44. The Star Forest Hunt

"Sure!" Zhou Kui showed a round red crystal in his hand the size of a fist, the core of a savage beast.

Xie Ran who understood the Snake language knew what the Snake said. The snake had accused him of stealing the spiritual spring essence that he had waited hundreds of years to drink in order to break through to the high level. The boa hissed feeling annoyed that the three humans were discussing without thinking about it. He immediately slid towards Xie Ran quickly like a starving Snake and opened his mouth wide.

When it was about to reach the girl, a fan appeared hitting her like a boomerang and returned to Yan Yao's hands. Although not hurt him, Boa was certainly angry because he was taken by the camp. He shrieked violently and flapping his tail caused an earthquake in the cave.

The rocks collapsed around the cave so they had to avoid the ruins. Boa took the opportunity to attack. His body continued to move around the cave snatching the two men who were busy. Yan Yao and Liu Chang bounced between the rocks and struck a hard Boa.

Xie Ran was still watching expressionlessly. This boa was quite stubborn and dared to hurt his friend. He will retaliate.

Boa continued to chase after him with various attacks being launched whereas Xie Ran dodged along the cave with shadow steps and teleportation.

His body twinkled in various places at high speed. Again the green liquid slid towards him. Xie Ran immediately disappeared and landed on Boa's head then pierced through one of his eyes using a dagger.

Boa shrieked very loudly and threw away Xie Ran until the girl was thrown free to the ground until it cracked. It was as painful as falling from a dozen-storey building.

Instead of weakening, Boa grew angry uncontrollably and attacked Xie Ran brutally. Xie Ran rolled away avoiding the spewed poison and the Boa bite. When the Boa used her long tail to be wrapped around Xie Ran, the girl immediately jumped away and used her magic barrier to hold Boa's tail.

However, again Boa was too strong so the barrier was destroyed. Within seconds, Xie Ran's body was wrapped around that thick fleshy rope. It was so tight that Xie Ran felt his body crumble and numb.

Boa sizzled at Xie Ran who in her vision was surrounded by pure energy. For him it is very tasty and nutritious, he can grow quickly and can surpass the seven-colored Phyton.

When he was about to eat the little girl, a sword bounced off his head causing dizziness. He looked back and shrieked loudly making the two humans who turned out to be alive close their ears.

Boa steers Xie Ran possessively away from the two men and launches a poison attack on the two. Yan Yao held back with her magic while Liu Chang dodged quickly and approached. They could not let their sister be hurt before their eyes!

As soon as Liu Chang approached, Boa directly grabbed him by the head then spouted poison towards Liu Chang. Yan Yao immediately gave the barrier in front of Liu Chang so as not to be exposed to the poison then made a sharp attack towards Boa. Some of his magic that looked like a big thorn slid like rain through Boa's skin.

The twists on Xie Ran's body were tenuous, but when Xie Ran was about to make an attack move, Boa wrapped around him even harder until Xie Ran was completely paralyzed. He can only watch now.

Seeing his friend fighting against Boa with all his might, Xie Ran felt pity. They have no chance of winning for now. This boa was stronger than he expected. Although some of his eyes were blind, it was not his weakness.

"Xiao Caihong, are you there?" Xie Ran attempted to contact Xiao Caihong in his entangled arm. I hope the snake boy is not claustrophobic.

"Ssss! (Mother!)" Xiao Caihong appeared suddenly in the air staring at Xie Ran with his round eyes. He looks innocent and knows nothing.

"You can distract the East Sea Boa?"

The Seven Colors Phyton nodded enthusiastically looking pleased to the point of twisting in the air. Finally he had a job after long neglected by his parents.

Yan Yao and Liu Chang both bounced around after encountering Boa magic to the point of being hit by the ruins and trapped. Wounds were already imprinted on their bodies, yet they were still trying. At the very least, they would stop if Xie Ran were to detach from the winding.
