If Nizam's day usually looks excited when entering a magnificent luxury building like a five-star hotel, but this time is different. The twenty-six-year-old man looked helpless as he swung his foot into the hospital lobby. Every time he entered the building his heart felt empty like something was missing.
“There are still two days left, but why does it feel so long? Aah ... if only allowed to take leave, it is certain that I am currently following Rara and her husband who is on honeymoon in Japan. But, baby, work piles up and I can't let go of that responsibility. I am a new doctor than anyone else. Even if it is not busy, I suspect Doctor Melisa will sign my cut submission letter,” murmured the man softly. Not wanting to be late and get a reprimand from the head of the ward, Nizam decided to get into the elevator that would take him to one of the wards where he worked.
When the elevator clang and opened, Nizam rushed out and swung his legs back to one of the rooms in the corner. The man put down his backpack, then put on a white snelli wrapped around his body wrapped in a navy shirt. Instead of starting his activity by checking the patient's medical records, the man instead stood by the glass window, noticing the crowd below with a look of laughter.
“Ra, what are you again? The message I sent you, not even if you reply. Are you so busy you don't have time to reply to my messages?” muttering as he continued to stare out the window. Nizam's gaze glared far away, as if his soul was lost.
Meanwhile, Hanna—, Zahira's new colleague who had just been transferred to the Lotus ward, had just arrived with a tote bag in the right hand. Reviewing the sweet smile when passing by his co-worker. “I'd better go straight to Doctor Nizam's room, deliver this food. I'm sure, he must have liked it.” The woman's eyeballs are more sparkling when imagining the idol eating his homemade food greedily.
In front of the door is white with the name dr. Nizam, Hanna was standing with her heart beating fast. Although already several times in and out of the room, but still the heart of the woman paraded when she wanted to meet the man she liked. “Come on, Hanna, control your heart lest your nervousness spoil the atmosphere!”
Hanna's hand stretched forward, then knocked on the door three times. However, there is no word from across there. "Why lonely? Is Doctor Nizam not here yet? Aah .. no way, Doctor Nizam never comes late even he always comes a few minutes before the morning shift starts."
Out of curiosity, Hanna finally decided to turn the door handle to make the door open wide. Face sumringah with a smile on the face. What I'm saying is, Doctor Nizam can't possibly be nervous. The proof of this clock is that he is neat and looks cool in a white snelli, the woman's mind when the tail of her eyes see Nizam standing behind her.
"Good morning, Doctor Nizam?" hanna said kindly. The woman's small steps into the room contained five sets of work desks complete with chairs, monitors and keyboards, lockers that function to store the luggage of the doctors and bookshelves.
However, Nizam flinched a bit. He was still focused on looking at the situation outside from the glass window in the room.
Feeling that the relationship between them was getting closer, Hanna took the initiative to approach Nizam. He walked very carefully, settled down like a thief and stopped right behind the man. The woman reached out her hand forward and patted the shoulder very quietly.
"Doctor Nizam!" hanna said as she smiled a smile at the corner of her lips.
Nizam jumped in shock and his daydreams collapsed instantly. Feeling annoyed that his activities were disturbed by someone, he turned his body and found Hanna smiling widely with a face of sumringah.
"What are you doing here? Who let you in? It's too bad to go into this room without knocking on the door!" nizam snapped with a raised voice. A flash of emotion emanated clearly in the pair of eyes of the man.
Hanna froze on the spot, not expecting Nizam to yell at her just for trivialities. As he remembered he had knocked on the door, then why was Nizam so angry with him?
With a quick movement Hanna wiped away her tears. "I'm sorry, Doctor Nizam, I didn't mean to bother you. I just came here to give you breakfast, but I think I came at the wrong time."
"I was wrong to just walk in without your permission, but I still had the courtesy to knock someone else's room first. Only, the owner of the room did not respond to my words until I finally entered this room," replied Hanna. Inwardly whispering bracing sentences not to cry, revealing his weakness before Nizam.
Strengthening yourself to continue talking even though tightness feels piercing all the parts in the chest. "I apologize again for bothering you. I'd better go now, excuse me."
Still in a broken mood, Hanna turned the body upside down. He chose to leave the room without any intention of lingering in the same room as Nizam.
Along the hallway leading to the restroom, Hanna was unceasingly crying. He was all his might to hold back his tears from falling, but the woman's efforts were in vain. The shadow as Nizam snapped at him with a thunderous voice was still clearly recorded in the woman's memory.
Honestly, Hanna was disappointed at Nizam's attitude just now. He thought the man would be happy, when he found himself in the room carrying a tote bag filled with food boxes. However, apparently his prediction was wrong, his presence did not make Nizam happy at all.
"Oh my God, why is it so painful? I should have been normal, but why was my heart broken when Doctor Nizam yelled at me?" speaking in between sobs. Hanna flailed her right palm on her thigh to vent her disappointment and pain. He was quite shaken because for the first time Nizam was rude to him.
When Hanna was breathing out her heart through a cry, Nizam was still silent in his chair trying to digest back what had just happened. Accidentally the man's eyeball saw a white tote bag lying on his desk.
Stretch your hands forward, opening the contents of the tote bag. How surprised Nizam when he found a food box containing his favorite food. "Aargha! Goddamnit! Why am I getting out of control like this, anyway?" yelled the man while rubbing his face with the palm of his hand, he looked frustrated. "Because I thought about Zahira, I hurt Doctor Hanna's feelings."
Then, Nizam came out of the room and walked towards Hanna's room. The man wanted to apologize for the incident. However, when he arrived at the room, he did not find Hanna's existence at all.
"Where did Doctor Hanna go? Why isn't he in this room?" asked Nizam while spreading his gaze around. The room was still quiet, not a single person was there.
