Dee was immediately lifted onto the cage when she arrived at the hospital. Dee's body was already limp and unconscious. The anchor was immediately pushed quickly to the emergency room. Kane followed next to him.

"Don't leave me, Dee" Kane said desperately. "Please hold on, I love you so much."

"Why with the patient?" ask a doctor to come closer.

"Pregnancy and bleeding, Doctor," replied one of the nurses who followed.

"You?"

"I'm her husband" Kane replied.

"Why is he bleeding?"

"The car accident and his stomach hit the dashboard and was shaken violently" Kane said.

"I understand" replied the doctor.

"Save him Doctor" Kane said.

"We will try, you pray to God Almighty, that the baby and the mother we can save. It looks like there's a lot of blood coming out" the doctor said, making Kane more anxious.

Kane held Dee's limp hand, his sweet finger pinned on their wedding ring. Dee was put in a room and Kane was barred from entering.

Kane leaned against the wall, while taking in an irregular breath, crying silently. He was never scared because of the loss in his life. His mind was dead and he was getting frustrated.

Time feels so long. Several nurses and doctors were seen panicking in and out of the room. Kane's panic and helplessness grew. He's like numbness waiting for a notice from the doctor about Dee's condition.

Suddenly a punch hit Kane without him thinking. He looked next door and it was Emilio who did it.

"What did you do to Dee, breng***. You keep hurting him, now his life is threatened because of you!" exclaimed Emilio with fiery eyes. He hit Kane again until he fell to the floor. Kane punched the former Marine. Kane is now above Emilio.

"Hey what's wrong with you?" Kane stared confusedly at Emilio. "Do you also secretly love Dee so that it turns boldly on your master!"

"Your mind is always shortsighted in people, thinking negatively. Everyone always looks wrong in front of you. You're like that forever it'll be like that."

Kane pulls Emilio's neck collar. "Then tell me why you defended her? Do you have a special relationship?"

"Yes, we have a special relationship that not everyone knows about. He is the younger brother I've been looking for" cried Emilio impassively, Kane waking up from Emilio's body in a daze.

He now knows why Emilio always protected Dee and defended her. Their blood is the same as AB rhesus negative.

"How can you?" murmured Kane. Mr. Jhon who saw all these events could only sigh and sit in the visitor's seat. He was old enough to be able to digest all the problems. He's tired of Kane's problems at the moment. Don't know what to say.

There was a sound from the door of the ER, they were directly addressed to it.

"Which patient's husband?"

"Here!" answer Kane raucous.

"Patients are bleeding hard enough money, we're going to have surgery and it takes a lot of blood with the same blood type… ."

"His blood type is the same as mine. I'm her brother." cut Emilio as the Doctor explained.

"It's good now to follow the nurse to get her blood drawn."

"But I want to know my sister's condition first."

"His condition is very weak, but he and his baby are still alive but we cannot guarantee how to go forward. This twin pregnancy is full of risks, not to mention with this accident aggravating her condition."

Kane's legs no longer trace on the ground. His sense of well-being seemed to be gone for a moment. Mr. Jhon's pats brought him back to this nightmare he never expected.

Kane closed his eyes for a moment. Emilio is confident that Kane will choose his son this time.

"I want you to put my wife's life first" Kane said, convinced with dewy, red eyes.

Emilio stared in disbelief at Kane's decision. He knew how much Kane was waiting for his two children to be born.

"Then sign this affidavit" said the doctor. Kane immediately signed the letter with a trembling hand. There was a sense of regret because he had caused the three lives he cared about to now be in danger. If he could repeat the time he would be more patient.

"I'll donate blood first" said Emilio softly. Kane nodded.

The doctor immediately prepares for the operation. Kane's awaiting the operation with Mr. Jhon.

"Sir, you must be strong" said Mr. Jhon.

"It's my fault, it's my fault" Kane said repeatedly.

"This is not entirely the fault of the Lord."

"If I had been a little patient this wouldn't have happened. It might be true what Emilio said if I just became Dee's agony," Kane rubbed his face desperately then looked at the door with green paint in front of him blankly.

Mr. Jhon took a long breath. He will later investigate the matter for all the truth to be revealed.

He doesn't understand why Kane prioritizes Dee over their son. That boy is what Kane needs right now.

However, he understands that Kane may love Dee so much that he cannot think with common sense. Despite being betrayed and hurt, Kane still watches over Dee. This is not the Kane he knows and not the Kane he used to be, who never cared about anyone else.

This is what Mr. Jhon feared, Kane fell in love and his love would bring him down. His instincts are right.

While in the operating room Dee lay unconscious. Five doctors are trying to get the operation to go smoothly. Their faces looked tense.

"This bleeding can't be stopped if it's like this, his mother can't help us" said one of the doctors.

"We can't say that in the operating room!" said the doctor who heads this operation.

Incision after incision began to be done in the lower abdomen Dee. One man was busy cleaning up the blood.

The first baby was rescued. His voice sounded loud making all laugh in relief. Now there is another baby in Dee's stomach to be saved.

Kane who heard from outside, smiled brightly. Both of his neutrals were shedding tears that were rushing over. He looks overwhelmed.

Mr. Jhon is closing in on Kane.

"Congratulations, sir, you have become a father now" said Mr. Jhon happily.

However, the smile disappeared instantly. She hasn't calmed down yet if she doesn't watch Dee come out alive from the delivery process.

A midwife came carrying a handsome baby boy out. "Sir, this is your son" said the midwife.

Kane wasn't even interested he chose to look inside.

"What about my wife's condition?" tanyanya panic.

"Doctor, the patient's blood pressure has dropped dramatically" shouted someone from inside.

"Hurry to help, lest we lose a patient!"

Kane's breath seemed to stop smoking hear the Doctor's words. His face suddenly turned pale.
