno.

"That's the Mas, embuuuoohhh. Sak karepmu. (It's over, whatever. It's up to you)" Retta said as she re-entered Gitta's room.

After mommy Retta disappeared behind the door, Ken immediately turned to look at the daddy.

"We're safe haven't we Dad?" Ask Ken.

"Seems like already. Take it easy, daddy's got an antidote that can make your mommy tame." Vanno replied with a smile and raised his eyebrows.

"I heard Mas! Emoohh me, emoohhh." Said mommy Retta who was still near the door.
