Chapter 39: The Little Girl
The conditions of the world were extremely chaotic, everyone was betting their lives while trying to get out of their place, many wandering monsters were ready to kill anyone. The sea of green forests still dominated the plains around the world, an ideal place for monsters to live.
That condition was compounded by the conflict between the Human race and the Devil. The Devil Race was extremely domineering, they almost controlled an entire region of the world. The monsters that roamed were mostly monsters of their calling. Heroes did not exist at the time, the Human race was on the brink of extinction.
The Magic Tower Region.
All kingdoms have been destroyed by the attacks of monsters and Devils, but there is a place that is the center of gathering of all Mankind. They called it the Magic Tower Region. There were three magic towers that had different colors. White, red, and blue. Filled by acclaimed witches.
Since the Warrior and Swordman were very few, then the only hope of the Human race was the Magic Caster. Many witches were endlessly fighting against the Demon race.
Still around the Magic Tower Region, there was a small slum village filled with low-caste people. Since there was no government governing a territory, they could only live vacillatingly. Only those in the Magic Tower Region could live comfortably.
A gripping night. Although it was in the Magic Tower Region, it did not mean that there was no danger coming. Not the danger posed by monsters, but the danger between humans themselves. Bandits, assassins, and more, they do just that to survive.
There is a small hut on the edge of the village. The hut has a height of 1 meter, 4 meters long and 2 meters wide, made of wood and twigs as the roof. A little girl lived in the hut, 6 years old, she was fast asleep in her little hut. His body was very thin, his white hair looked dull.
The air is getting colder. The little girl woke up from the cold piercing to the bone.
His eyes still look soft because of the drowsiness that has not disappeared. He looked around him.
"Naura, Legarde .. have they not returned?" He rubbed his eyes.
The little girl wasn't really alone in the shack, she lived with two of her friends. His two friends often went out to catch fish and help people in exchange for food or money.
Both of his friends should have returned. Curious, the little girl came out of the hut to look for them.
As he was about to step his foot out ....
*Out!
A flash of lightning shocked him, the little girl was instantly pushed back into the hut. He was shocked by the sound of lightning he heard.
"Naura, Legarde, hurry home." The girl sat in a frightened corner of the room.
The gripping atmosphere made the little girl even more agitated. He kept swiping his hand to warm himself, he continued to fight his fear.
*rek
There was a twig being stepped on just outside the hut.
Without a second thought, the little girl immediately ran out of the hut with a happy face.
"Naura, Legar-" The girl instantly fell silent after seeing what was in front of her.
A tall black figure stood right before him. It is not clear what the creature is, its body shape is like a human, but its size is not like humans in general. His eyes glowed yellowish in the darkness.
The little girl just fell silent with a trembling body.
The creature notched its body and approached the little girl. His breath made the girl cold.
The girl could see the creature. His face was covered with white fur, his fangs soaring from the bottom up. If you look at it, it looks like a gorilla.
Their faces face each other. The girl's body was numb, she could have fallen down at any time, but her persistence was able to fight against it all.
The creature slowly moved away from him.
*wush!
He jumped out of the little girl.
The little girl immediately sat down. His breathing was irregular, death had just left him. He was on the ground and asleep.
---------------------------------
On a clear morning, the morning light enters through the small holes in the hut. The morning light woke up the sleeping little girl. He opened his eyes and immediately raised his hand to cover the rays that were pointing at his face.
The little girl felt something envelop her body.
A blanket?
A woman went into a small hut. The woman was shocked when she saw the little girl who woke up from her sleep.
Looking at that person, the little girl immediately got up and hugged him.
"Naura!" He hugged the woman tightly.
This little girl was Hela, the strongest magician in the future. This is a story about Hela's journey to become the strongest witch in the future.
"Me and Legarde were shocked to see you lying by the door. Did something happen last night?"
Hela shook her head. "No, I'm just worried because you guys haven't come home yet."
Hela didn't want to tell him about the monstrous creatures that came to her. He did not want to make his two friends worry more.
Naura stroked Hela's head. "Sorry, it worries you. Last night we did extra work from the villagers,"
"I understand."
Hela's stomach rang, she was very hungry because she had not eaten.
Naura smiled while teasing Hela. "It just so happens that we brought a lot of food last night, do you want to try it?"
Hela's face flushed with embarrassment.
Naura pulled him out of the hut. "Let's have breakfast, Hela."
Outside, a boy was cooking with firewood. He looks like he's boiling something.
Smelling the aroma of his cooking tempted Hela, he immediately took off his hand from Naura and headed straight towards the boy who was cooking it.
The boy was Legarde, the one who always cooked for them. Legarde and Naura were 14 years old, they considered Hela like a sister, therefore they did not allow Hela to come out looking for food.
"Waah .. as usual, this aroma is appetizing," said Naura while sniffing the aroma of cooking.
Naura can't cook, she looks so tomboyish, she's also a physical combat expert. Legarde was a low-level magician who always prepared everything needed for them.
Hela took a bowl for a food container. Her small steps were adorable, and also she carried three bowls with her adorable little hands.
"Come, Hela, you can do it!" cheer Naura.
Hela kept trying not to drop the wooden bowl she was carrying.
Eventually Hela has managed to conquer her great challenge.
"Yeah ... My little hela did it!" Naura hugged Hela.
"Naura, stop it, Hela can't breathe!"
Although simple, they are all filled with laughter, they are orphans, but they can equip each other as a small family and continue to survive with threats that could end their happiness.
They ate soup that Legarde made. Their faces were so happy, enjoying the Legarde cuisine that they thought was the most delicious in the world.
"Naura, Hela." Legarde looked at the two women with a small smile. "We must increase our strength until people realize our existence, and also we will defeat the Devils,"
"Kaw bwnar .. akwu akwan menjawajar gowblin," said Naura with food still in her mouth.
"Take your food, Naura." Hela hit the small shoulder of Naura.
There was a desire that came to Legarde's mind.
"If we become the strongest, let's build an empire!"
"Virioh ...." Hela's eyes twinkled at Legarde who stood like a King.
"I agree! Let me name our kingdom. Name ... Mystick Kingdom!" naura shouted excitedly.
Hela was amazed by the dreams of her two amazing friends. He strives to realize their wishes and continues to support them until the dream is realized.
The story of the journey of the Queen of the Mystick Kingdom, Hela Naura Legarde begins.

Sorry, because it's late for the update. I again compiled the story for the next chapter, including Hela's past arc. It was down a few days because I was confused about who to use PoV for this arc, and finally I decided to use PoV from the author, which is me. Thank you to those who follow this story faithfully!
