The Price Of Sincerity

The Price Of Sincerity
Know It Fairly

What destiny also brings to the truth or just accidentally unfolds like that by chance. Devan grew up with the presence of a stepmother, who loved him like a child. Plus the woman had no children with her father. She knew that the woman she was with was not her real mother, because she had met Jessica once in a while. But suddenly the woman did not see him again, until she met Jane.

Jane, three years younger than Devan. And it turns out that when he graduated high school he went to one of the same campuses as Dev. Who would have thought if both had a taste. Until the two become close, Devan plans to declare his love during a visit to Jane's house.

And there he knew the truth, he saw a picture of a woman who was none other than his mother, on the wall. The family picture, his mother, another man and it looks like the little girl over there is Jane. Devan compares the photo to the one in his wallet.

Exact same. Even when he asked her her name was the same. But as soon as he asked her whereabouts, she became speechless when she heard Jane say her mother was dead from cancer.

After that, his plan to confess his love stopped. And his love ran aground even before he started, wasn't it. He shouldn't love that woman, shouldn't have put his feelings on his own sister, he's in love with the wrong person.

***

A building that is located quite far into the hills, not like a Villa but a house. A very closed house with window blinds that are always attached. Jane was in Ziya's house, her house looked a little messy. Maybe it was because the woman was living alone, and she was too busy to pack. Moreover, usually the one who takes care of it is the manager, and it does not seem to be there right now.

The light of the morning sun could not enter the room, Ziya closed the curtains so tight. Especially since his recent scandal made him have to be wary of the crazy paparazzi that roamed nearby. Her agency hasn't made any claims about her relationship, but Jane doesn't have a problem with that. Sometimes he thinks why people are so busy digging into the private lives of people he doesn't even know. Even to make a story that does not match reality.

Jane sat on the sofa by the window curtain, she daydreamed long before Ziya came up with two slices of sandwich bread and two glasses of juice in a tray. He sat on the sofa opposite Jane.

“I didn't expect so soon your relationship ended, didn't you get what you wanted? Or—you've got it?” ziya asked before eating her sandwich and giving Jane a glass of juice.

“I know what you're thinking. He's rich, he's handsome, he's got everything. But I'm not after the money, I think I can get genuine love for the first time in my life. In fact I was wrong, I just assumed if he would love me like I love him.” Jane stared at the glass of juice that was on her thigh, already in both hands after she received it from Ziya.

“So you really love her?" Ziya was silent for a moment. "I didn't think you'd admit it to me. But you seem to forget one thing, he's a good guy. Yes even though he is sometimes a jerk, many women want him just to be able to feel his wealth. He knows which woman wants him and which woman just wants his money. And since he's not looking for you anymore it seems like you fall into the second category.”

He lies, Ziya lies saying if Max does not look for the woman. He deliberately ignored Max's calls that came in a row into his phone, so he turned it off now.

“Ck. I didn't even ask her for anything. You said he was good, but you also said he was a jerk. So which one should I trust?”

“He saved you?”

“Ya.”

Jane and Ziya told a long story. Ziya recounts her past, it is unfair for her that only she knows the past and the heart of Jane while the woman knows nothing about her. Jane listened carefully, and she caught a few things that astonished her. Perhaps it was because they lived in a different environment, and also Ziya was older than him.

Ziya knew Max when he was in high school. He was raised by a single parent, arguably he was born without any marriage ties. His mother was a prostitute and his father did not want to take responsibility after impregnating his mother. The falling fruit is not far from the tree. Ziya became a vocation woman after the age of seventeen.

His encounter with Max is when the man hires a woman to accompany him one night, and it turns out that the woman who comes is Ziya. The two were shocked when they met each other at a promised hotel. The two of them were at the final level, they were about to graduate. But no one would have thought if they really did.

Max has been a jerk ever since, more precisely since his parents died when he was about to move up to the third grade. Even his older brother, who quit college to run the AVC company owned by the Miller family, did not pay attention to his sister anymore because he was busy with work. No one noticed the man, and it was as if no one cared what he did.

Since their first night at that time made the two become close, but their closeness was only limited to bedmates. Until one day Ziya becomes the call woman of a crazy bastard, a man who is already on the blacklist. Since she was about to graduate, Ziya needed money. Although they were close, but Ziya could not easily ask Max for money, so she received the call without seeing the details first.

Ziya felt something strange when he saw the tools on the mattress, fortunately he had time to go to the bathroom even for a while. To tell someone. That night she had a fight with her mother, she erased her contact. The only person he can contact is Max. Whether he was lucky at the time or just by chance, Max was at a bar not far from the hotel where he was. Until Max can help him, he's on time.

The man had already stripped Ziya forcibly, looking like a tear in his clothes here and there. And also looks slap marks and punches on his fragile face and body. Just as the man pointed the knife at Ziya, Max came and his presence instantly turned the man's gaze at her. Max kicked the man's hand until the knife slipped out of his hand.

His body was covered in bruises and wounds from being beaten by the man, Max who saw him became full of anger. At least although it is not paid like it treats women, and the woman is not paid to be tortured. Max gets into a violent altercation before successfully taking Ziya away from there.

From then on, Ziya stopped. She worked at a cafe before going to college, and just as she was about to attend college her mother married a wealthy old man. His life changed by one hundred and eighty degrees. And finally he can live his life as it is now. Become an artist in the entertainment world. But still, he owes Max his life, because if only Max hadn't come. Perhaps he had been found lifeless, naked with a body covered in blood.
