Ch. 54 — Yan Shu.

The light emanating from the heirloom sword became even brighter as the distance between the heirloom sword and Xing Wang became closer and closer.

It seemed that Xing Wang was indeed destined to possess that heirloom sword and use it as a weapon to restore peace to the Arizone Planet.

Holding back such a dazzling light, Xing Wang finally managed to grasp the hilt of the heirloom sword then raised the tip of his sword facing towards the sky.

A light with seven colors missed from the end of the heirloom and instantly pierced through the sky.

The sky that was above Xing Wang's head was as if it had split apart as the light managed to pierce through it and left a gigantic hole above the sky.

A strange incident also happened to one part of Xing Wang's body precisely on the back of his right hand. There suddenly appeared a tattoo that shone brightly and had the exact same shape as the heirloom sword that was in the grasp of his hand.

The tattoo was a confession the Sword Spirit had given Xing Wang. With the tattoo on hand, Xing Wang could freely summon the heirloom sword when he needed it and it would disappear back into the tattoo if it was not used by Xing Wang.

“My name is Yan Shu. I am the Sword Spirit of the Starlight Sword. This form was my true form when I was freed from the evil spirit. I will teach you various extremely powerful sword techniques as a reward for being willing to help me. But, I will teach it gradually according to the cultivation level you have so that your martial foundation is not damaged.”

The sword spirit introduced itself to Xing Wang. However, he did not mention at all where he came from and who had created him. Though these two things were the two questions that made Xing Wang become curious.

“I have absolutely no objection. Besides, I still have to adjust to my new body so that I can bring out the hidden potential that this body has. However, there is still more important business that we have to finish first,” Xing Wang replied as he stored the heirloom sword he had just obtained into the tattoo he had on his right hand.

The sword spirit did not disappear as Xing Wang kept the starlight sword. It seemed that the sword spirit was able to come out at will from within the heirloom sword as long as the distance between him and the heirloom sword was not too far away.

“Did that problem you mean relate to Great Witch Reymond approaching this place?” the Sword Spirit.

“One of them is that. But before going to meet the Great Witch Reymond and fight with her I must complete my main goal of coming to this place which is to obtain the inheritance of the Thunder Phoenix.”

Xing Wang had already made sure that in this small world there was absolutely no inheritance from the Thunder Phoenix. That meant that he had to leave this Little World immediately and continue his search. Because, the legacy of the power left behind by the Fire Phoenix alone would not be enough to defeat the power of Great Witch Reymond who had disappeared for hundreds of years.
