Ch. 3 — Telak Attacks

The giant black dragon suddenly sensed a threat to the magic diagram created by Wave.

At first he just thought that the magic diagram created by Wave was an ordinary magic technique like the one used by the Witches of the Human Nation in general. However it turned out, there was an extremely ancient and pure energy aura emanating from this magic diagram. And that aura was able to suppress the dark energy emanating from his body.

This Black Dragon no longer dared to underestimate the magic power that Wave used. He immediately protected the entire surface of his body with dragon scales that had been reinforced with a demonic magic technique.

“Who are you actually human? Are you really a human who comes from this Planet?”

The giant dragon was a little interested in the identity of Wave. Because, magic techniques with this much power should not be found on this Planet even though there are several witches on this Planet with high enough power.

Wave only glanced at him for a moment then replied coldly. “For what I answer the question of a Dragon who will soon turn into a Roasted Dragon.”

The Black Dragon looked furious at Wave's reply. He then focused his strength on his two horns that had always been enveloped with black flames.

...“Hell Fire Storm.”...

The whirlwind of fire tornadoes instantly formed from the black flames that always enveloped the pair of Black Dragon horns.

The Vortex of Hell Flame was one of the high-level magic that came from the Underworld. This magic has the ability to draw fire coming from the Underworld through a magic diagram embedded within a pair of Dragon horns originating from the Underworld.

The flames that came from the Underworld were the strongest and hottest flames in the entire universe. This fire can destroy anything that passes through it to ashes. It was said that only the phoenix flames that came from the God Realm alone were capable of fighting this fire.

“Hump!!” The Black Dragon snorted in annoyance. “How dare a lowly human like you threaten me!! Let's see who will burn first.”

The Black Dragon then shot out a black fire tornado towards the Wave. His anger had peaked and could only be muted with Wave's death.

But Wave doesn't just stay. He immediately activated the magic power stored within the magic diagram he created.

...“Heaven's Light Penetrating the Sky.”...

From above the sky, it suddenly descended a light that emitted an extremely majestic aura. The light was directly pointed straight into the Wave-made magic diagram and fused together. The light turned the magic diagram of Wave into a sun.

The hot air emanating from this magic diagram was able to deal with the heat radiating from the black fire tornado while suppressing the dark energy that was the source of the black flames.

Slowly the black fire tornado began to weaken and disappear without a trace after being irradiated with the power of light emanating from the heaven light magic diagram piercing through the sky.

“It turns out that the magic you used really came from the God Realm. But unfortunately, you were unable to bring out the entire ability of the magic diagram. I'll kill you and then look into your mind and steal the secret of that magic technique.”

Black Dragon is like getting a big harvest knowing what magic Wave is using. Because, this magic is one of the high-level magic in the God Realm. Even though he can't learn it. But, he should be able to find the secret to defeating this magic technique.

The Black Dragon instantly rushed flying into the sky to crash into the Wave-made magic diagram. Although he himself was unsure of being able to destroy that magic diagram but he was quite confident in the Dragon Nation's physical strength which was quite impressive. At least his physical strength must have been able to create a gap on that magic diagram.

“Boom ..”

The sound of an explosion occurred as the body of a dragon that was louder than any steel in this Universe smashed into the magic diagram directly.

Quite a number of cracks instantly appeared in the middle of the magic diagram and made the foundation of the magic diagram even more fragile.

The light on the magic diagram also instantly dimmed and the magic diagram began to lose its power.

The Black Dragon then shattered the magic diagram with both of its extremely sharp claws and was enveloped with black-coloured lightning power.

It didn't take long to destroy this magic diagram, it would roughly only take about ten breaths.

Wave's face instantly turned dark when he saw that the strongest magic he possessed had been destroyed so easily by the Black Dragon who came from this Underworld.

Although Wave is not a God. But, at least he had expended nearly sixty percent of the magic diagram's power. Then how could the magic diagram be destroyed so easily? Is it possible that he has underestimated the strength of his enemy?

The Black Dragon did not waste much time, it immediately slammed its claws towards the Wave when it realized that the Wave was being overwhelmed with anxiety and its mind was no longer focused on what was happening around it.

“Bang ..!!”

An extremely loud impact sound rang out as the giant dragon claw hit Wave's body with it.

Wave's body instantly bounced ten meters away. He experienced a tremendous amount of pain in his body from not having the time to create a protective field to protect his body from this attack.

His body seemed to be hit by a wave that was so big suddenly that some bones in his body were broken. The flow of Mana that was inside his body also became chaotic so that he could no longer use his magic properly.

The Black Dragon grinned and smiled cunningly as it looked at the body of the Wave lying helplessly on the ground. “Hehe .. How now? Do you still have the power to make me a Burning Dragon? How dare a little insect like you boast of strength before the Dragon Nation.”

Wave did not answer but he tried to grab back his wand which happened to just fall about a few centimeters from where he was. He intended to use a forbidden magic inheritance from his teacher that had been sealed inside the magic wand.

The Black Dragon then descended and simply observed every movement of the Wave. He has no intention of killing Wave because what Wave did looks very funny in front of him.

“It turns out you're very persistent. However, what are you going to do with such a badly injured state? What if you swear allegiance to me and serve as my slave. I will definitely let you live comfortably because the power you have must have shaped you a lot to control this Planet.”
