The Story of the Children of the Juragan
244. Go home

"How's it going, doc?" Leon asked the doctor who handled Fatim's baby.

"Alhamdulillah, everything is good. I'll let you go home today." Obviously the doctor, smiling.

"Alhamdulillah." All say the tahmid sentence.

A female nurse who accompanied the doctor, helped remove the equipment in the baby's body.

After ten days in the hospital, finally that day the baby Fatim was allowed to go home.

Fatim's baby is strong enough to drink the ASI given to him. Until he quickly experienced weight gain. From what was originally only one and a half kilograms, it now became two and a half kilograms.

Not only that, the skin that used to be reddish and peeling a lot, now the peel has faded. Likewise with the color of his skin, which is not as red as at the beginning of birth. And it doesn't look so soft either.

All of this did not escape God's intervention. So they are very grateful.

After the doctor's departure, Fatim's family immediately packed his belongings with gusto.

As for Fatim, she remained seated near her baby box. She smiled beautifully, looking at the baby who was still asleep.

"Darling, you're happy, aren't you? We'll be home soon."

At home, you will grow up faster. Because every day, papa and mama will hug and hold you more often.

We can sleep in the same bed. If you are old enough to eat, you will also give you the best milk companion." Babe Fatim at length, while gently rubbing the baby's face.

Leon had just finished packing all the belongings of his wife, son, and personal belongings. After that he approached the wife who seemed to be babbling on her own.

"Honey, you're confiding in our baby huh. If you are allowed to go home."

"Of course, brother. Because I am so happy and grateful. I can't wait to sleep in my own room." Fatim's face seemed to be smiling all the time.

"My feelings are the same as yours, baby. Very happy indeed. And that means we can plan Aqiqah for our little princess."

"Yes, brother. I can't wait to have that show." Imbuh Fatim enthusiastic.

"Leon, are you done packing your things?" Ask Mama Margaretha as she walks closer.

"Here you go, ma."

"Sure, nothing left?" Ask mama Tiwi make sure. He stood next to his lady.

"Yes, ma. If anyone is left behind, it will be brought by Adam. Just relax." With ease Leon replied, accompanied by a small oddity.

Not long after, Adam's father came. Behind her was a nurse carrying a wheelchair.

"Everything is ready, right?" Call papa Adam, interrupt his family and his besi.

"Here you go, Dam." Reply papa Marco.

"Okay, then we'll be home soon. Fatim, sit in a wheelchair." Papa Adam's.

"What, sitting in a wheelchair? But Fatim is healed." Fatim protest felt unacceptable.

"If you look from the outside, you're fine. But fear papa, your former operation that has not completely dried up will be damaged."

"That's what papa said. We obey, for this is also for our good."

Fatim nodded his head. Of course he doesn't want his former surgery to be broken. Aided by Leon, Fatim sits in a wheelchair, holding his baby.

After that, their group walked out of the treatment room. Fatim inhaled a deep breath of air, once out of his room.

They got out of the elevator, then headed for the hospital lobby. Where the car is prepared in front of the lobby.

When going to get into the car, Fatim had a little difficulty. Until her husband helped her again.

"Alhamdulillah." Fatim and Leon muttered simultaneously. After getting into the car.

Their position, Adam's father was in front, and prepared to drive his car. Nearby was his male besan, papa Marco. While in the middle row, there are mama Tiwi, Fatim and mama Margaret. In the back seat, Leon sat alone.

Their baby seemed to be still asleep, in the lap of mama Margaretha. Fatim who saw him continued to smile.

In the sense that everything was ready, the car moved slowly leaving the hospital courtyard.

"Pa, I want to stop by for some fruit." Fatim said, almost half the way.

"Okay." Papa Adam's reply was brief.

Not long after, their car had stopped in front of a shop selling fresh fruits.

"What fruit do you eat, baby?" Ask Leon.

"Papaya fruit. Because since giving birth until now, I haven't had a bowel movement either."

"Why didn't you tell Father Fatim?" Papa Adam's protest.

"I'm sorry Fatim forgot to tell papa. The Fatim section is also somewhat like that if you take medicine. If you eat fruit it's fresh and sweet." Said Fatim while grinning.
