Chapter 48. Diamonds Group Successor

"I can't believe you'll easily accept all my words today?" Kane immediately said what was in his head.

"Why? Should I be angry and not accept what you're saying?" Park asked Kane.

"That's not your usual self" Kane said.

"Am I so bad about being your father? So you always think badly. At least open your heart to your father. Not even hostile to him every time," said Park Yang.

Kane grinning. He walked to his desk. The man dropped his ass on his great chair. Kane is now right in front of Park Yang.

"What made you want to bother coming here? I'm sure it wasn't to see me. But to ask the highway project was handled by David, right? Then I rejected you. Surprisingly, you're still fine after I don't grant you what you want." Kane stared hard at Park Yang.

"alright. Enough to go stale. I'm old, aren't I?"

"Yes. You are old and sick. It's weird that I say you're young" cut Kane out quickly.

Park Yang was stunned to hear the sarcastic tone of Kane's words. Then he took a deep breath. "I'm tired of taking care of Diamond's company. This old man is dying to retire."

"Then just retire. What were you afraid of and came here instead? Come home, thanks for coming here and sorry I didn't drive!" expel Kane.

"Kane, the Diamond company should be in good hands. You can't possibly not know what Diamond's company is like right now. As news circulated, Diamond company is faltering. There has to be someone who can take Diamond like it to the past that succeeded" Park Yang said.

"Isn't there David? If there's him, why would you bother coming here? Why don't you ask David to replace you?" sarcasm Kane.

"But you know how David plays, don't you? I want to give that company leadership to the qualified. Even though I'll give 40% for you and 40% for David, then 20% for Cindy. Of course you'll get it after I die." Park Yang looked at Kane who was looking at him full of probing.

Kane's eyebrows swooped sharply. He stared dislikefully at Park Yang. The man who came using the cane was as if he was underestimating it.

"Give it to David. Lookatme. My wealth almost matched yours. I have the power to stand on my own with both feet. I wouldn't expect a legacy from a dead man" Kane's circus.

Park Yang's eyes widened. His chest moved up and down. "Based on unfilial child! You really dare to tell the legacy of a dead man? Look, I'm alive! Did you really never consider father? I've been kind enough to give you heir rights. Even this old man came to you who was young. You dare curse me?"

Park Yang sighed. He scratched the head temple. Arguing with Kane would indeed give him a headache. However, the Diamond company should not be destroyed. Right now, the Diamond company is faltering. How will it look forward to another year? Park Yang must immediately save Diamond's company. That's why he came to Kane's company. Moreover, with the strength and ability of Kane. Kane is surely the best candidate.

"Yes already then I will give the company to the winner of the tender tomorrow," Park Yang broke up.

"Win or don't win, I don't need Diamond! I still have the ability to stand on my own. Do not force the will. You've done it in the past, and you want to go back?" Kane widens eyes. Staring dislikefully at the man in front of him.

Park Yang took a deep breath. He also stood up. "It seems free to talk to you. But I'll keep doing it. Like it or not, you're still my real son. We should have the same rights as David. Remember, don't make me sin when I'm in the grave. Just because I'm not fair in sharing the inheritance."

Park passed by using his cane. Kane's eyes were not separated from the old man. Until Park Yang flipped the door, Kane dropped his body on the back of his great chair. Both of his eyes were distant. There are many unspeakable wounds in the veins. I really want him to forget. However, how could he forget it while the man always shadowed in every step of his foot.

"Ha, I'm tired."

Even the night went up. The sound of the night animals unpretentiously lit up the night. The wind was getting bone-chilling. The humans also chose to curl up in blankets.

Park Yang entered the room. From his face was implied a deep concussion. The man walked towards the big bed and went up there. Cindy who was there immediately kept her phone and held her husband's hand.

"What's wrong? Why do you look so nervous?" Cindy's soft voice managed to cool Park Yang's mood. The man smiled faintly.

"I saw Kane in his office this afternoon" Park Yang said.

Cindy's heart was racing faster. There were many questions that covered his heart. But he managed to hold back the turbulent emotions in his heart. Recalling Park Yang's treasure, Cindy finally gave a smile.

"Thank God, you met your son. What are you guys talking about? You don't talk bad to Kane. He was just upset about the past. Don't burden her too much. You didn't make her mad, did you?" Cindy spoke softly. He was really good at seizing Park Yang's heart.

"You are the best. We talked about Diamond company. Then also about my heir later. I thought, I should divide my treasure equally for my two sons. David and Kane both get 40% of the property I have. The rest is for you. You don't mind the decision I made, do you?" Park Yang looked at Cindy with a hopeful look.

"Why are you still having trouble? Kane is my son too. We raised him together. Although at first we did, but we've been making him hurt for a long time. So, I'm not going to have a problem with it. Thank goodness he was willing to accept it. Because that includes the rights he got because he's your real son" Cindy concluded.

"Fucking basics! How could Yang's family treasure be shared with a servant's child like him? Shouldn't David be the one who got all of Yang's family possessions? Damnit damnit! Damnit damnit! I need to get rid of Kane as soon as possible. Because the one who deserves to be the successor is David!" Cindy batin. Both of his eyes flashed with anger.
