"Julian, tell Mom, son? What exactly happened to you? Why are you being like this? Haven't you ever drank that drink? Then why now-"
Julian's mother had not finished speaking, Julian suddenly cried and made the middle-aged woman stop her speech. He was confused to see Julian like that when last night was his first night with the Wife.
And even more astonishingly, at a time like this Dea as the wife of the man was not even visible to the trunk of his nose. Last night, Dea said she was going to catch up with Julian, but she hasn't returned.
"Julian! Please, don't confuse me! Why are you and where is Dea? Didn't he say last night he caught up with you?" julian's mother continued with a little annoyance.
He was upset that the big man continued to cry like a baby and did not answer his question in the slightest. Seeing the irritation on the Mother's face, Julian slowly stopped his crying. He wiped away the tears with his head bowed to the floor.
"Last night I divorced Dea, Mom."
The deg!
Julian's mother slipped after hearing the words that slid from her son's lips. Between believing and not, but from Julian's facial expression at the time, he knew that Julian was not joking with him.
"What! How can you, Julian? Where is Dea now?" asked the woman with a panicked face.
The woman held onto both of Julian's shoulders and shook the boy's large body to answer his question immediately.
Julian took a long breath. "See, I don't know, Mom. Maybe she's gone home to her sister."
"Yes, God!" peek at Julian's mother while shaking her head. He could not figure out why his son would act like that. They just got married.
"What made you want to divorce Dea, Julian? Didn't you love that girl so much?"
"For he is no longer holy, ma'am! He tricked me with that innocent face!" upset Julian with teary eyes looking at his mother.
The woman was silent for a moment with round eyes staring at Julian. Julian's confession just made him so shocked. How not, all this time he thought Dea was a good girl and never acted strange like other girls in his village.
"Where do you know that she's no longer a virgin?"
"I don't want to know, the Herman family has to compensate! They'll have to compensate for all our losses, ma'am! We've spent a lot of money on this wedding and now I'm being tricked by that girl! I never even touched it!" julian continued with a flushed face holding back anger.
Julian's mother nodded quickly. There was disappointment in his old face. And he agreed with the words Julian had just said. "Yes, Son. You're right! I agree, we have to ask Herman for damages."
Meanwhile.
Dea, who was still in her dreamland, returned to shed tears. Last night's events haunted the girl's subconscious. "I'm sorry, Mom. I'm sorry."
"Yes, God!" Dea gasps in shock upon realizing that she is still in her dream home with the devastated Julian. The girl blinked her eyes then rushed up from her previous position.
"Mas Julian!" Dea quickly exits the house and intends to see Julian once again. He still hoped that the man could change his decision and return to him.
In a hurry, he set foot toward Julian's residence. However, upon arrival in front of the man's parents' residence, Dea's steps suddenly came to a halt as Julian again shouted at him.
"Stop!" julian shouted out loudly.
Dea was silent with a gaze fixed into her in-laws house. It turned out that the entire Julian family had gathered there and they were discussing the matter that befell Julian.
Julian's mother walked a few steps forward and now the woman was standing right at their doorstep. "Hey, Dea! Go home! Tell your brother, Herman, that we want to talk about this!" said the woman, shaking her hand at Dea.
"But, Bu-" Dea took one step forward. However, the woman again ordered to stop her steps.
"That's enough, Dea. The door of this house is closed to you. You better go back to your brother's house and tell him that we'll be there soon to clear up your problems!" said the middle-aged woman once more.
Dea was so devastated to hear the words that had just been thrown by her mother-in-law. He did not expect that the woman would prefer to listen to Julian's words rather than mediate between him and his son.
