“If you don't want to take medicine, how can the wound dry quickly. Do you want to stay in this hospital” said Sasha in a very upset tone.
“What is your problem if I am in this hospital forever, do you mind taking care of me?” alex asked with a frown.
“Clearly object, I am a doctor not a nurse. Where is my pride if I have to serve you for 24 hours like this. Laughs whining, these bounces it's all I do. Then what is the duty of your men to stand guard here?"
"Then what is the duty of the sisters here if you always count on me like this. I've only been here for 3 months, and from the start you got into the hospital and until this second my time was wasted in vain just to take care of you who really sucks”
“If you don't want to take medicine, that's up! I'm tired, tired of all your dramas..I better take care of patients who need me” babble Sasha who is able to silence everything in the room.
Yes, it is true, there are Alex, Pinjai and also Joko who are gathering to check on Alex's condition. But now they are like getting a charmer that makes him not able to dwell what else Alex. He really could no longer refute what Sasha said while he was upset with her.
Pinjai and Joko who looked at Alex were made very confused. Only the first time they saw a Mafia King who was so cruel can now immediately fall into silence just because of the words of a small doctor like Sasha.

Alex took it for granted and immediately drank it with a very slashed face. Somehow it feels like Pinjai and Joko want to laugh when the King Mafia is very submissive with the boy. Yet they paused his intention, and could only smile at each other.
Joko and Pinjai are afraid if they laugh, then their history is gone. Not to mention yesterday-yesterday Pinjai just happy because he got the reward from Alex due to the incident. Still remember when Sasha and Joko pranked Alex?
There Alex punishes Sasya to take care of him for 24 hours until he recovers and Sasha does that until this very second. While Joko is very frightened if Alex scolds him or punishes him severely, as a result of he has made the pride of a Mafia King collapse just because it is embraced by the same sex.

Flashback Joko and Alex
A second after Sasya left Alex's ward, they were shocked by Alex's baritone voice sounding so loud all the way to the hospital.
“Jokoooo...” Alex's strangulation that makes Joko stiffened with bulging eyes.
“Tamatlah your history Joko, Joko.. turned out to be a good person is not as easy as we imagine. The proof now, the intention to help the doctor was even hit by his sap” muttered Joko.
“Sabar... just accept your fate today, hopefully your punishment is not heavy” said Pinjai while patting Joko's shoulder.
“If you don't get in the count of 3 then your life ends here” Alex asserted from inside the roomnyq so that Joko who heard it immediately ragged running into Alex's nursery.

Joko entered slowly, and her face was terrified.
“Huhhh... calm Joko, calm down... you can come for sure can... I'm sure you won't be able to punish me severely...” muttered Joko inside her little heart while adjusting her breathing.
While Alex, he instead stared intently at Joko which made Joko walk up to him with a bow.
“Since when do I have a confidant who walks around in no confidence like this, huh!” said Alex who made Joko immediately stand up straight with his face staring at Alex, but the heartbeat continues to race very fast.
“Sorry Sir, what's calling me?” joko said firmly beside Alex's bench.
“Kaaaauuu..” Alex squealed that made Joko surprised when Alex's other hand was held high as if he wanted to give a hard slap for her so he closed both eyes quickly.
But what exactly happened? Why does Joko not feel pain, even he feels if his body is like a heavy object that makes his chest very tight. Joko opened her eyes and immediately made her surprised instead of playing when she saw Alex instead hugged her tightly.
“Uuhuukk... uhukk Joko coughed which made Alex instantly let go of her embrace.
“Eh. I'm tightness ya hug it?” alex said with a sad face.
Joko who saw that was a little confused, then she said, “Ti-no, I-I guess you want to slap me because I've humiliated you and made your pride as King become ruined"
"But to be honest I didn't mean it that way, I just wanted to help that doctor. Two words you need a warm hug to make you feel calm, so I just follow the orders as long as you can recover” explained Joko who even made Alex smile.
Yes this is how they are, there are times when they look like siblings and there are also moments when they really are like a very sadistic work partner.
“Why are you smiling like that? Aren't you going to punish me? But that doctor has got his sentence, then me?” joko asked that kept Alex smiling.
I don't know why Alex feels so happy because with this punishment he can feel closer to Sasha. But do not know why, now Alex's heart even feels so comfortable.
“Do what I punish you Brother, you are not wrong even I am very grateful to you. Thanks to you I can punish him and make him always by my side” said Alex who made Joko's mind loading severe.
“Ma-mean? You-you like that little doctor?” joko asked with a gawking face in disbelief.
“I don't know I'm just comfortable with him, that's all. That's why I came here to call you to reward all of this, because Brother has made me able to be close to him. Yes even if only until I recover, but at least I can fall asleep quietly without the shadow of my little girl”
“No idea all this time I could never feel what it was like to fall asleep so soundly, and now I can feel it again after I was with the doctor. So now I give 1 request for you, whatever I will follow Brother"
Alex smiled at Joko who still did not believe in all this, just a split second Joko thought if he could take advantage of this opportunity which might not come a second time.
“True if you will comply with one of my requests, whatever it is?” joko said with a small smile that made Alex could feel there was an oddity in his words.
“You won't ask me anything weird right, Brother?” alex said with an intimidating look.
“No, you calm down. So can I request that request now?” joko said with a big smile.
“Alright, what do you want to ask of me?” ask Alex with great seriousness.
“I ask you to release Cika, let her breathe free air out there because I will start my story with her”, Joko said with a big smile.
Joko smiled as she imagined how wonderful it would be when she would have a small family with Cika. While Alex who saw it became very, very upset, because Joko like taking advantage of the opportunity from him.
“No! I can't let go of that cunning woman. You understand that!” firmly Alex.
