Hate begins with feelings of envy that incarnate into spite. If envy is still in the state of feeling, envy is manifested in action.
Whether where and when the exact hate arises, no matter what the cause, Catalina does not know. He is not the one who lives that life. So he really didn't understand as much as he thought about it.
But that's exactly what he wanted to find out.
Catalina sits on the carpet behind the laptop and starts looking for information about Tatiana's involvement with the man. Behind him, Nick is eating instant noodles and occasionally feeding Catalina with his spicy noodles.
"Soddy," murmured Catalina. In the perspective of happiness, hating is actually a person who is unhappy. But he didn't see that kind of thing from that guy.
His family is rich, his career is good, he also has a charming face with proportional posture. His friends are many and most of them come from the upper class. From social media posts, she also seemed very, very happy.
As much as Catalina thought, she still could not find a reason why she hated Tatiana so much. She and Tatiana had different lives. They come from different spheres. They also never get involved in work or anything. Where does that hatred come from?
There must be fire to bring up smoke.
At least it's the right process.
So, what initiated that hatred?
"What's so weird?" ask Nick while feeding a piece of meat into Catalina's mouth.
"They've never been involved in work or anything" Catalina replied as she chewed the meat in her mouth. The meat is tender and the seasoning is perfectly permeated. He looked back. "How did you cook it?" He wondered why the meat Nick cooked was so good. He wants to make it, if possible.
"I boiled it with noodles" Nick replied, briefly.
"But why is it so good?" Catalina got up and sat down next to Nick. "Give me!" he added while seizing Nick's bowl and began to eat the contents.
Nick took a long breath. He could only resign when the food was taken by Catalina. "I bought it at a restaurant and then added it to the instant noodles I boiled." But he doesn't mind explaining it. He's kind, isn't he? Sure oes. Not only is he kind, he is generous.
"It should taste good." Instantly Catalina forgets about the 'doer' she was looking for. But it was only for a moment. Because only one mouthful of noodles entered his mouth, he recalled that. While chewing, he opened his voice. "Did they really not have any relationship?"
"What you found, that's the result" Nick replied.
"So where does that hate come from?" Catalina really doesn't understand. That person is perfect and yes, there is nothing worth the jealousy of a Tatiana. There is really no part of Tatiana that is interesting. That is, Tatiana was ordinary. Compared to that person, they were like Cinderella and ugly ducks.
"You really asked me? Isn't a fellow woman much easier to understand?"
"You think so?"
"Didn't you?"
Catalina rolled her eyeballs before finally nodding. "Indeed, hatred is a natural thing that all women have, especially those who are in the age of nineteen to twenty-three." He paused his sentence. "You know, women's hatred of other women is hidden as a natural mechanism. Women tend to be prejudiced and rude to other women, especially if the woman is actually better than her. Say richer, sexier, prettier and so on. And those points will make other women hate him. That's what I read in an article."
"Now do you know why she hates him?" ask Nick.
Catalina. "No. I still don't understand."
"But Tatiana isn't that great, Nick. I'm sure there must be other reasons behind this than those super-classical reasons." Catalina remained on his feet. Anxiety only because a woman is richer, sexier, prettier and so on, for him such reasons are still less powerful to kill, eliminate and finish someone's life.
At least there should be a really reasonable and a really strong reason to plan such an evil thing. If not, don't expect him to believe it.
Nick breathed a tired sigh. "Don't talk about it, you're taking away my appetite" he said.
"You're not eating anything, Nick. Your food is on me." Catalina showed her bowl with a sneering look. "So how could you lose your appetite? Are you kidding me?"
Nick hissing. "Haish, you really are." He got up from his seat, put on his jacket, and walked to the door.
"Where are you going?" catalina asked when she saw Nick walking away.
"Walk for a while. Being here with you makes me sick" he replied.
"Remember to contact me if there's anything," Catalina half-screamed when she heard the door open. "I've bought a new phone. And I sent a message to your number." The effect is still in the same tone.
"Uh huh" said Nick before stepping out and the door closed again.
Catalina dropped her ass down and went back to sitting on the carpet. He also returned to his search on the internet while occasionally feeding noodles into his mouth.
New time shows ten o'clock at night.
Catalina had already taken her medicine and the drowsiness was slowly coming. When she heard the doorbell ring, Catalina was yawning and enjoying her drowsiness without any intention of stopping her search on the internet. When the doorbell rang a second time, he still ignored it. When the doorbell rang for the third time, he began to lose his temper and woke up lazily.
He didn't know what Nick was doing until he played the doorbell.
Is that guy so happy?
But 'unluck' is not an excuse because he feels the man has lost his mind.
It had only been a while since the idiot had left, and he had already come back and played the doorbell. If not crazy, then what?
"Why do you always piss me off? Do you want me to hit?" Catalina opened the door while shouting. Scolding Nick behind the door. He hated, upset, angry and all that he wanted to vent by beating Nick.
"Is that so?"
But the figure that appears when the door is fully open, also the sound that is caught by the sense of hearing, does not look like Nick, his voice also does not sound like the voice of the man.
Catalina squeaks between her temples. "Did I miss him so much that I hallucinated?" muttered. Surprisingly, he did not see Nick, but Sehan. Sehan was busy, so there was no way the man would come. And he thought, he was under the influence of drugs until his mind went awry and his vision was troubled.
Sure.
Must be the effect of the drug.
In front of the door, Sehan chuckled. "No. You are not hallucinating. It's really me. The man you miss so much." Finished saying that, Sehan pulled Catalina's waist and then carried her into his arms. "I miss you too. Very." Very."
