“Your Majesty, what are you. Playing me?” asked Meli with suspicious squeaking eyes.

Ethelyne still maintained her cute plain face. “What do you mean, Auntie? How could I possibly play with Auntie.”

“Your Majesty!” said Meli growled.

“Hahaha, Aunty turned out to be tricked!” Ethelyne laughed out loud as she ran away.

Meli who saw that sighed while massaging her temple. “Basic of this child.”

Ethelyne was hiding in an abandoned warehouse, she was leaning against the wall while touching her chest. ‘I should how? Should I help man as a holy maiden, or slaughter man as revenge and my duty as a devil.’ Ethelyne sighed, she thundered onto the dust-filled floor. “I should how? This thought always weighed on me, should I .. help them, or finish them off.” Ethelyne sighed, she hugged both knees and buried her face between the knees. “I'm so tired, mom .. Why do you give me such a big responsibility? Ethel can't do it all, what should Ethel do? Ethel was very tired with the situation, Ethel felt very helpless now.”

Breathing out of his mouth. “Nobody, I'm so hungry today. Do I hunt?” Ethelyne smiled smirk, a black fog slowly surrounding him. As the fog began to subside, Ethelyne had been teleported somewhere.

Eadric sighed, he had just finished working on the documents that made him dizzy.

“Ned, what's my job tomorrow?”

“You will check the location of the demon invasion tomorrow. Your Majesty, did you really give up on Miss Rimuru's search?”

Ned who understood Eadric's words bowed respectfully and walked out without saying another word. ‘Your Majesty, why are you so worried about that witch girl? Even though you gave up on looking for her, but. Weren't you always looking for information about the Witch girl secretly.’

Inside the palace, Eadric let out a long sigh. He stared bored at the files in front of him. ‘Why does the girl like to go unannounced? Doesn't she know that Aelene is worried about her.’

Suddenly, the palace of the Sun became pitch-black. All the candles that were the lights suddenly died without cause, not even the wind entered Eadric's room.

The originally closed window suddenly opened wide, the wind blowing into the room. Eadric who felt an oddity stood up and was about to take the sword on his bed.

However he lost quickly to the silhouette of the shadow that suddenly passed behind, the shadow suddenly appeared behind him and locked onto his movements without giving any gap.

“Who are you?” eadric asked, a cold metal suddenly touched his neck. The man fell silent. ‘Is he a murderer sent from the enemy to finish me off? But if it's true, why didn't he just kill me and just shut up?’

With a breath behind him, Eadric tried to figure out the person behind him. But due to the darkness of the room, he could not see anything.

“What's up? Are you scared?”

The voice that flowed in his ear was very recognizable Eadric, the voice of a girl who really likes to disappear without any message or hint. “Rimuru,” murmured slowly.

Ethelyne smiled faintly, her red-eye color appearing slightly lit. “I didn't expect a prince like you would recognize my voice in just one listen.”

“You ... where are you?”

“What's up? Did you miss me?”
