"Then, what should we do, Pa?" Evan looked at the papa with a look of despair. He started to look upset when he remembered his mother.
"We should both help your mama, Van. Slowly, we persuade your mother to want to undergo treatment. Actually, Papa has been trying to persuade your mama since a few months ago. But your mother always refused. There's just a reason that makes your mama out of treatment." Papa Jimmy looks very frustrated too. He repeatedly scooped his face violently.
Evan looked at his face with a worried look. He really could not see his parents being anxious.
"I'll try to persuade mom, Pa. I'll keep persuading him to make you want to do the treatment." Evan said very steadily. He was determined to make his mother want to do the treatment. Evan wants his mother to be cured.
A big smile from Papa Jimmy's lips. A new hope, seen on Papa Jimmy's face. He hopes his wife will obey the words of the son alone puppet.
However, wishful thinking is not as smooth as reality. At first, the mother was quite surprised when she found out if her son knew about the disease he was suffering from. She avoided the questions asked by Evan. However, over time the mother finally admitted also about the disease.
Since then, Evan has really been aggressive to persuade mama to want to do the treatment. But it turns out it wasn't easy. Mom lost her spirit to live. His desire to be healthy was like nothing. Mama who used to be very cheerful, is now suddenly no longer cheerful. The house that used to be a place that Evan always missed when he was abroad, now no longer looks warm.
Many times mama and Evan persuaded mama to do a series of treatments, but only a few times did mama obey the wishes of her son and husband.

Not felt, now it has been almost a year Evan was in Jakarta. During that time, he was busy in college and was also busy looking after his mother. Lucky when entering the fourth month, mama Evan has started to follow the treatment regularly. He also wants to follow the check-up schedule in Singapore, even if only once a month.
Even so Evan and the papa felt quite happy, because the mother was willing to follow the treatment.
That day, was the last day of the fourth semester followed by Evan. He got ready on top of his car and immediately drove him home. Arriving at home, Evan immediately rushed to meet his mother. That day, they were going to the doctor for a routine checkup of the mother.
"Home home, honey?" Suddenly the mother walked over to the son. It seems she was getting ready.
"It has. Is your mom ready?"
"I'll change clothes first, Ma. After that, we're leaving."
"Yes. Later after the hospital, we'll shop for a while, huh?"
Evan who has often accompanied the shopping mama also immediately nodded his assent.
"All right."
Shortly after, the two left for the hospital. Evan is grateful, the condition of the mother is getting better. He and the father were even surprised by the spirit of the mother.
After the hospital, as usual, Evan immediately drove the mother to shop for groceries. That day, the mother was shopping for a little more groceries. Evan doesn't really know why his mother buys that much food.
By three o'clock in the afternoon, Evan and mama had reached home. Evan helps the mother to bring their groceries into the house.
"Van, tonight you don't leave the house, yeah." Mom said as she walked into the kitchen.
"Eh, what's up, Ma?"
"Later there will be guests coming for dinner at our house."
"Guests? Who, Ma?"
"Later you will also know," said Mama while commenting on her smile.
