The Accident of a Hit-Run
Where does Sandra live? Does Sandra have a job? Or does Sandra have her family's estate?
Sandra was born from a simple family, even she can vacation in Indonesia also takes a long time and years to raise money.
His father, who was just an ordinary employee in a large company and his mother who was only a housewife, made them a prosperous life.
Brian who heard all the stories of Sandra's family life gradually became melted and pity to see the beautiful girl who now lives a bar.
The intention of wanting to vacation in Indonesia in accordance with their dreams, even became an incident that Sandra never forgot and made her have a very severe trauma.
Even now Sandra has been living in special boarding houses for women that Brian had sought when Sandra first left the hospital.
All of Sandra's life was borne by Brian, until the school even Brian who sought and registered it.
And for the problem of the accident that killed his family has been resolved by the police.
The perpetrator who had hit Sandra's family car and left it alone, has now been caught by the police and sentenced to a layered sentence as follows :
Article 310 paragraph (2), (3), and (4) Law No. 22 Years 2009 LLAJ Law which reads :
...2.2. Any person whose Motor Vehicle due to its negligence resulted in a Traffic Accident with minor injuries and damage to vehicles and/or goods referred to in *P*29 paragraph (3*), 229, sentenced with a maximum prison sentence of 1 (one) year and/or a maximum fine of Rp2,000,000.00 (two million rupiah)....
...3. Any person driving a Motor Vehicle whose negligence has resulted in a Traffic Accident with heavy injuries as referred to in Article 229 paragraph (4), sentenced with a maximum prison sentence of 5 (five) years and/or a maximum fine of Rp10,000,000.00 (ten million rupiah)....
...4.4. In the event of an accident referred to in paragraph (3) resulting in the death of another person, sentenced to imprisonment of at most 6 (six) years and/or a maximum fine of Rp12,000,000.00 (twelve million rupiah)....
Not only that, the driver is also obliged to provide medical assistance for the injured victims, as well as medical assistance and/or funeral costs for the deceased as stipulated Article 235 of the LLAJ Law.
On the other hand, every driver involved in a traffic accident also has responsibilities including mandatory (Article 231 paragraph [1] LLAJ Law):
...A. Stop the vehicle being driven;...
...B. To help the victim;...
...C. Reporting an accident to the nearest State Police of the Republic of Indonesia; and...
...D. Provide information related to the accident....
For drivers who cause a hit-and-run this in addition to being subject to Article 310 of the LLAJ Law, can also be subject to Article 312 of the LLAJ Law which reads :
...Any person who drives a Motor Vehicle involved in a Traffic Accident and intentionally does not stop the vehicle, does not provide assistance, or do not report a Traffic Accident to the nearest Indonesian National Police as referred to in Article 231 paragraph (1) letter a, letter b, and, and the letter c without a reason that deserves to be punished with a maximum prison sentence of 3 (three) years or a maximum fine of Rp75,000,000.00 (seventy-five million rupiah)....
So that the perpetrator gets a layered sentence with 6 years imprisonment or a maximum fine of Rp12,000,000.00 as in Article 310 paragraph (4) of the LLAJ Law and coupled with a 3-year prison sentence or the most fines Rp75,000,000.00 as in Article 312 of the LLAJ Law.
2 Years have passed
Brian and Sandra are officially in a relationship with Brian's family.
Brian's family, which is meant by a family that is not too concerned with status, degrees, and possessions, makes Sandra feel very happy.
Even this is Sandra's first love so much with Brian who just found comfort that can make Brian feel very happy when he was near Sandra.
Brian and Sandra got engaged a few months ago.

Brian looked at Sandra who had just come out of the boarding gate with a smile that expands and stands firmly and does not forget to put her cellphone in her pants pocket.
“Saayaanggg..” shouted Sandra as she ran up to Brian and immediately hugged him.

Brian swiftly caught Sandra's small body while twisting it.
“Hehe.. Sorry to have you waiting so long” looked at Brian while draping his hand.
“It's okay baby, I'm willing to wait as long as I can meet you” stares at Sandra while carrying her.
“Isss.. Have Brian let me go, embarrassed to know if anyone saw him” hit a small shoulder Brian.
“Leave it, why? You are my future wife dear” said Brian while lowering Sandra from her carrier.
“Yayaya.. It's up to you Brian” said Sandra.
“Oh yes.. I almost forgot, if I have a surprise for you, eat it I want to take you out” said Brian while staring at Sandra.
“Surprise? What surprise is Brian?” sandra asked with a confused face.
“Have not asked much, just come and do not be noisy okay” said Brian while opening the car door for Sandra and put his hands on Sandra's head so as not to hit when entering the car.
“Alright. but remember don't be weird ya Brian”.
Sandra entered the car while staring intently at Brian which immediately made Brian laugh because his act of always pranking Sandra made Sandra always mistaken for him.
Now Brian and Sandra have entered Brian's favorite luxury car and left Sandra boarding house.
