Chapters. 7 I'm Not That Dumb

Finally, after such a tense scene, Dee was able to escape Kane's men. He walked quickly to find Anna. Hope Anna's going to be okay. Nothing bad happened.

Before long, Dee finally saw Anna. Anna also saw Dee. The taste of haru emanated clearly on the faces of the two. 

Soon the two of them walked closer to each other.

“Finally you are fine.” Dee hugged Anna's body tightly. Only Anna was the only person who could be the place to rest and lean. 

“Iya. Come sister, we better have to go,” take Anna. 

They had indeed managed to get out of their boarding area. But not too far away. 

“Iya.”

Dee clasped Anna's hand tightly. Afraid of being separated. 

The two women who were carrying quite a lot of luggage kept running. They soon arrive on the highway to find a taxi.

The car stopped not far from where they are today. Then came down a man Dee knew. That's Mr. Kane's assistant.

Both of Dee's eyes were perfectly rounded. Holy hooch! How'this? Why was it so hard to escape from the snare of that arrogant man? Isn't his name outrageous. 

The man had indeed been so careless as to treat him like a fugitive like this. Didn't he run away because of that guy's fault? Huh! Fuck up! 

“I hate your father so much, son,” monologue Dee while stroking his stomach slowly.

Although panicked, it could be that the woman did something useless like this. 

Wretch! Mr. Jhon and he face each other. 

“Anna, come!”

Both of them ran in a direction. They're heading for the emergency stairs. It was the only way out that could be their helper. 

Damn indeed! Why could the man's assistant see himself? 

“Kak, relax. We can definitely get away from them all,” said Anna who is still running around with Dee. 

Anna is actually so worried about Dee running around like this, given Dee's pregnant condition. It's certainly not good for Dee to do now. But what can I do. It seems like his foster brother did not want to be caught. 

For Anna, whatever Dee's decision is best. 

“Taxi!” dee's screams continued to look back. Afraid that Mr. Jhon would follow them.

Apparently his guess is right. A luxurious car walked over towards them quickly. Luckily the taxi stopped in front of them.

BRAKK!!!

Dee got in and closed the taxi door quickly. Beside her was Anna who was sitting with a pale face like Dee.

“Quick the road, Sir. Someone's gonna kidnap us!” dee exclaimed with a panicked and tense face. 

The taxi owner immediately looked back through the rearview mirror. He knows what to do.

“Good, Miss.” The taxi Dee and Anna were driving fast. 

Behind them is Kane's assistant's car chasing. It seems they won't give up until they catch Dee.

In the middle of it, suddenly Dee's phone rang. He could see that Kane called him. Dee swallowed his saliva heavily.

Anna glanced at Dee's phone ringing. 

Kane's? Is that the name of the man he said was the father of the child conceived by Dee? Anna kept guessing.

Dee's first call just ignored. It seemed that he had no intention of raising the call.

It was repeated until the dozens of calls that Dee continued to ignore. Until, there is a cellphone notification sound that indicates there is an incoming message. 

Curiosity haunted Dee when he saw the motive, Dee grabbed a square flat object and read the message written.

“He's crazy?!” Dee throws her phone in any direction. Fortunately, Anna was able to catch him. If not, I don't know what that thing will be like. In fact, Anna was very sure that it was a valuable object that Dee had.

“Kak Dee, what's up?” Anna started the conversation. He could no longer contain all the questions lodged in his head. 

Dee looked over, not answering him immediately. “So that's a message from the person trying to catch me.” Dee looks serious. He wanted to tell her what had happened to him without covering her up from Anna. Only, the time is not right yet. 

“Nothing. Just a small threat.” It was a minor threat, but Dee was convinced that it would put her in danger, as well as Anna who would definitely be involved.

On the other side.

A man seemed to be holding back anger. His hands are perfectly clenched.  

“Basic women don't know themselves!” he was upset while looking at his phone with a murderous look.

How dare Dee ignore the phone. Search dead apparently!

“Faster again! Don't let him miss! Or your lives at stake!” scream Kane strong from behind the phone. 

“Good, Sir,” replied Mr. Jhon looked terrified. 

Mr. Jhon knows Kane must be upset about being ignored by Dee. However, he admitted that Miss Dee had been so brave.

After a long road. Dee and Anna have arrived at the station. They decided to go out of town precisely in a remote village by riding a train. He wants Kane to be unable to find him. 

In the middle of the journey, suddenly the train stopped suddenly. All the passengers were shocked and looked out the window. Just this time in history there was a train stopping just like that without any precise reason like a state of danger.

Dee and Anna looked at each other. They feel something is awkward. Dee's phone rang again.

With trembling hands he tried to look at his phone. 

His body was frozen perfectly. Crazy one! It's insane! 

It turns out that his hunch is right. The cause of this delay train is because of Kane. Kane used that power to do it all. Dee was goosebumps thinking about how powerful the man was.

The train that never walked back, made the atmosphere become boisterous. They seemed angry and upset by this incident and protested at the officers.

Again the message came in. Dee could only swallow her saliva with great difficulty. Alright. All of this may have been his destiny.

He also started to reply to the message. There's no other way. He must indeed give up.

“Anna, go. This is a little money from me. Sorry, I can't come with you.”

“Why, Brother?” Anna looked panicked and worried.

“I have to go back. If not, until anytime the train will not walk back,” said Dee in a limp voice.

“Peach yourself well.” Anna's like a heavy let go Dee. She could only pray that the person she already considered her brother could find happiness.

Dee stepped out of the train. He waved to Anna who looked like she wanted to chase. He tried to smile so Anna wouldn't worry too much.

There was a black car waiting for him. Mr. Jhon stood by the door waiting for him to come. With heavy steps Dee stepped foot closer. His face looks sad.

“Nona, please come in. You've been waiting for the big sir.” Open the car door.

Silent. Dee just shut up. Take a deep breath before entering the car. With great force, he entered the car. 

I don't know what punishment he will get for daring to defy like this. 

On the way, Dee could only be pensive. Feeling that destiny never sided with him. Does this have to be his life? But he cannot give up. Alright. This was the last thing he used. 

“Pak, please stop. I'm kebelet,” oozing.

“I beg. I can't take it anymore.”

Finally the car pulled over. 

“I promise I won't run away.”

Mr. Jhon's face was doubtful. 

“Hold my bag. This is proof that I didn't dare to run away. All my money and identity are inside here.” Dee looks convincing.

“Alright, Miss. I'm waiting for you here.” The old man took Dee's bag.

It's been almost an hour that Dee's figure hasn't returned either. The assistant looked suspicious and panicked. He starts following Dee to the bathroom.

How shocked he was, when he did not find the figure of Dee at all. Turns out Dee ran away again.

“Celaka! Sir can be big upset later.”
