Chapter Six

Adelle looked at Ellie, "Who? will there be any important guests?" ask Adelle.

"Ah, not an important person either. He's my husband's old friend. I asked Thomas to invite him over because I thought it would be fun to eat. Sorry, yes. I didn't tell you this earlier. You're not angry, are you?" obviously Ellie on Adelle.

Adelle smiled beautifully, "What's angry about. Its alright. I'm also happy that your happiness is celebrated by many" Adelle replied.

Thomas came with someone. Adelle and Ellie both turn their eyes towards Thomas and his friend, who is none other than Kenzo.

"Ah, let's eat. I've made a lot of dishes. I don't know your taste, Ken. I hope you like this dish I made" Ellie said. He placed a bouquet of flowers on the table and directed his guests to the dining table.

Kenzo stared at the table, "Wow, is this all you're cooking?" ask Kenzo in amazement.

"My wife is a chef, and has a restaurant business. Stop by if you have time" replied Thomas.

"Ah, so. You're a wonderful woman, Ellie. No wonder my friend chose you as his wife. The looks are tantalizing, it must be delicious." praise Kenzo.

"Thank you for praising my cooking. Eat a lot, no need to hesitate" Ellie responded.

Thomas and Ellie sat side by side. Kenzo is next to Adelle. They began to enjoy the dishes that were already available on the table.

"We meet again, yes." whispered Kenzo in Adelle's ear.

Adelle who was eating also choked and coughed. Uhukkk .. hukkk .. uhuukk .. quickly his hand took a glass and drank water. He took a breath and took a breath. Finally he could breathe a sigh of relief and swallow his food well.

That's enough to worry Ellie and Thomas. They are also confused, how can Adelle suddenly choke while eating.

Ellie, Thomas, Adelle and Kenzo chat after dinner. They spent enough time that night.

When she was about to book a taxi, Adelle was offered a ride by Kenzo. Adelle had refused, but Ellie asked her best friend to be given a ride for safety reasons.

"Let's just drive," Thomas said.

"No, no. I'll order a taxi" Adelle replied, rejecting Thomas's offer.

Adelle pulled her phone out of the bag. Suddenly Kenzo tried to get a ride.

"No need to book a taxi. You can come home with me. Aren't we one way?" stale-free Kenzo.

Adelle's shocked, "W-what?" adelle muttered.

"Oh, yes. The direction of your apartment is in line with the Star Hotel. Just go with Kenzo," Ellie said.

Thomas looked at his watch, "I think booking a taxi takes time. It's been quite a night, Adelle. Just go with Kenzo. At least he can take care of you if anything happens," Thomas suggested.

"My husband's right, Adelle. It's already night. It is also dangerous to take a taxi. Come on, I'm worried about you." persuaded Ellie.

Kenzo opened the car door on the side of the wheel. Adelle came in and sat down. With the car door closed, Kenzo said goodbye to Thomas and Ellie.

"Thomas, Ellie, I'm home. Thank you for inviting me. See you," said Kenzo.

"Yes, see you. Be careful on the road" replied Thomas.

"Please take my best friend to the destination, yeah. Dahh .." continued Ellie reminded Kenzo, if you have to take Adelle to the destination.

"Yes" replied Kenzo smiling.

Kenzo walked towards the steering side door. He opened the door and entered, and closed the door. After wearing a seatbelt, he drove the car away from Thomas and Ellie's yard.

On pedalana. Kenzo and Adelle kept quiet. Kenzo focused on driving, while Adelle stared at the quiet streets.

"Want to have coffee with me?" ask Kenzo.

Adelle looked at Kenzo, "Yes? you're asking me?" ask Adelle.

"If not for you, do I ask anyone else? isn't it just you in this car, other than me?" Kenzo.

"Ah .. it .. I don't want to drink coffee right now. I was tired and wanted to rest early" Adelle reasoned.

"I'm not asking you to have coffee right now. It could be tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Just as you can. Can't it still?" answer Kenzo tenaciously.

"Oh, he's so persistent. How else would I turn it down, huh?" inner Adelle.
