Then the nurse explained it to her again, and Sasha told her to immediately take all the necessities to replace Alex's bandage.

"Even just now you were not focused on working” snapped Pinjai which made Sasha close her eyes to accept the insults she deserved for her negligence.
Alex, who saw Sasha as frightened but tried to stay calm, made him look directly at Pinjai.
“Just come out, Pinjai. Let him do his job as a doctor, just think of me as his first patient before he became a real doctor, ” said Alex who made Sasha immediately turn and look at him.

Then the nurse gave permission to put everything down and she had to help the other doctor.

“Alright Doc, then I say excuse me..” said the sister while going to bring a trolley.
Sasha turned to Alex, making Alex nervous and trying to look calm.
“I'm sorry, Sir. I have permission to check on Mr.'s condition first, so that I can see the development of Mr.'s wounds after surgery” said Sasha as she looked at Alex with a smile.
“Ye-yes, please.” firmly Alex, but with a slightly stammered voice due to his nervousness.
Sasya immediately checked Alex with great focus while noting everything on the list of papers she had brought. Suddenly, when Sasha was checking Alex's heartbeat, they both looked at each other.
“Ma-this eye, w-why is it similar to him? Is it true that he is O-Om Bisma? Why did it change its name to A-Alex? Did she use her new identity to really keep her promise to keep away from me?”
