Things happen so fast. Xie Wang who was rampaging against Huai Mao was aided by Su Liu'er. The strength of the two of them combined would be extremely strong. Considering Huai Mao was extremely strong, they did not hesitate to work together to take down Huai Mao.

Ann Rou and Dou Dou along with Long Yun and Long Ying fought together against the demons as protection in their first layer protecting Xie Ran.

Xie Ran looked at him uneasily, he was not used to being treated like this. He felt too useless, but he couldn't just watch while the others struggled.

Xie Ran's gaze swept his friends in turns seriously. "Do as I say."

Huai Mao was still trying to survive the oppression of the old couple who kept suppressing him. He felt very angry, but also excited at the same time.

The speed of the dragon was not something that could be seen with the naked eye. Every time the black dragon moved like a shadow, there were always corpses lying in an incomplete manner. The sight was truly something unexpected, even for Long Yun and Long Ying as real dragons.

They knew it was only a dragon shadow, but never thought it would be that strong!

Huai Mai clasped his fist while dodging Xie Wang and Su Liu'er's attacks. Whereas Xie Chen faced two saint beasts at once until full of wounds. Huai Mao was getting angry!

Xie Ran smiled inwardly even though his face looked flat. He and the six others had used heavenly magic fusion to form a shadow dragon that looked real and dangerous.

Although Xie Ran was unable to exert his strength, he still kept almost part of his strength in the pearl that Dean Bai had given him as the tournament prize. He used it as a fusion center while the other six followed the instructions not to remove the magic link.

The shadow dragon continued to float in the air killing everything. It flew higher to break through the barrier and damage the demon formation, but the formation was too powerful that they had to think of another way.

Just as the shadow dragon was about to land and search for the eye of the formation and destroy it, Huai Mai had landed and attacked the seven youngsters until his seventh unprotected one crashed.

The shadow dragon disappeared into the air as if it had never existed. The pearl belonging to Xie Ran fell and rolled on the ground right in front of Huai Mao. The woman smiled, then stepped on the pearl until it was destroyed.

The power in the pearl that came out floated in the air and entered Xie Ran's body, but the effect that occurred actually made Xie Ran's entire body ache extraordinarily.

"You young people, it would be better if you spend your youth quietly until death picks up." Huai Mao gave a warning in a calm tone.

Xie Ran felt his entire body getting numb. He supported his body with both hands on the ground while trying to catch his breath. He saw that his friends were heavily injured by the counterattack and Huai Mao's attack just now. As his body was numb, he did not feel any pain and stood up even though in a shunt, looking at the Huai Mao that was right in front of him.

Xie Ran just silently looked at her, not caring about Huai Mao's nonsense. He is still trying to figure out how to get rid of this condition.

"Is it still not?" Huai Mao slightly raised his hand which let out a faint dark mist.

At that moment, Xie Ran felt that his breathing was obstructed. His neck felt suffocated and his body was without power and without strength. He coughed, unable to breathe as if there was no air until his legs were no longer strong enough to support his body.

He's felt that before. The day when he ended his life in the middle of the sea and drowned in emptiness. He was cold, unable to breathe, and lonely. His surroundings were full of darkness without being able to see anything other than endless black. It was as if he felt death, yet he did not die.

Xie Ran clasped his clothes skirt facing the pain in his chest from not being able to breathe. His gaze was completely dark without being able to see anything as if he had been blind. He could not even hear anything including the screams of his grandparents as well as everyone around him. He felt as if in this world there was only himself.

"Roman!" Su Liu'er couldn't do anything when Xie Ran was in Huai Mao's hands. He wanted to seize his Ranran but the black fog in Huai Mao's hands caused an overwhelming fear.

Ann Rou and Dou Dou were also just like the others, they were even more so terrified at the thought of how Qu Xuanzi would be so enraged. They were not afraid of being punished, but they were more afraid of losing Xie Ran and facing Qu Xuanzi's anger. They feel useless.

"Dou Dou, make sure Huai Mao doesn't do anything worse to Miss Xie. My message was not sent because of the barrier, I have to go find His Majesty." Ann Rou had no other choice and handed everything to a Dou Dou whereas she went looking for Qu Xuanzi. Even he did not need to wait for the Dou Dou response and instantly disappeared.

Xie Ran was in the form of a dragon aura because only his consciousness was left to see everything from the outside. He could not see or feel anything in his original body so could only see through the world of consciousness aided by Long Long. The thing that made him hate himself even more, he was too weak to be able to do anything.

"I'm so useless." muttered Xie Ran, lowering his gaze.

Long Long who was sitting on Xie Ran's shoulder sighed. Huai Mao inserted a void curse on Xie Ran and fully withdrew all spiritual power until it completely dried up. All his senses were not functioning and Xie Ran was completely disabled without all five senses. If Xie Ran wanted to fight him, it was quite impossible to be able to return to his original state.
