133. Altar of Soul Sacrifice (2)

The time of preparation for the sacrifice is getting closer. Yu Zainan advanced the schedule because 'he' didn't want to linger stalling again so the preparations were completely accelerated.

The last remaining Pei Xi left. He approached Xie Ran, feeling somewhat uneasy especially after hearing Jian Wu who had bad intentions on Xie Ran.

"You're going to kill everyone at Lava Peak?" The formation that Xie Ran messed up was not only destructive, but also made a different effect.

The entire Lava Peak would be charred, the Spirit Forest as the border as well as protecting the Dark Region was Xie Ran's duty when the explosion arrived. Xie Ran's warm gaze changed as it also became ice-cold when all of his friends had already disappeared from sight. He turned around, looking at the active volcano and bursting about boiling lava.

Stepping towards the Lava Peak, he could see many demons roaming around in a hurry while the other side was Yu Zainan who was waiting for the preparations to be completed. Noticing Bai Long'er's presence, Yu Zainan immediately greeted him.

Yu Zainan realized Bai Long'er's change so that made her wonder. Just as he was about to ask, he had sensed the existence of Jian Wu. He immediately turned to see his arrival.

"You've finally come. Better to continue what we have to do. Time's almost up." Yu Zainan wanted to comment more on Jian Wu's delay, but she chose not to bother with him anymore than to be suppressed all out. Better to finish the plan first.

"Master Yu, are you sure you want to continue when the formation is in trouble? If you want to kill yourself, then don't involve me." Jian Wu spoke indifferently.

"That problem?" Yu Zainan glanced at Xie Ran, asking for his answer whether the formation had been fixed or not.

"Previously the formation did run into a bit of trouble, but it has now been fixed. It may take a while to fully recover. If you don't believe it, you two can check it out directly, no other problem." Xie Ran invited the two of them to check.

"You don't have permission to arrest me yet. How are you so rash?" Xie Ran spoke in a condescending tone making Yu Zainan really tremble.

"Xie Ran, if you're willing to give up, maybe I'll give you a second chance. In the future, your life will be safe. You should have known, after today, your life is no longer just yours." Jian Wu gave a warning. He couldn't kill Xie Ran, at least for now despite being so eager.

Jian Wu was furious. He flicked his arm, about to attack Xie Ran but his body was blown away by the silver rays that caused him to bump into Yu Zainan's body.

"Xie Ran, you dare!" Jian Wu roared but Xie Ran ignored him.

Xie Ran did not care about their howls. When Jian Wu was about to attack again, he launched another silver ray right towards the formation core to activate the formation right now.

But before that happened, another silver ray appeared hitting his attack. Jian Wu took the opportunity to launch an attack so that Xie Ran had to avoid a new attack and then hit the rocks behind a large rock to reveal a figure standing behind the stone.

Xie Ran's attack not only caused the stone to disintegrate, the foothold of the figure was also destroyed until the figure had to jump onto another footing to be safe from the increasingly evaporating lava.

"Bai Long?" Xie Ran doubted that it was really a coincidence. He mentioned Bai Long'er's name because he just said it. Moreover, that man named Bai Long had a slight resemblance to him. Do they have distant family ties? It's impossible, isn't it?

"It's great to be known by Miss Xie." Bai Long put on a friendly smile, as if in front of him was not his enemy at all but an old acquaintance.

"Far away from coming here, do you have the same intentions as them?"

"Miss Xie should already have the answer, right?"

Xie Ran hesitated Bai Long as the Heavenly Dragon wanted to destroy his own race. Should Bai Long be the leader of the race, it would make no sense if he betrayed and killed all the dragons.

"No matter what your relationship with my mother is, you can't demean her in front of me." Xie Ran pulled out his sword. Bai Long was most likely from the Upper World, he had to be wary let alone the identity of Bai Long resembling the Azure Dragon who was the strongest dragon. "If I want to fight, I will serve."

Bai Long smiled wider. The next second, two silver rays clang to each other at a speed that could not be seen with just the naked eye.

Xie Ran used his sword to attack, his sword was engulfed by silver rays with high pressure and continued to fend off Bai Long's attacks from time to time.

The stomach region of the mountain was so narrow that their fight was limited. Their attacks often hit the mountain walls until there are ruins and severe earthquakes. The mountain that was supposed to erupt for a while longer became even faster due to the pressure of the two forces.

Jian Wu and Yu Zainan rushed out. The battle of Xie Ran and Bai Long had broken through the mountain until both of them came out from the belly of the mountain. The pressure exerted caused the demons on guard to collapse instantly with just a single slash.

The longer the earthquake went, the lava boiled over and overran the area like a hot mudflow that burned the entire ground with lava. From lava to lava, it continued to propagate to the borders of the Spirit Forest.

Jian Wu went to the Dark Region, feeling that everything had ended. He had to leave immediately, but while he was on his way, two figures attacked him with fierce attacks.

Zhong Xiaorong and Yan Yao happened to see Jian Wu passing by, they thought Xie Ran had managed to make things mess up and directly attacked him. The combination between the white tiger and the ice phoenix made their strength increase extremely drastically, even Jian Wu had to be wary.

Jian Wu cursed countless times at the two brats trying to play around with him. It gives a more intense counter-attack. The greenish rays formed tendrils on the ground and propagated towards the two of them forming a cage.
